Honestly it doesn t deserve the one star review that I gave it. Run away as fast as you can!! This place doesn t care about its residents at all!! Once you move in all that matters is your rent money being on time! They don t care that my buildings outside door is not locking and anyone can walk in. They don t care that we had some man in the building saying he was going to shoot up the building. They don t care that one elevator has been done for a year. They don t care that twice in one month we have had no elevator! Please for the money don t come here they don t care about you or your living environment and will make you feel unsafe to live in your own home! Run quick!!!

I just moved out from Artsquare last month, and I called and emailed multiple times asking for my security deposit, no one answered the phone, no one responded to my voice message and no one replied my emails. I checked the resident portal after I moved out, and I still had access to the balance, and I noticed a bunch of charges applied to the security deposit, including mandatory cleaning fee, which was not included in the lease, and not allowed under Florida Statutes Section 83.49(3)(a). The leasing office was never helpful to start with, but at least there was response, even though not many actions most of the time. Ever since I notified them that I would not renew, no one ever responded to me, unless I show up in person. The whole experience is horrible. Before I moved out, I almost always had to throw the trash myself, even though the rent included valet trash, because no one would take the trash even though I took out the trash during the time period as the service required.

Great community to live in. Friendly residents, brand new amenities! The apartments are great inside, good size and have good sound protection. Move in was simple and quick. It has a great location near Gulfstream Park and close to I-95 as well. Minutes away from the beach.

The customer service goes above and beyond. A special thanks to Mikaela for showing everything around and answering all my questions quickly.

I ve only been here for a few weeks but so far my Partner and I love it. Mikaela and Eva have have been a pleasure to work with. Mikaela did an awesome job from showing me the complex to answering all of my emails in a timely manner Prior to move in. Eva Assisted with my actual move in date and made it fast and easy to get through all of my paperwork. Maintenance was fast and the guys were friendly and professional. This is a dog friendly environment and many families with young children live here. Overall this place feels safe, cozy, and in an convenient location. I would Highly recommend making art square your home.

If you are looking for somewhere safe do not move here. I was kidnapped from the second level of garage, none of the cameras at art square work.

Although they knew what occurred and knew i did not feel safe they they charged me with early termination for $4,000.89. Which should have been waived!

Stay away !!!! Not a safe environment. Anyone can walk in and majority of the time the doors from the garage are open.

What an amazing steal for the value! Brand new, state-of-the-art features like a movie theater and automated package lockers. Even our doors are via an app, no more house keys! Yessenia and Odessa have been so amazing to us and have become family in such a short time. Still can t believe how low the price is for this insanely gorgeous complex!

I highly recommend going to see her in the leasing office. She quickly addressed all of my concerns and made me feel like I would be a great fit if I decide to move in to art square.

After making an appointment to see the appartments...

After making an appointment to see the appartments, we arrived at 3:30 pm. With no one in sight, we waited and waited for our 3:30 appointment. After 1 hour of waiting because we really wanted to see the apartments, we called the same number we made the appointment with to find out that there not much structure in who ever answers the phone being they are in a call center in California. We still waited another 30 minutes totaling 1 hour and a half of waiting in the lobby. Still with the curiosity to see the apartments because we really like them. We called back and again got no help besides telling us the could message the leasing agent for the second time. With no help we decided to wait 15 more minutes. No one ever came. I don't ever take the time to write a review, but the level of unprofessionalism that we experienced was out of this world. We were really looking to see the property and move in. After driving an hour and having our time wasted. We werent the only people waiting and residents as well. Please make sure to keep checking with your employees as your call center is in California and the property in Florida. No one seems to be of any help.

They responded to this comment trying to make it seem like they will try to resolve the issue but then again, another demonstration of unprofessional-ism. Contacted Natasha Tong and no response/call back.

I paid the application fee. A week later I went to the office to see the unit. They told me we were approved and they will have the agent send the Welcome Letter. We waited a few days and we didn t get anything. We called almost every day and they kept on saying they will send it but don t do it. It was very frustrating because we paid the $550 but they don t bother getting us to sign the lease. Our move-out date was getting close and we still didn t get the Lease Contract ensuring we have a place to move-in to. Four days before our move-out date, we looked for another place. We decided to lease at a different property of the same company as Art Square. The manager at this property contacted Art Square and told them about the situation. All of a sudden Art Square reached out to us and sent us the Welcome Letter three days before we had to move-out. They were very unprofessional. I spoke to the manager at Art Square and they told us since the 72 hour period after we paid the application fee is over they would not give us a refund. I would not have to look for another apartment if they treated us correctly. Why would I want to spend another 13 months of leasing with these unprofessional staff?

