2y stayed at the hotel, a good hotel at an affordable price, delicious breakfasts, even better lunches, large and clean rooms. Rooftop pool? in the evening you can wait there in the bar.

The staff are awsome, everyone smiles and wish glad tidings upon you.

Very convenient location of the hotel. It's very close to Mall of the Emirates. The staff is very courteous and rooms are very comfortable. At the backside of the hotel, one can find many restaurants and eateries as per his taste. Taxis are readily available at the gate. However, if none wants to enjoy journey by Dubai Metro, then Mall of the Emirates is the nearest Metro Station.

I stayed their since 01 aug 2015 to 14 aug found much more better then around barsha area hotel's xoz I do have horrible experience other then HIAB, only remain negative point in HIAB is room IT service is worst it took twoo days and dozens of technicians came to fix my rooms wifi , hope they ll fix IT dett

Everything is just fine. Nothing is off-the-chain amazing.

Best feature is the gym: the equipment is new-ish and well-maintained. The bar on the roof is just okay: 'way too much sheesha (yeah, I know it's the Middle East), and over-priced Heineken.

The so-called Thai restaurant on the main floor is laughingly Filipino.

Conveniently close to public transit.

Nice hotel to stay. we took the 2 bed suit and it was worth the money. breakfast was really good and got ample verity. Indian breakfast also available.

I had a terrible experience at their Beauty lounge called Socrates; they spoiled my hair after paying AED 1000 .I had sent a long pdf complaint to their duty manager and room division department specifically mentioned the person name ( beauty lounge) inorder to take an action . I have got a call from the same person and he said I am reading your long complaint and he even questioned me for every single concern I had mentioned in the complaint . Absolutely no professionalism otherwise he would have not dealt with me again after sending such a long complaint .

The management failed to understand my terrible experience and failed to ask the lounge to resolve this issue being an IHG property. The management need to look in to it how badly it affecting hotel reputation ...they spoiled my hair when I am nearly approaching my wedding day ....I would never go back to this hotel since they ignored my compliant ...I had a teary eye when l left their Beauty lounge. I had seen similar complaints about the lounge and it's a shame they don't take an action on this .

Accommodation was ok. Restrictions on the use of WhatsApp audio and video!

Absolutely fantastic hotel, the staff are the heart of this hotel, it wouldn't be anything without them! Would stay here over any hotel anytime!

A good place to stay in Dubai, close to Emirates mall. There are a lot of grocery shops, restaurants, massage parlour etc.

It was my first time in Dubai last Christmas and I stayed in holiday inn!it was a wonderful experience...those guys understand the meaning of hospitality from their front desk officers to their restaurant staff to their bell boys and yes,I looooooved their food,you will be spoilt for choice at the breakfast buffet.it's close to the Mall of the Emirates where you can go shopping and have some McDonald's and ice cream and it's also close to the metro(train) station.It made my stay worthwhile.

This is a very nice place to stay. The service is exellent. All the employees are polite and helpfull. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. I like to come back for a longer stay.

Great location..near downtown shoppimg area (hamdan shopping centre) . Room nice and tidy..but for dinner and bfast mosty indian food but they still serve salad and american bfast. Staff are polite and humble

The location was quite good as well as the morning breakfast next to the subway.

Had a nice stay here. The room was clean however we repeatedly had to ask for face and body towels as our room has two occupants. The staff was nice and courteous to us but one of our jewelers who was delivering our finished products in the lobby was treated unfairly by security and the night manager because of his nationality. Mind you the hotel has about 4 clubs/restaurants in it and others people who didnt stay there were allowed to come and go as the pleased. Close to the metro if you dont want to take a taxi. Walking distance to the mall.

