Uncomfortable chaotic store where no staff can be found. Everything is behind the service counter and you want to show something you have to wait 15 minutes. Fortunately, the Praxis is doing better, there are enough skilled staff

I have been joining the range for at least 35 years. It really is my shop. The manager and staff are very friendly and are happy to go the extra mile. I recently bought a garden bench but was no longer available through this branch. After an hour of calling they found the bank elsewhere and arranged everything for me. Super ordinary. Thanks gamma. I would like to keep coming to you.

Always a good hardware store after the redesign and a wide range. Too bad that the seller has insufficient knowledge of the facts.

Where is the staff who know what they are talking about. I indicate that something is not working. And then I have to assume that I am wrong. Well again got the wrong material.

Chaotic, incomprehensible layout and no people in the store who can point something out. The service counter regularly deals with customers on a long-term basis because returns and mail packages are also handled there.
Idea: there are info kiosks. Indicate clearly with the product where the products are located in that store.

Good and large DIY store, only the one in Leiderdorp is slightly larger. The only downside is the different opening hours, which is recommended every day from 9 am to 9 pm.

Disappointing and deceiving. We bought one of their most expensive telephone sets. A board said "-20% op alle telefoons". At the cashdesk we were told that the offer did not apply to our set as it was "extra goedkoop" (super cheap). It surely did not look so!!!

For about 20 years I have been coming regularly to the Gamma on the Flevoweg in Leiden.

b. helpful
c. is friendly!

This branch is always first choice for me!
And not only because you can always drink free coffee or chocolate there ...

Gamma redecorated and looking good getting used to searching come there for many years there will certainly continue to find many articles and always good advice with questions friendly staff who have been working there for years you see a lot of the same faces so that says enough .
