My bridesmaids and I had a wonderful time getting our nails done at Artistic Esthetic Spa in London yesterday! Our experience there was amazing from start to finish. If you are looking for an excellent salon in London, this is the place to go! They offer so many treatments and their staff is lovely, with great attention to detail. The whole atmosphere of the salon is so lovely and relaxing. I will definitely be back in the future!

Love Diane, my hair has been in her hands, literally, for the last 6.5 years.

I just had a facial with Chris and it was the most relaxing facial I've ever had. Chris was really attentive to the needs of my skin and was great at recommending products for my skin type. Will definitely be going back!

I had Sarah to do my hair and she was very friendly and open to talk about anything! She did my hair very nice and is knowledgabke with the products the spa sells . At previous salons I hated that I was hounded to buy $100 worth of products. This was not the case ! I will be returning !

This is the only place I come in London for hair and spa services. The building is clean and the staff are pleasant and knowledgable. Absolutely recommend Artistic Spa to anyone looking for quality work done!!!

My cousin and I had another wonderful and relaxing experience at the spa today with our manicures and pedicures. The staff there are so friendly and lovely to be around. They made us feel completely comfortable and pampered from the moment we walked in the door. We will be going back!

September is an amazing rmt, I always leave massages feeling renewed and refreshed!!

My girlfriend surprised me with a massage at the Artistic Esthetic Spa and the service was outstanding. The customer service was amazing and I would definitely recommend the place to anybody!!

Had a pedicure today, my first visit to Artistic and it was great. Very calm ambience and the staff was very friendly.

My wife had nothing but trouble with this place. Not only are they overpriced, as other reviewers have said, they are dishonest about it and refuse to put the customer first - even when billing and other mistakes are clearly and repeatedly pointed out to them. I blame poor management; we will never go back.

Just a follow-up here on September 26: We were contacted, in fact harassed, by the owner of Artistic to delete this review after they offered my wife 2 additional treatments. She is pleased to be offered these services belatedly, but neither of us appreciates being pressured to accept them or change our view of this spa just to suit them and their publicity needs. After these treatments, which my wife is taking because they are "free" (i.e. she has already paid), we will still not be back.

I used to be a regular threading client but it has been a couple years since I've gone. Anyways, I returned today to have my eyebrows done and was less than satisfied. Had a late start to my appointment by 10 minutes, not a big deal, ladies are friendly and apologized, but I feel this left my service to be rushed. Typically when I've been threaded in the past it's followed by some tweezing and clipping, then letting me see them. This time I was only given the treading and wasn't offered to see them, I should have said something then.. It wast until I got home and had to do 10 minutes plus of plucking myself. Hair was blatantly missed everywhere.. The shape was great, but there was a lot to be cleaned up.

Artistic Esthetic Spa was very accommodating for an impromptu manicure for my friend and I. We made our appointment a few hours earlier by phone with no issues. The facility was nicely decorated and clean. We were both very satisfied with our manicures, and our technicians were friendly but not too chatty (a personal pet peeve of mine). I would get another manicure here, and would recommend to others!

I recently went to Artistic Esthetic Spa with my bridal party to get our nails done for my wedding this past Saturday. The salon is very clean and the staff were very accommodating while we waited for our appointment (we were all offered beverages by practically every staff member that walked past us). Our experience at the salon was over-all a positive one. Jodi does great work (she's the one I had to do my bridal gels nails). This was my first time having "nail enhancers" and she was great walking me through the process. The calming environment made time fly by for me and my girls. The staff were very mindful of our timeline and even moved up the appointment for me when we realized it would conflict with other appointments. My only semi-negative is their price. They do great work but they are not cheap! I am hoping to wear these nails for as long as I can to get every penny's worth! All in all a great experience at a fantastic salon.

This is the second time my friend and I have visited this spa in the past three months, because we both fell in love with the staff. We have tried many other spas before this, but honestly won't be looking any more, because we found the best! They are accommodating, friendly, and well trained. Oh yes, the spa itself and the services are outstanding, but without people who only want to make you comfortable, well they are a dime a dozen. You have got to check out Artistic Esthetic Spa, London ON.

My experience at Artistic Esthetic was not up to standard. I expressed my concerns at reception and was taken seriously. She did good work to address my concerns. When, in addition to my earlier issues, the manicure didn't last 24 hours, I reached out again and the manager called me direct. The conversation that followed was an exceptional peice of customer service.
I'm going back for another try. Upped to 3 stars pending this second visit. With this level of follow up service, I have high hopes.
Sometimes things happen. What you do about it is really what counts.

I love coming to Artistic Spa when I get the chance. The girls are friendly and the overall atmosphere is relaxed.

As a guy I can't speak for most services there but for body waxing, they are great and priced right!

Great as always. Kim is THE BEST and the care she takes with applying eye lashes is amazing and Esther is a magician at applying make up and doing nails.

I recently had a massage at AES with Sarah. It was great, she is a very skilled RMT who listens to your needs and gives deep pressure if you need it or lighter if that s your preference. I love the setting here too, it s Very relaxing and front desk staff are friendly.