Wanted to share my experience living in Artsquare. I ve only spent here 4 months , but I have to move out.
In the beginning of my review I wanted to say, that I really like the management and concierge here. But If I knew that something like this can happen I would never move here in the beginning. So I decided to share and maybe my review can help someone to save their money and time.
The main reason of my moving out is safety. It s not safe to park your car inside the parking garage. First thing that happened is Someone cut my tires . I probably know who, but it s doesn t matter. Basically anyone can enter a garage without any issues and leave from there because there is no cameras around .
I live on the 3rd floor, my apartment got flooded 2 times. Basically they built the ventilation system wrong and when it s windy water can easily get into the apartment. It was disaster, because I have a little kid and I was scare that he can fall and hurt himself or get sick, because it was impossible to get rid of the flooding until rain stopped. I gave the management 2 months notice for breaking the lease . In the beginning they wanted to charge me 2*rent. After I spoke with the manager she cut the fine by half. It was totally ok with me, as I completely understand that it s not their fault. I would never write them a bad review if something else didn t happen. But two weeks later, my boyfriends sport motorcycle got stolen from covered parking garage. And there is no cameras anywhere where someone could possibly see anyone doing this. And it s insane. How is it possible that someone enter the garage and just took it without the keys!
Later one motorcycle was found , but it s not in working condition. The repair is going to cost around 4-5k.
I would not recommend to rent here if you concern about safety.

I never leave reviews but I had to Mikaela was super super sweet and have lots of patience. We all know moving can be stressful but she made it better. She always have a smile on her face and she answered all my questions with no problem she even answered my questions after work hours. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Brandi, Yesenia and Property Manager are top notch and there for every question or concern. They made the transition a piece of cake. I don't usually practice leaving reviews, but after reading some here I decided to share my experience. For the last 8 to 9 years I have lived in rental properties like this. Usually whoever leaves a review is a person who is upset or dissatisfied with a situation or service. Negative comments are based on individual experiences. That does not mean that it is so for all people. First, they must understand how property management works. Second, your money has value, use it with respect. Control what you can control. If even so, you are not satisfied; you experience a monthly payment with which you can pay your own house where you have your own rules.

In my case, I moved here a little over two months ago from another state. I got the complex online, all I could see was through the computer. All my errands were by phone and email. It was difficult but not impossible. Like many others, I had many questions. There were many times that I had to communicate, wait in line, wait for them to call me back. I had an intervention with several of the leasing consultants. Later, the case was assigned to Jeniper. I had to explain everything again; my thousands of questions, establish my needs in terms of space. I could not take risks when I was driving a truck for more than 20 hours and not having an apartment ready to unload.

She was amazing and patient, she made me feel like she had everything in control and she was! Communication was effective at all times. When I arrived and saw the complex I said: WAO the photos do not do it justice! It is a beautiful place, of new construction, beautiful amenities and accessible to everything! But when I finally saw what would be my home, I fell in love, I had the space I wanted and I didn't have such a spectacular view from the balcony and bedroom !!!!

Now that I am a resident, I want to tell everyone who thinks of moving here that the complex is huge. Every time an agent has to tour the complex with new prospects and show an apartment, it takes time. Time in which they are not available in the office. Please be patient and insistent if you really want to live here. Do not base your experience on that of others! Not everything depends on the property management, also as a resident we are responsible for maintaining what you call HOME! Let's be a team ...

When I first moved in, everything was great. They recently switched management and things haven't been going as well as I'd hoped. My main concern is that they do a poor job with communication and they do not penalize all residents in the same way. My partners car was recently towed because their tags were expired (don't get me started on why its none of their business what me or my partner do with our cars). HOWEVER, my main issue is that their are other cars in the garage with stickers stating they will be towed by this date or that date but were never towed. We talked to other residents who were ASSURED that their vehicles wouldn't be towed no matter what but the leasing team decided to tow ours? Doesn't sound fair across the board. I would have previously recommended this property but I cannot say that I would recommend them now.

