This agency is full of rude people. They continue to harass me on a daily basis, they do not let me talk when they call. And always threaten me with taking further action. They will not allow me to contact the client directly, and address what they are falsely billing me for. By far the worse interactions on the phone with anyone in regards to a debt.
They sent me a letter in the mail stating I owed $5,800 for a car accident my mother had in my car. They were not willing to work with us in lowering the down payment. They wanted $2,500, which my family cannot come up with in a months time. So both my license and my mothers were suspended. The car accident occurred 7 months before we even got notice of the fact that we owed any money. They do not pick up the phone when one calls to try to pay off the balance. They are rude and will not let my mother or I speak when we call.
These people make up stuff, they are saying I owe them for an auto insurance policy with a company that I've never dealt with and vehicles I have never owned. Need to find a way to shut these people down.

I was in a car accident May of 2019 I went to court payed my fines and that was it. I go to pay my reinstatement fee to get my license back and they tell me I have a collection debit from this company for the May accident I called an called and called the company 4-5 times nobody ever returned my calls now I have to wait until May2021 until the suspension hold they placed on my license is up but who s to say by then I m still able to get my drivers license back smh very unprofessional
they are so rude, and un professional, don't return calls and does a horrible jobs actually collecting debts seeings as they don't answer or call back. willl be going to better business on them,
This firm consistently violates the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). I informed Steve Gold from this agency not to call and only communicate with me by mail. Steve Gold continued to call and left false and threating messages. The debt they are attempting to collect is an employee benefit debt from a former employer contract that does not create a creditor relationship. This agency is unethical and abusive.
They are collecting a debt for an accident that happened after i reported my car stolen. This was clarified last year and they r harassing me now. What is this?!
Liars and con artists, yell and scream over you because they know you re right in calling them out for fraud. Even offered to pay the 500$ deductible over a total loss vehicle that is still driving around like its brand new. Wouldn t take it. Proceeded to yell and scream about how I know nothing and got to threats. I don t play that, consumer affairs law firm here I come
Harrassed us for months about the money we owe them. Emails, calls, letters. We finally came up with the excessive amount to start the payment plan. I paid it, signed all the paper work and agreed to the payment plan. My first payment was supposed to come out on the 22nd. I called to see why it hasn't. Was told I'd see if by 5 o'clock on the 22nd. It could take time to process I get that. But the way they hounded us for it, you figured my payment would have been taken already and it just frustrates me.
I worked with Stuart Lippman and Associates for several years. They have always displayed professionalism and dedication to helping people settle outstanding debts, and helping to promote financial responsibility. They thoroughly train and re-train all of their employees in FDCPA, and other laws, rules, and regulations. A great place to work that is owned and operated by people who care.
They are unwilling to work with accounts that are under $250.00 because there is no profit in it. It was loud and clear by their Rep Bill Moser. It is not about the total, it's about the name of person that is on records for refusing to pay bills regardless of amount. After so many years of working with these folks a new rep has the nerve to call me and says if account is under $250 he can't work with it. (edit 8/8/17)

They are rude, bothersome, and did not stop calling my place of work. Harassment is an understatement. I almost wanna do the Seinfeld and call them everyday a few times a day. Just to give them a piece of their own.
Classic Collection Agency. Will not validate debt. Just out of the blue put a collection account
on my credit. I called them and asked what for. They told me I took a loan out with a life insurance
company. I asked to prove it by validating. Still waiting.
Shawna has been calling my place of business multiple times insisting that we owe money. We spoke to the company that is her client and they confirmed we DO NOT owe any money. She has been hostile, rude, and insulting. Not only have we never had an outstanding balance with the company hired by her agency they also told us to ignore the calls from SL&A. This is also something that Shawna said her "client would not say". If I were to actually owe money I would likely not pay simply out of spite to match the hostility shown by Shawna and her firm.

I recieved a letter in the mail for an accident on 10/29/2017 the claim is for $10,517.11 this isn't possible since the transmission is out in my car and its sitting in my driveway. Supposedly I T-boned a car, pretty sure I'd remember that and its really hard to do with no car. They can't even tell me what city it happened in. This is 100% a false claim! Eric even threatened to have my license suspended if I didn't take care of it immediately. Take me to court I have nothing I own nothing, I have no money and I only work part time due to health issues. This is the first time I'm hearing about this false claim and its already in collections. Why hasn't anyone else contacted me? Cause this is a FAKE claim. I even offered to send pics of my car he doesn't want that tho. This co is a scam next stop better business bureau.
I have an email they sent me saying my wife gave permission to access my bank account, I have alot of clear lies on email in writing. My bank is currently investigating them for fraud. I will prosecute to the fullest if there are enforceable violations
Extremely rude and unprofessional person that I have spoken with, even after a told them I would work with them to resolve a matter that was completely not my fault. I'm trying not to involve the dozens of attorneys in my family, but sometimes you need to stick up to unprofessional people and do what is right.
This company is a Rude and unprofessional company. The "manager" Diana hung up on me a customer trying to resolve an issue that is fraudulent! These people are a ridiculous joke.
Was worried at first but was able to get this resolved and they were very professional as well. I cannot speak for the negative reviews but if your calm and cool and collected you can work a deal.
This agency sent me a collection letter for a debt that was not mine. They informed me to disregard the letter since I am not the debtor, however Al was quite rude in speaking with me.

I just received a letter myself for a claims back in October 2016 the guy hit me cuz he was on his phone judging by these comments they have a horrible reputation. My car was damaged way more than his truck I can't wait to get footage from the transit bus station because the whole scene is recorded

I received a letter in the mail from Stuart-Lippman and associates INC stating that I owe 4,883.38 from an accident that I was not even involved with! the letter states "State Farm Mutual Ins Co has referred this claim to Stuart-Lippman and Associates Inc. Based on a review of all the documentation, State Farm Mutual Auto Ins Co believes that you are responsible for the claim" and blah blah blah. I am a member of State Farm but this was not me! how did they get my name? and my address? I have never been in an accident nor have I ever owned a blue Dodge Caravan or a Chevy of any sorts! When I called and told them it wasn't me he just told me to disregard the letter.....that seemed a little odd to me and makes me really uncomfortable and to see that others have gone through it too makes me worry more!
Stuart Allan & Associates Inc took out a falsely reported debt against me, then asked me to offer a settlement. These guys are not legit, they are bullies and thinks people will not stand up to there tactics.

They reported a LATE PAYMENT ON MY CREDIT REPORT when I was TOLD that it was NOT going to affect my credit report. LATE PAYMENT?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!
I didn't know at the time that California's statute of limitation is 4 years.
I should have told them to go to H*LL!
