I ve fallen for Aslan Depot but had not made it to their original location until today. Airy with lots of light and wood. Welcoming though a bit cacophonous for my sensibilities. Still, good beer I enjoyed Rice Crispy today and savory yummy waffle fries poutine made for a relaxed and slightly indulgent happy hour. May have to return to sample more of the food *pats belly*

Honestly, every time I come here I try something new and I'm just never disappointed. Today was the Katsu Sando and Hawaiian bowl, both were absolutely delicious with intense and wonderful flavors. We had the fresh hop beer (so good to get seasonally while you're there) and the Cosmic Dream which is (expectedly) a dream. I also tried the lemony/berry beer which was also beautiful and a delight As always, cannot recommend this brewery enough.

Great beer! The food has been good and bad, I always order the vegan tacos and sometimes it's been amazing...other times the amount of raw onions has made it hard to eat. But the beer is always consistently good.

There is a lot of good places to eat in Bellingham, but the Aslan Brewing Company is on the top of the list. It was recommended by a friend and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered the Bacon Bison Burger with Waffle Fry Poutine and it was amazing. Being from Canada I like Poutines, but this was my first time having it with Waffle Fries. I was impressed with this twist on the classic poutine. For drinks I got the Ginger Rye Ale, it was very refreshing and paired well with the Bison Burger.

This Place is Unreal! The Freshest, Tastiest Local Brew I Have Ever Gulped Down. Their corn-on-the cob and burger were the bomb-freekin-diggity and the waitresses were all SUPER cute and friendly.

I literally drank only Aslan Brew from 9 am until 2am at night and woke up the next day at 7:30 am for a soccer game and felt phenomenal. After the victory I headed back to Aslan for another beer and to find out how this complete lack of a hangover was possible. Apparently it is the Only Organic Beer Local to Washington. Believe me, you can completely tell. It is truly a magical drinking experience tasting a beer with all local ingredients and no chemical alterations.

If you are within a 600 mile radius of Bellingham then you should stop by this beer sanctuary and taste it for yourself.

Great spot for a sunny afternoon on the deck, but the well-lit interior lets you enjoy the sunshine without actually having to risk a change in the weather. Pork tacos are great. The ginger beer has almost no sweetness, which is pretty jarring (pun intended, as it's served in a jar). I'm told by my Canadian dining companions that the poutine tastes like really good Canadian poutine, but the use of waffle fries compromises the authenticity, and the cheese curds should have been more "curdy." Tasted great to me, and I don't have anything to compare it to, so I have to take their word for it.

OMG!!! This place is freaking amazing. The food is something to be reacked with. I can not express how amazing the food is here. The staff is on top of it. The beer is some of the best I've had. The Megathrust 10.4% is really good. I will be back and will try to order everything on the menu!! Please keep up the fantastic work you all are doing at Aslan Brewing Company!!

Great atmosphere. Had a great conversation with a friend. Staff was very friendly. Had the dry cider. It was crisp and not too sweet, just like I prefer. First time there. Will definitely be a second time soon.

Such a wonderful brewery with great glassware ;) Seriously. We bought their sweet teku glasses and some others. Food was good, atmosphere was super chill and beertenders were super sweet and informative. Our dog was welcomed on the patio which was lovely. Everyone was super great and made us feel at home.

The atmosphere was great. Appreciated that it was dog friendly. Service was slow. One of our food orders was incorrect and by the time it came out the rest of the table was done eating. I don t think I would return.

If you're a craft beer lover traveling north of Seattle, this place is a must visit. Beautiful facility with a Washington feel and an excellent food menu. If you're into NE style IPAs, there's quite a few worth trying here.