First I want to say in the beginning our experience was great but now im completely distraught as I try to understand how people can just mis deliver on every promise made. We started this journey almost a month ago when we went to visit Art Square September 28th. Immediately fell in love as we found an apt available for us and went to apply the week of the 29th we spoke so highly of the staff and facilities. October 2nd we finished our application and we were promised a specific rate of $2045 including trash, pest and additional parking. We were also promised 2 months free where we can choose any month to apply this to but the monthly total for all the other months were to be 2045. Mind you ONLINE the pricing for the unit was also 2010 not including the fees. We we excited and happy while we waited (and waited) after we were told we were approved just a few days later. We had to wait for our welcome letter and lease which was promised no later than a week as they were helping someone else move in that week. We finally got our welcome letter with no lease, alarmed, we contacted them immediately; the pricing seemed off. They explained that the top pricing was the market price which is what the unit would typically go for (odd because the pricing in their website said otherwise but okay) the pricing that matches what we d pay for was below and that was the special pricing we were promised. But why was the move in price so high if we requested to have first and last month free? ...If you move in on the 24th however, we can offer November free. we d have to move in a week which is a little tougher but okay if we can get November free. Okay so why is the market price there? It s there because if you for whatever reason move on or after November 1st we can no longer guarantee you that special pricing and you ll have to pay full price. My lease is up at the end of October so that was fine. When we FINALLY get the lease the numbers were wrong (mind you at this point we ve spoken to our leasing agent and seen her at least 6 times just to drop in, ask for a status update, express interest etc.) a little upset, I printed out the lease agreement and highlight all the errors. The pricing was wrong, we have ESA that should be on the support addendum NOT the Pet Addendum (e-mailed supporting documents back on Oct 3rd it is now October 18th and we we accepted October 5th and confirmed with her at least by October 7th. We go into the office and she agrees the amount is incorrect and we even say So we re supposed to see the $2045 here correct? The lease even showed the wrong months we wanted to use the first and last but by now we were on a time crunch and we ve been waiting and asking for nearly 2 weeks. We had to wait even more as she was the only one working that weekend. And now finally 3 days before we re supposed to move we get a corrected lease with the last devastating information. Apparently what we ve been promised was not accurate, apparently our leasing agent left for the day, right after sending our lease. Which she still didn t put the animals on the correct addendum page. Our lease for our apartment some how was never the $2010 that was advertised on the website it was never to $2045 that was promised of discussed for 3 WEEKS. With the 2 months free as promised with a 14 month lease. The price was $300 more a month. I write this as I have to find a place to move by next week. I m devastated, hurt, and at a lost for words. I ve just had to deal with getting out of a abusive relationship. It took me damn near everything to try and get out to find a new place so I can start fresh somewhere else and heal up in PEACE. How can you so selfishly drag on a simple leasing ordeal and make it so terrible. Now I have less than a week to find a place. We were MORE than patient, MORE than eager. Thank you art square I thought getting punched was bad, finding out you have no place to call home in a week is even worse.

I will be moving to this building in September, let me just say that the building alone is beautiful. It has so many great amenities! Jenny (leasing consultant)was the icing on the cake, she made the move in process very easy and so pleasant. She thoroughly explained all the fees that were due for the application as well as move in fees. If you are thinking about touring this building please ask for Jenny, she is great!

When I have had an maintenance or security issues the staff has been diligent in their response and resolving the matter. The location is perfect! Close to stores, restaurants and the beach. this place or should i said this company is unprofessional and has no business etiquette. first they sent me a welcome letter with the initial rent special of 1624, then a week or so before i move in they sent me the lease with $1794 as my base rent. When i contacted their office and tried to discuss the matter with the leasing agent she gave me some explanation that didn't make any sense but i ended signing the lease because i was desperate and it was too late to start looking for a place as my current lease at that time was up. Comes the day of the move in, they only the agent did the walk through with me, i signed papers and she gave the keys i needed. I was told i would receive the code for my gate within a month because they're working on it. it's been 2 months, my base rent up to $1,817.13 not including utilities because that is charge and paid separately , i have to go downstairs to let my guest in every single time and the place is always dirty with trash everywhere and pet owners are not cleaning after their pet. this place is not worth all this money i am paying monthly and i don't appreciate being lied to. i went to their office twice and sent 2 emails and they're still ignoring me. i can't wait for my lease to be up so i can get out of this place. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH ALL THIS MONEY.

The most horrible and worst building I have ever lived at! I would never recommend anyone to live here. The first year we had a management team that was great last minute they decided to change management teams to Castle Management during that time of changing management teams there system went down and I couldn't pay my rent online. They mentioned due to the system being down they would waive the late charge that is 10% of what your rent is which was a total of a little over $200.00 due to the fact that they where switching management and their systems went down. I had an email that I sent to them which they never responded to in regard to this matter. This happened to many tenants in the building, now when the new management came in they acted as if this never happened and still wanted to continue charging the late fees they wouldn't accept my check without including the fee. So I got stuck paying it! Even though I had an email to prove that this would be honored and to add insult to injury there system is still down! The new management is now in place and their terrible there system for paying rent is still down and you have to run to the office by the 1st of every month with a grace period of 3 days and pay via check only. If you leave your garbage outside for even 10 min before taking it to the trash chute they now charge a fee. So be careful leaving anything outside even though they do valet pickup if its not left at the exact time they come pick it up there goes another fee! They literally want to hustle and charge fees for everything! As you know I am a Real Estate agent I have many times referred people to this building and will no longer be doing so. They are poorly managed, charge fees for everything, don't honor there word, there systems are always down and overall have a lack of customer service.

