Obviously there is no longer anyone in the hospital, who is closed?!?! It says on the site not to go to the CUP desk. They took away the opportunity to book online as I always have. You call both the generic Cup and the Sant'Antonio hospital (which is what I need), but they answer you that, despite being in the right time and day range, you cannot leave messages and put them down. Via chat, after 40 minutes of chat I gave up. They don't have an email. I tried with the generic cup email but they send you back to the specific hospital. Tell me how to make a simple reservation ..... thank goodness that Venetian health is a flagship !!!

Even if a place you would like to go as little as possible, and almost always a clean environment and it is not noisy even if always full of people, the only thing that is very unnerving and the wait is always very long for any visit but what makes you go head away and wait in the emergency room outside of normal.

Furthermore, there are few seats for those who have to wait their turn. The staff on the ground floor are very helpful but the medical staff is not very qualified and is very rude to users. Incompetence.
I am advised to use the Lucky service, but the online time is never respected: at least a wait of over 20 minutes.
Today I go here for the delivery of samples and at the counter I don't know the codes for the demanding ones. I have been waiting a long time.

Hello everyone, the first worst experience in my life that I have spent with these "employees" of usla 6 via scrovegni. They sent me around for two months for renewal of my elderly parents' health card. They are not able to read the tax code which is an important document for them, however, it is nothing. I brought my parents' first entry into Italy written by the police headquarters in Padua and for them it is nothing, and they did not take interest in verifying these data with the police headquarters. another important document left for them is nothing. I don't know what they are looking for. I do these things out of ignorance or malice that they have in their minds for foreigners. All these "employees" who work in the counters with pubs go to home leave your job to others who are capable for this job and want to work. And this "manager" is an indifferent person and does nothing to solve problems. for these "employees" paid by us and do nothing. Shame Shame. Shame.I hope I am last with this experience

I was at the sampling center in Via S. Massimo in Padua: a nightmare! Hundreds of people huddled waiting to undergo blood sampling, also from other neighboring regions. Acceptance counters open only half-way: this is certainly not a big business card, with which the ULLSS 6 Euganea is proposed! The nurses in charge of sampling are very professional. Since the withdrawals are made until 2 pm, I advise you to go there at the end of the morning: there is a lot less people and, consequently, you wait much less for your turn!
