A place, a restaurant out of the ordinary. At the top, very good time spent. Chuleta unique in the world, a pure delight. I recommend this restaurant to everyone who is passing on Tolosa.

The chuleta is tender and cooked rare, and best of all it s practically cooked tableside in the main dining room. Their dry-age is short if any, but is alright. The roasted sweet red peppers were the perfect accompaniment to cut the fat between the bites of juicy steak.