Love love loveeeeee ArtSquare!! From the minute I got there, the front desk agent Odessa has been nothing but a sweetheart showing me around the property and everything they have to offer. I've been searching for the perfect apartment close to the beach and I finally found it. Not only do they have endless Amenities but I feel like I'm at a 5star resort. I am waiting for my house to finish at the end of the year and I couldn't be happier choosing this place. I totally recommend. :)

I came to art square and toured with Andrea. Loved the place but I still needed to see other places. I then scheduled another tour with Jeniper just to make sure it was the right fit for me. Going in a second time allowed me to 100 percent verify that this was indeed the right place for me. Jeniper explained all the fees and pro rations where I understood it and her personality and attitude where the topping to the cake. If you are looking for a new place don t hesitate art square is the place.

This place seems ok at first . Price and amenities is what drove me to sign my lease. However I moved in March 7. And since then the amenities have been closed for 4 of the last 5 months and counting. They re-opened and closed again due to someone getting covid in the building. Now the amenities which we pay for in our rent are all completely closed. Even the complimentary coffee. Apparently for our safety. But somehow they opened a convenient store today and somehow thats ok. O wait! Because we have to purchase items from the store because the building can profit off the store. So for that reason they opened it. What a scam . I would never recommend anyone sign a lease here! They simply don't care. And I tried posting on the community blog and they deleted it. Nice try. As far as the apartment itself. Cheap. Paper thin walls. 150$ a month for fission hotwire. Basic cable and internet. But you must use this company. Resident's do not pick up after pets. O and they association loves to just walk into your apartment whenever they want. And sometimes leave your door unlocked when they leave. Smart! And yhe cherry on top. My car was stolen from the garage and the building did absolutely nothing to help. Probably in on it. Didn't respond to my insurance refused to show me the footage. Incredible.

I've lived in this building for almost two months now and this place is a treasure!

Odessa was the one who helped me to get my apartment and she was kind, so patient with everything I needed and efficient.
Iva and Mikela are always willing to help the tenants to ressolve any issue and will always welcome you kindly with a smile under their masks

Roxana the manager has the perfect balance between being sweet and being a boss!
Someone needs to keep the community tidy and on point and keep things in order (because just like in every building, some tenants are trouble makers and someone need to put them in place to keep the other residents happy )

I have arrived to Miami for a week to search for apartment for my move in 2 month. So I had a marathon of apartment viewings and since I am coming out of state I also needed to get familiar with the right areas etc, so it is pretty tiring process.
Makeila did an outstanding job finding a great solution for me and making sure all my needs are covered. I must say I have seen many places last few days and both building itself and Makeila who represents the company made me feel that this is it - the search is over, I am at home. I applied for an apartment instantly after a tour and conversation with Makeila. I have been renting different apartments over the course of my life and i think Artsquare should be proud having Makeila working for them.

Absolutely amazing place to live. Brand new everything & super clean. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Yessenia made the move in experience beyond wonderful. She was very responsive and walked us through the entire process. I have never met another leasing agent as nice & loving as her. Really nice new apartment for a great price! Brandi was our leasing agent and she made our experience so wonderful, always nice bubbly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our move-in was nothing short of perfect. If this review was based solely on our interactions it would be 5 stars. The location is decent, the surrounding streets are pretty quiet, and most importantly I feel safe here. The sole reason I give ArtSquare 3 stars is because of the paper thin walls in between one apartment and the other. We completely understand that noise comes with living in an apartment complex but I ve lived in several apartments now and nothing has ever compared to this. Around 11pm or midnight our neighbors go to sleep and chit chat in bed which sounds like they are laying in bed with us...we can hear video games, music, phone conversations, even the things you wish you really couldn t hear....we feel bad because sometimes these people are talking in a regular tone of voice and it will still wake us up late at night or super early in the morning (but is it really their fault the walls weren t properly insulated) it s very frustrating, but you live and you learn and eventually move haha

I recently have move to Artsquare at Hallandale and I have to say I LOVE it. Staff is extremely informative and professional. Maekela, Odessa, Eva, Roxanne... all amazing ladies. And the resident's whom live there are so united. Everyone treats eachother like family. The cleaning staff don't stop. Maintenance respond quick. Did I mention the free daily delicious coffee?? I think I've gained 5lbs off the French Vanilla Lattes. Not to mention Friday nights foodtrucks. Nom nom. I have never been more satisfied with a place like this one ever before. Feels like im on vacation 7 days a week here.

