OMG, the food here is Das Bomb! Enjoying their Oktoberfest Bowl with local red potatoes (prepared to that sublime middle ground of softness and chew) with Bratwurst and, best of all, a mustard cream sauce. Whoever put this together knows how to cook! I worship you! :-)

The accompanying fresh-hopped Kolsch and Das Boot Oktoberfest bier were outstanding. As was the Michelin-star worthy service of Elmer who made the night.

Highly Recommended!

Great beer and great food. I got the Katsu tofu burger and a disco lemonade beer. 100% delicious. The outdoor searing is plentiful, making it an ideal summer spot, but the indoor area is nice as well. One of the coolest ale spots in bellingham.

BBQ pulled pork and poutine were outstanding. Great and lively atmosphere. Wait times weren't too bad and there's even a beer garden where you can get drinks while you wait for a table! After coming here, I can honestly say that this place deserves its excellent rating!

They have a cucumber beer which is absolutely delicious and my favorite! So many flavors and options, the beer selection is great. Foods not bad, but come here for the beer. I adore this brewery and enjoy the variety they have.

I dont actually drink beer, but come here with friends during happy for delicious and inexpensive food. Their tacos are so good I would stop any time for them. It can be loud at times, and a bit crowded but its not that off putting if you are just in for a quick bite, a drink and some shouted conversation!

Wow this place was amazing, tried most of the beers on tap and they all tasted delicious. All of their beers are organic and you can tell they're high quality. The food was really good too and they have interesting dishes. The price was quite reasonable as well for what you're getting. The vibes are great too and our severs were really friendly, the decor is great and there's lots of different seating options including outdoor.

I really hope to see Aslan expand their market where they sell their beers, as right now it's only available nearby the brewery (I live in SoCal). We were in Bellingham for two days and went here both days and even bought souvenirs, we couldn't resist!

Beautiful place and pretty good service. The food needs some work on the vegetarian side. I found many of the options to be plain. The beer has also gone down quite significantly in the last year. The new beers ALL taste the same, skunky and bad (like Budweiser) and the old favorites like Dawn Patrol and a few others do not have the same taste. A little disappointed last time I came in with the family. I rep this place pretty hard when I talk about Bellingham beer and I was a little let down.

I won't say it was cheap, but it was definitely good! Liked the atmosphere, there was a bit of a wait time for drinks and orders, and the music was varied. Loved the sweet potato fries.
Will come back again!

Groovy, hip, neat, fabulous and sensational. The spot, the hangout, the brewery. Once again a 12/10. From your humble dive bar swimmer, rainy day sipper, and brewery loving inhabitant.

Probably my new favorite restaurant. Stopped here just before dropping off my son at Western...his torta was spectacular, waffle fries perfect. The chips n dip was a great mix of a lot of different tastes in layers. The bowls are big enough for two, so share or be prepared for leftovers! Good vegetarian/gf options. I'll be coming back here every time I visit my son.

Great restaurant! The food portions were pretty big, nice beer/wine selection, and it had a warm, comfortable vibe. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating - even though my party of 4 all had to modify our meals to be low carb. The place is easy to find and parking was convenient. We will be back for sure!

Aslan brews delicious beer and offers a variety of tasty dishes to go with it. Their Disco Lemonade is a great introduction to sour beers, and their bison burger with bacon is one of the best in town. Perhaps their popularity is actually a downside- I give them a 4 star review because of how loud it gets inside. It's difficult to have a conversation unless you are there early. I recommend that they spend some money on sound dampening in their main dining room. That would blimp it to a 5 for me, if it was slightly less loud.

After my second visit, I had to write a thorough review... First off, absolutely outstanding service; very friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu and specials, and attractive too. Second, the beer menu is diverse and high quality, with some really unique west coast brews, and particularly good IPA's. And finally, the food is absolutely delicious! The bacon bison burger is probably the best burger I've ever had, and the tomato bisque has some real zing to it! Aslan is a must-stop destination on any trip between Vancouver and Seattle.

Very disappointed. Bellingham needs more unique restaurants and brew houses. The one beer I wanted, they didn't have. Tried the disco lemonade and did enjoy that. My boyfriend and I both ordered burgers (Medium) and them came well done. We returned them to make new ones and they never came. We saw food come from the kitchen but not our replacements. The server offered to take care of our drinks which we appreciated but after waiting for over 15-20 minutes for our burgers, we decided to leave. And we found the prices for the food a little high

Also found the beer very hoppy and bitter. Would like some lighter beer options.

We probably won't go back.

A fun place with a beautiful layout and their own beers on tap. The food is also excellent with the poutine as a standout (and this comes from someone from poutine country in eastern Canada). There are good reasons why their shirts have become popular all over town.

I have bought Aslan beer from the store in the past, but I finally had a chance to go eat and drink in the restaurant. The beer is phenomenal and what I have had so far of the food it is nothing short of amazing. I can't wait to go back and try other food items and beers!! I highly recommend it to anyone!

Really good food, good atmosphere, and overall good time! I ordered the buffalo burger with sweet potato fries and it was super yummy. In our group they ordered the mushroom skewers, Southwest bowl, grilled cheese, and bacon buffalo burger. Everyone was happy with their food and we said we ll definitely go back! It was busy when we went but we were able to get a table right away and the service was

I'm all about supporting local business but I would come here if they were from bloody North Korea. The food is on another level. The corn on the cob (can't remember name) was the best thing I've ever tasted. Beers are overall really solid and the brewery is gorgeous. Aslan doing Bellingham proud.

One of my favorites in Bellingham. The vibe is fun, the beer is good, and the food is even better. I recommend the Bison Bacon Burger or their Grilled Cheese - you can't go wrong with either. Pair that with a Dawn Patrol and you're set.

Had to get up to beautiful Bellingham by way of Chuckanut drive. Spectacular views of the sound/San Juan islands. The reward was stopping at one of my favorite breweries. Awesome beer, food and service. Dog friendly on the outside. Love the Batch 15 IPA. This place is a must visit for beer lovers.

Delicious bison burger! Beer is super tasty. Lots of vegan options even though I couldn't care less. Friendly staff and outdoor seating available so you get to pet random dogs that people bring in

An incredibly tasty and delightful experience. I'm kind of a cheapskate, so happy hour is my time, but I was thoroughly pleased with the food and drink. Both the BATCH 15 IPA, and the B'HAM BROWN were fantastic drinks, and the pork tacos were absolutely perfect. Plenty of vegetarian options and organic brews. Definitely worth a second visit.

Loved the environment and the menu. Went for my birthday dinner and there was a wait to be expected on a Saturday night at a pub but the wait was ENTIRELY worth it cause the food was so so good. The long tots were to die for. Our waiter was so kind and friendly and made it very easy to ask questions it was a great dinner

Most hipster bar I ve ever been to. Not enough tables and bar service takes forever because there are so many people ordering. The beer is mediocre at best and way over priced, although I m from Portland so I m spoiled by good beers. They are more worried about the look and being flashy and cool and less about customer experience and beer quality. They just don t seem like they are focused on the right things.

Staff was very rude, seated us and didn't acknowledge our existence for 25 minutes, this wouldn't be a problem if they were busy, but the restaurant was virtually empty, was looking forward to their interesting menu choices but don't want to go back after terrible service
