Refused to take my order over the phone because I'm delivering for some one and they said that's not as important as personal orders or people who are already there but guess what there's no difference in picking it up for someone else its the same thing, if thats ur policy make everyone come in to order. Its rude to refuse over the phone orders when I'm doing what everyone else is doing.

I love places like this that list allergens and indicate right on the menu if items are gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, etc. It is not hard to do, and diners who don't have these restrictions can just order what they want.

I ordered tofu bites, just because they sounded interesting and they were excellent. I then ordered the yam burger and waffle fries and they blew my mind! It could have also been the 10% beer I had beforehand, but I really think it would have been delicious without it.

In addition to the amazing beers, Aslan has great customer service and a delicious menu selection. I really enjoyed the Long Tots and Bowls. If there is any downside, I would have loved to get crowlers of beers instead of growlers. They keep longer. Cheers!

Great atmosphere. One of the best brewing companies in the area I'm told (I don't drink). Food was good no complaint there. I saw online somewhere that this was a burger joint. I can't remember where I saw it but it is not true. They have two bison burgers on the menu, and chicken and pulled pork option. For the meat lovers, you won't find much to feed your need. Mostly vegan and vegetarian options. But great service and awesome atmosphere. Would return.

I was recently on a road trip from Orange County, CA up there and wanted to grab some good beer along the way... let me just say, the ginger disco was incredible! I wanted to write this review to thank Bobby though!!! He managed to salvage my day, accommodate my odd request(s), and suggest a really great beer. Without Bobby's incredible help I wouldn't have ordered such a bomb bison burger and been able to try your amazing beer. Honestly, this made a huge chunk of my trip!!!! I highly recommend visiting this location and hope to be back there for another beer or 2 or 3 again.

What a great spot. If you live in Bellingham or are visiting, make sure you stop by Aslan on Forest St. They have a great selection of brewed beers, great food options for all circumstances, and reasonable prices too. This time we tried the Waffle Fry Poutine and the Hawaiian Bowl w/ chicken and they were both incredible! The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating for our family and we will certainly be back!

Good beer and good food. Nothing stood out as extraordinary, but nothing was subpar, either; they're consistently solid! The waffle fry poutine was our favorite. The tacos are good, too.

After tasting flights at Chuckanut and Boundary Bay, I found this to be the hands-down best of the three breweries. Aslan had about 15 taps plus guest taps, and my girlfriend and I split 10 of their homebrews. There were only 2-3 mediocre beers and none were bad. The Batch 15 was truly magnificent, but the one that took the cake for us was the sour beer, which will truly overwhelm your palette so be careful with that one. Besides Boundary Bay's IPA, every excellent beer we had that day came from Aslan. Service was good as well.

Atmosphere and glassware were both very modern and the place has an awesome vibe.

I love coming by Aslan Brewing on my way up North or back from a hike. They have a really nice menu variety in the food department and also on beer. The waffle frie, cesar salad, burgers and tacos are delicious. They also have a variety of non alcoholic options including
NA beer. Their location is quick to get to from the freeway and has ample street parking available. The staff is very knowledgeable about the beer options and do a great job at giving recommendations if needed on what to choose from. My only feedback is the poutine last time was over seasoned/peppery compared to other times I've been there. Other than that I have a great experience every time I am there and will be back next time I'm passing by. I highly recommend this as a place to stop in Bellingham.

Our very favorite western Washington brewery. Great beer. Good food that is far from the usual brewery food. We come from Olympia every few months to get out fix. And there's always a keg of Batch 15 at home.

This place is the most efficient and consistent experience and I'm happy that they are in Bellingham because beer and good food at a reasonable price is hard to come by. Spectacular HH menu. I just love their disco-lemondade it's a puckery. Simply the best!!!

Wasn't impressed with my first trip there. All of the beers I tried were quite hoppy and bitter which is ok if you're wanting that but Brown's, Stout's and Lager's shouldn't all taste like IPA's. I will try to get back after they have another batch out see if it has improved as well as try some of their food to see if that is any good.

Everyone's food was good except for the overly pickled vegetables in the sesame salad. Excellent beer choices. We will have to go back and try more of their yummy food. The waffle fry poutime was the best I've ever had. Clean .

Great experience! It's been a couple years since we last visited, and we were very happy with the improved quality of the food and drinks. We were told that their former head chef left and the younger chefs had their shot at taking over... Let me tell you: they are rocking it! We had the classic bison burger, broccoli and potato soup, salmon cakes, waffle fry poutine, and the mac & cheese bites for the kiddo. All were delicious and significantly better than what we experienced here a while back. Looking forward to making this our go-to hang out spot again!

Bought some cans of IPA and they were chunky. I inquired and they didn't seem to care. I've drunk a lot of beer and only had chunky beer when it's been very very old. I shared photos with my friends and won't go to Aslan. There are plenty of other breweries in Bellingham who do care about their customers experience.

