Fatal contact with the customer. The first invoice issued one month before the car is issued. I waited half a year for the correction, asking for it in the customer service department every month. Every time I was reassured that "this is the last time such a mistake happened". During this time, the person responsible for my contract changed three times.

The mobile application is a simple webview rendering a website. I have not been able to arrange tire replacement for two months, I am redirected to the helpline to the automatic help system which suggests "installing a mobile application to easily and conveniently make an appointment". Unfortunately, the application after installation displays an error when trying to book an appointment. The internet odometer distorts the distance covered (in my case x4).
