With an ambiance that would turn even a vegan into a meat eater, this place is truly a world class meatery. The chuleta is tender and cooked rare, and best of all it s practically cooked tableside in the main dining room. Their dry-age is short if any, but is alright. The roasted sweet red peppers were the perfect accompaniment to cut the fat between the bites of juicy steak.