Close to the metro and close to the Mall of the Emirates. However, the weather is hot for walking, and drivers hate it because it's too close and in the reverse direction to take a taxi from Mall of the Emirates.
The staff are friendly and the rooms are large and clean, but the facilities are a bit old overall.
There is an outlet adapter in the room, but for some unknown reason, Korean chargers do not charge even with the adapter.
The convenience store behind the hotel gives you 40AED and buys and plugs in a usd charger, so it will charge well.

short of words but I have to say my stay was amazing..... staffs there are very welcoming including the security gaurds,housekeeping etc..... I hope to go back there anytime I am opportune to find myself around albarsha

It's mainly a Philippino club...but you can enjoy...loud music...dance... Drinks...especially good for ladies... Many offers are there...7pm to 11pm...

The location of the hotel is on Sheikh Zayad Road but its usually a huge traffic to go out or come back to Hotel. Food options are limited in nearby area and even hotel food is not that great. Only good thing is; it is close to Mall of the Emirates- where you can find food and lots of options to shop.

LOCATION

This is a small beautiful hotel just at the sheikh Zayed road next to the metro track, nearest landmark Mashreq metro station 1.

EXPERIENCE

As I already mentioned it is small yet beautiful property and have decent, clean and spacious meeting rooms. Beautifully designed atrium lobby sparkles the natural light inside the hotel building and makes the ambience lively.

We have recently conducted an exclusive educational training session for some of the skilled and interested candidates. I must say the arrangements were immaculate as we wanted it to be perfect, as it was one of our initial training sessions.

Meeting room was clean and temperature controlled, flaps on the windows to control the sunlight inside the room. Customized lighting system, High quality screen, projector and sound system. Mics and podium were also available, Quality of the furniture and the linen used were not damaged or wobbling and immaculate respectively.

And the hotel team has fulfilled all the requirements which we have asked for. The quality of the food and beverages were absolutely great and served at the appropriate temperature. Tea coffee stations were clean and fully equipped during the whole session.

During this current pandemic situation the hotel has maintained their safety and hygiene standard to the point, like temperature checks sanitizers and employees are equipped with the safety wears.

SERVICES/AMENITIES

Parking area is available in the hotel underground for the in house guest and also if you are organising an event in the hotel, apart from that the paid parking area is also available just outside the hotel just in case if you are walking in the hotel.
Beautifully decorated sitting area in the lobby.
WIFI access is free for the visitors and also for the in house guest.
Restaurants are located in the lobby area, due to the current situation it wasn't fully operational, we haven't used any of these facilities so will not comment on that.
I would also appreciate the whole team who were looking after our event under the management of Mr.Shanky, the Manager and Mr.Versli who dedicatedly provided his services in coordinating our event throughout.
Will be really happy to organise some more events like this in future. And hope we will get over this current pandemic situation soon.

Good for quick business trip with easy access to metro stations, food joints, walkable distance to mall of emirates.

Only visited the bar in the lobby, stank of stale cigarettes, the crowd is awful and full of 'working ladies' Poor service, had to keep waving at waiters to get their attention. Will never go back again.

hello everyone ... know that the hotel is well located because it is near the largest shopping center in the world, and not far from the beach either ... the hotel team is listening to our needs, we are placed on the 2nd floor, which is not really good if you watts a quiet room ... The manager promised us another room so we waiting for his solution

A very good hotel with good location, there staff is very good and always smiling. Swimming pool is okay. Gym is equipped with all the essential equipments which one needs to do a complete workout. Their breakfast is very very good with lot of choices and restaurant size is also big. Lobby area is also big and happening as compare to other place in the area. They also have ladies beauty parlour and SPA facility at the top floor.

Very very pleasant stay, excellent structure, cleanliness, courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, well connected to the metro, good breakfast service. Recommended .

For a 3* hotel the rooms and the hotel are in excellent condition. What I like the most is that hotel is environmentally friendly and promoting less waste collection. Still a lot to improve but overall, great experience.

I visit Dubai several times a year and have tried many different hotels over the years. The Holiday Inn al Barsha is the one I have settled on as the best. Good value, friendly staff, high standard rooms, well located for both Dubai and Abu Dhabi. It's a 1-minute walk from the metro station and a 3-minute walk from the Emirates Mall. I'll keep coming back!