My beer was ( something with German name, can't remember right now) an i had the Bison bacon burger with sweet potatoe fries. Service and food are freaking awesome, kids are welcome too. Lots of breweries don't allow kids, but this one does.

The guy with a pony tail should be fired. He was downright rude, and the system they have sucks. we were at a table that had 2 signs on it, one said "please wait here while your server will serve you" and the other said "please order at the bar". i assume one was intended for one table and the other for another, but holy hell that's confusing dude! so, we waited 5-10 min and got no service so we went to the bar. after carding us, asking what beer we wanted, then at the very end asked what table we were at, he goes " yeah we need you to go back to your table. the way it works here is that we use a top of the line computer system and your server will take care of you." i said "well we've been here for awhile and no one has helped us, why can't we just order from you?" he developed an attitude and pointed aggressively at the table and said to go back and we would be served as soon as possible. when we returned, we waited longer to finally get a server and she said, "I'm sorry our computer system is having issues and has been all night."

Seating is communal with tables fitting about 4-10 people. Natural decore, dimly lit in the evenings with large glass windows on two sides. Servers are great, and prices are moderate. Food was really good. Plenty of sustainable dining options.

Really a 4.25 rating. Food was great. Ranch was worth the extra 75 cents (handmade). Beer was above average for a microbrewery. Not on par with Bottle Logic, Other Half, or Trillium due to a lack of high ABV ales and stouts. However, some great beer for beach trips or camping. Light and refreshing. Would recommend, especially if light beer is your thing.

Heard a lot of hype about this place and finally gave it a shot. The place is always packed full of people of all ages. Nice big restaurant with a glass wall showcasing their brewing tanks. Almost immediately you get a "big beer" feel from this place, from the wall of random overpriced merchandise to the dining table layouts to the run of the mill styles of the beer. Not a cozy place at all.

We ordered the flagship hazy IPA and a brown ale and neither one had any depth or interesting characteristics. The poutine was pretty decent with blue cheese and gravy. All in all I'd say there are much better options in the area if your objective is high quality beer and an authentic brewery experience.

Food always tastes amazing and the beer is fantastic. Always very full of people, even at the bar and we often have to wait now. If you want a quiet brewery this isn't one of them. If you want good food and beer and care nothing for the atmosphere, this is the place!

Amazing place, friendly knowledgeable staff that are very helpful and patient. The sweet potato fries are worth going back for alone. The bbq pulled pork sandwich was rock star and the overall experience was amazing keep it up and a must if you are visiting Bellingham.

Crazy busy on Saturday night. Had to wait an hour. I was designated driver. My companions had a tasting of 5 brews for $8. They were enjoyable. The root beer was awful. Food arrived cold. Elote appetizer was delish. Salmon on tacos was good but did not enjoy the beet slaw. Just my taste though as another at my table liked it. Might try again on a less busy night.

Great brews, decent food, cavernous interior can get loud, small outdoor area on the street. There are fewer vegan options than there used to be. Dog-friendly which is a plus for some, but those with allergies may find it difficult (especially at outdoor tables.)

Great food, beer and amazing staff! Love that they have HH from 2-5pm & 9pm-close. Bad thing about this joint: they charge for mustard ($.25) for my fries, lame-sauce!!! Haha. Still my favorite brewery in Bellingham

Some of the friendliest wait staff and delicious food alone would make this a place to go. Add in the great beer choices and a nice interior and the question isn't why you should go but why you should ever leave.

This is an awesome place. The food is excellent, all their beers are top notch. The batch 15 is my favorite IPA, full stop, which is saying a lot for me. I had a lot of fun trying a bunch of their beers with a sampler and was very impressed with the quality across the board. Paired with delicious food and really poppin ambiance. Highly recommend. We stopped on the way between Whistler and Seattle, and will for sure be back for more!

Always a favourite spot to hit up after some cross-border shopping. The friendly atmosphere boasts a variety of beers (and craft sodas) on tap and a delicious food menu.
Try the Hawaiian Bowl; you won t be disappointed. As for the PNW Grilled Cheese 10/10. Best grilled cheese I ve ever had. I keep coming back for more.
Keep it up, Aslan!

Great beer, food, and atmosphere. We went here with a group of about 8 friends for lunch. The menu was perfect, as it had tasty options for all those in our group with dietary needs and preferences (some avoided dairy due to allergy, others avoided meat). Everything was top notch. I got the salmon tacos, which included a large portion of tasty wild caught salmon with a tropical salsa. My wife got the salmon cake special. Yum!

beer definitely needs work... their stout and dark lager both taste like IPA's and not so much malty which is what they're supposed to be like. if you're a fan of overly hoppy beers then this is the place for you. those who are into dark and/or smooth beers will not be happy.
