I am advised to use the Lucky service, but the online time is never respected: at least a wait of over 20 minutes.
Today I go here for the delivery of samples and at the counter I don't know the codes for the demanding ones. I have been waiting a long time.
Apparently it makes no sense to book an appointment with Lucky ... Incompetenti ..