I've just completed my visit to the ArtSquare apartments and was met with a polite and courteous leasing consultant named Jeniper. She did an excellent job showing me the various floor plans and amenities. The apartments, common areas and pool looked beautiful and well kept. The leasing staff in this building are super warm and friendly, as a resident of ArtSquare they are always ready to greet me with a smile. I am also a Realtor and bring clients over all the time to tour the building. Mikaela and Odessa are great, EVERY one of my clients has had nothing but a positive experience interacting with the both of them. If you are looking for a nice rental community to move into, that has great caring personal as well, I would definitely recommend ArtSquare.

She explained everything, showed us all the available apartments that we were interested in, told us about our best available options, promotions etc. So very nice and well informed. It was a pleasure dealing with her! Great amenities, nice apartments, great location. If your looking for upscale this complex is a great option.

The management at this complex are more jokes than Kevon Hart. People in the front are very rude and tend to not give a care about the rent payers. Also, before I moved out of these buildings, my neighbor was being followed, and eventually kidnapped in the building. This complex has no camera for your safely and parking is extremely crazy at night. Just ashamed that I lived in this place.

Never got any justice either.. they allow just anyone to walk on site and be there and their camera s are worthless..not safe .. also the prices and fees are crazy you can get beach access for these prices. I have made several complaints about the level of customer service I have received at this leasing office. Upon my initial visit to their office the leasing agent was very rude and disrespectful to me . Also, I stopped by this past Saturday and waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes without being greeted or helped by an available leasing agent - I had to walk into the office and interject while they were conversing. Following my frustrating experience I had to return after being half way home because the leasing agent forget to return my drivers license.

Also, I called and visited the leasing office 48-hours after I applied because I changed my mind due to the poor customer service and they informed me that I applied over 72-hours ago. I sent emails and proof that I applied 48-hours prior - no response. They did not want to give me my money back.

Lastly, I called the leasing office to discuss the monthly special they currently have running. I spoke with Diego assistant manager asking if I could have the current special instead of the old 6-weeks special and he advised me that a lease that I haven t signed yet couldn t be modified.

Exceptional customer service is very important to me especially with me paying a ton of money to live on their property. These incidents have caused me to hesitate upon signing my lease because I would hate to experience this level of service throughout my lease period.

I made these complaints to the property manager Chantel via email and there was no response. My experience have been HORRIBLE. If I could give them a zero I would!

Horrible environment. Expensive apartments with rude neighbors and staff. Dog poop everywhere. Water leaking into apartments when it rains, rude property staff. They have no respect. They try to talk back to you like they own the entire complex but they can only afford to live there because they work in the office. Trucks always blocking entrances and causing accidents, loud neighbors out of control. Each month I regret living here more and more... definitely do not recommend and considering leaving lease early.

Great Location, Amazing Amenities, Great management and staff, however, the walls are super thin. I can literally hear the footsteps from the heels of my next door neighbor in the mornings from bed . Sometimes I hear the activities of my other next door neighbor. I am pretty sure they can hear me too and on quiet nights I can sometimes hear their conversations. Too close for comfort especially for what we are paying for.

I saw on their website that ArtSquare offers Live-Work units, so I stopped in to inquire about a space where I can live and also have my home office. Although there were unfortunately no live-work units available, I was greeted by Mikaela in the leasing office and she still gave me a full community tour of all the amenities, offered me a cup of coffee, and made me feel completely welcome. She followed up with me via email, and encouraged me to keep in touch should an apartment that fits my needs comes up in the future. Although I won t be a future resident right now, I feel comfortable reaching out and potentially moving into ArtSquare the future.

I absolutely love living here. Moving from Michigan and leasing site unseen, Haley was incredible to work with. She made us feel so at ease and I couldn't be happier with deciding to lease here for our first place in Florida. There are so many great things to say about this place. I literally love my apartment home so much, the construction and detail work is phenomenal. You can tell they definitely put so much thought into this property and definitely didn't do it cheap! The appliances, cabinets, amenities, etc are all top of the line, even better than the more expensive places in downtown locations like Fort Lauderdale. I'm very sad to be moving out of here and would without a doubt recommend this property to everyone.
