Second star only for low leasing cost. Practically no support during the contract. Contact only via one central telephone number that connects to the reception. From which you can hear in 9/10 cases that there is only one person in the company who is competent to take care of the case, and of course that person is never there. Since this is how I operate, I am surprised that the company will not fire the receptionists and will not transfer customer service to India. It would be cheaper and also pointless.
