Like many other people, I can confirm that "Customer Care" is a fiction and a joke. No response to emails and there is no way to talk on the phone.
The fact is that you can quickly and efficiently order a car (another company implements this) and sign the contract - later failure. Pickup of the car organized and carried out in an amateur manner. The car does not meet the specification. No recalculation from arval. Dealer translations as funny as the service at arval.
I do not recommend!
