For 12 years I trust ABD Gestion as co-ownership trustee. Responsive, rigorous in the monitoring of the accounts and especially very effective in the management of the recovery of the charges and that of the litigation when that is necessary. I recommended this firm of syndic to several relatives who are also very satisfied.

Run away. This trustee is despicable. 6 months waiting to get a parking beep that has never been received. They ended up having it but chose not to transmit it because they suspected that they would lose their management mandate. Pitiful. Do not appeal to them under any circumstances.

A truly incompetent and aggressive trustee who spends more time responding to bad comments on the internet than doing his job ... This firm is sorely lacking in responsiveness, professionalism and listening.

In fact, the managers of ABD Gestion respond very rarely to the mails (the response time can be counted in weeks), not at all on the phone (the switchboard operators drop but the managers are still unavailable) and even less to the letters recommended (because the recommended seems to be the only option possible when you're dealing with a wall but again it sins ...). You think you go directly to the agency to clarify a situation ... Attention, it will have to be patient because it can become a real obstacle course. Moreover, do not expect to meet their accountant directly (unpleasant on the phone when the switchboarder finally deigns to transmit your call), it is not the policy of the house.

All these cases apply to problems of everyday management (problems within copro or individual) as well as litigation problems ... because yes, as this trustee likes to remind him virulently, there can to have problems litigation (besides it does not hesitate to point the finger in the previous comments and to expose them on the internet) but in a dispute, we can also be diplomatic ... all the more more when a co-owner has always been punctual in the payment of his charges and he asks for justifications for some charge calls by mail (answer that you may never get or very late ... we come back to the problem of non reactivity) ...

Whatever the amount of the "debit balance", high or not, ABD Gestion treats you in the same way and opts instantly for the reminder with formal notice (thus invoiced) without relaunching (free) ... Therefore, it is easy for this trustee to qualify the co-owners of "bad payers" (especially after negative comments on Google) even if you prove by A + B that the accounting is not good and that you can justify (but as we do not let you approach the accounting department ... it becomes difficult to justify).

Because the agency ABD Gestion hate to recognize its wrongs, does not assume them often and has answer to any situation or context. I know that ABD Gestion will not fail to answer this derogatory comment and will certainly attack me on my anonymity. But I want to protect myself and do not wish to engage in a verbal battle sterile and without interest. This is not the subject of this opinion. This is to share MY statement and my point of view on the management of MA co-ownership. Just as the firm ABD Gestion appreciates and accepts with satisfaction the positive comments, thank you to him to take into account this negative opinion and to show a little bit of "introspection".

Your response gives the impression that you have not carefully read my previous comment and that you twist and manipulate the arguments to arrange them as you wish.

First question: on the basis of my anonymity, how can you establish that I do not write the payment checks for my expenses? Unfortunately for you, your "bad pay" argument (which I already pointed out in my previous post) can not apply to me. As for me, my charges are up to date ... Because yes, we can pay his charges in due form and be dissatisfied with his trustee ... Beyond that, my opinion was mostly on the scale of MA co-ownership ( because yes, surprisingly, the co-owners communicate with each other).

I criticize you for your lack of listening, diplomacy, transparency, and responsiveness at all levels. I do not believe to have affirmed that "I waited wisely your contentious raises" ... On the contrary! I reproach you for "rarely answering emails, not at all on the phone and even less the letters recommended" of your co-owners (and this for the disputes of the co-ownership as the problems of management of the daily).

I also reproach you for charging your contentious raises whatever happens and whatever the co-owner in front of you and the status of his file ... I do not think I'm wrong in saying that the invoice billed automatic seems to me somewhat misplaced and brutal under certain conditions and in certain contexts ... It is normal to make litigation but not in this way ... even more when you turn a deaf ear with your co-owners.

In other words, I wanted to establish a general observation within my co-ownership which does not seem to be the only one to suffer from the situation in view of previous opinions published on this page ... In order to really solve the problems and to "Find a solution", so it would be better if you respond to registered letters, emails or phone calls from co-owners rather than negative reviews on Google.

Finally, if my opinion does not suit you, I am sure that it may interest other Internet users ... So I do not believe that this is a waste of time that is to the detriment of the payment of my charges (all the same reasoning very recurrent in your office when the returns to you are negative).

I invite you to re-read carefully my first opinion and therefore I leave you the same to meditate on the subject.

I do not understand the criticisms that have been made.
Since we changed trustee to go here, the number of defaulting owners has dropped, the management of the condominium is better monitored. Whenever I needed information, my manager was able to respond quickly. I am very satisfied with their work and I recommend them without problem.
Maybe the reviews come from faulty owners which explains your rageful reviews and comments.
