The store is beautiful, and the merchandise is lovely! I can definitely see my home being furnished by Ashley. The only reason why I ve decided on one star , is because my husband and I were in there for about 45 minutes looking to furnish our new home.
Not once did anyone ask us if we needed any help, nor did anyone welcome us in the store. Not a peep from any sales associate. Solely a glance here and there, and a stare. There were about four associates walking around and talking with one another , they saw us and decided to keep talking ...
my husband and I may look like teenagers but we re not just some kids off the block coming in to lay on the furniture. I understand that as a customer I can ask for help.... but I also understand as someone whose worked in customer service since I was 14, I understand that the customer shouldn t have to ask for help.