Had a great chat with my aesitician. Made me feel very comfortable and she was fast. I will recommend this business to my friends, very professional and friendly!

wanted to share an experience that I had yesterday at your salon and wanted to recognize two of your staff members: Melissa and Esther.

I had purchased the Eminence Acne line upon launch and unfortunately had a reaction to the product, which is very unlike the product bc I am obsessed with all things eminence.

I contacted the salon to enquire about exchanges and refunds and I was told to reach out to eminence. I reached out to Eminence and they referred me back to the salon. At a loss, I checked in for a scheduled facial yesterday and had the Acne products in tow and shared my experience. Melissa was EXCEPTIONAL! And I do not say that lightly as I have worked and managed customer facing business for 10+ years. She showed genuine care and concern for my issue and took full ownership to own the problem and set expectations to follow up with me. Melissa was genuinely apologetic and sorry for the experience and misinformation that I was provided. She took all of my information and I knew that my issue was in good hands. She demonstrated care, compassion, empathy and above all took ownership of the situation. It was not my first time interacting with Melissa and she is incredibly helpful each and every time that I am in the salon and offers great advice and suggestions and answers any questions about eminence products. Her Customer Problem Resolution skills are truly best in class.

I also wanted to recognize Esther, who I have had the pleasure of having a few facials with now. She is incredibly kind, professional and knowledgeable. She is true asset to your team!

Both Melissa and Esther lead with the customer at the center of everything that they do and this shows through their consistent levels of customer service. Your spa is incredibly fortunate to have people such as themselves, as I know firsthand how difficult employees like these are hard to come by.

I wanted to let you know that by the end of my appts, which I should note was after 8pm, Melissa had already reached out to Eminence and gotten everything sorted out. I was literally blown away. She exceeded my expectations in every which way. But it was her care, compassion and ownership of the situation that gave me piece of mind that my issue was in the right hands.

Melissa turned an 'OW' into a 'WOW' and you have a lifelong customer because of it. Not even eminence demonstrated the same level of ownership for the issue and tried to make it right- Melissa absolutely did and delivered tenfold.

It would be remised of me not to share this amazing experience that I had and please feel free to share my kudos and acknowledgement with your team, as Melissa and Esther consistently deliver Legendary Experiences for their clients and deserve to be recognized!

I had my eyebrows micro bladed 2 weeks ago.the experience was fantastic.I was really treated like a queen they were always worried about how I was feeling and made sure I was very comfortable through the entire process...love my new brows and would recommend this company to anyone.

The service is excellent they treat each person like royalty! I have been going to the spa since relocating to London 3 years ago! I highly recommend them .. I have even treated my staff to a spa night and they still talk about it!

Even though we had a misunderstanding during my experience there, they eventually handled it pretty well. Overall, I like the people and would recommend friends to go there in the future.

I booked a couple s massage at Artistic Spa for my husband s birthday and it was a GOOD massage!!! The place is clean which is very important to me ( I have cleanliness OCD). My masseuse was Emilie, not sure who did it for my husband but we both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I play squash on a regular basis, so someone who plays this game must be familiar with the joint pains and aches. Emilie did a wonderful job and alot of my muscles were relaxed after the session.
The only complaint I have is about the timing. Our session was supposed to be 1:30 hours but it wasnt even a full hour. As suggested by the receptionist we were there 10 minutes before our session was to begin. It started at 3:40ish and we were done by 4:30.

September is the best RMT ! She is very professional and always thorough . I always feel incredibly relaxed after my massage. I've been going here for years now.

I hate a nightmare recently where I bought new face wash that caused my lash extensions to pretty much fall off overnight. Richelle (sorry if I am spelling it wrong haha) was so understanding and completely fixed them right up in under an hour! My lashes always look gorgeous every time I leave here! Love it!

The Vivier Facial was an awesome and such a relaxing experience. The staff are very friendly and professional . Highly recommend.

HORRIBLE BRAZILIAN WAX!
Ive had plenty in the past but this was by far the worst!
It was just very uncomfortable she didn't hold the skin tight so it hurt .. a lot. There was no before or after care and she left wax behind that left my vagina pretty well glued shut. She was very rough leaving the area really sore, sensitive with some rawness and blood in some spots. I will not be returning.

I just had the best experience at Artistic. I'm very thankful for Nelly and the service she provided me, it was wonderful and such a relaxing atmosphere. What a wonderful pick me up. See you again soon

Very poor experience for my first and last visit. My gel 'manicure' was overpriced, not a complete service that I'm used to and in the end was not a professional job (it looked like I did it myself).

I can only speak for the hair salon services, more specifically my master hairdresser Diane, very skilled and knowledgeable, both for colour techniques and style of cuts. I haven t tried any other services yet.
The environment is comfortable and plush. The hair salon is on the upper floor, which is nice for a quieter area. The front staff is always kind, polished and professional.
The pricing is very reasonable. Overall a great experience to treat yourself to..

Kinda of a snobby place. I was overcharged and told they would just take it off my next visit scheduled. Then next visit they returned less money than required. The desk staff were rude and openly on their cell phones. I was never offered a drink or to hang my coat, yet others that arrived were. Rude.

high prices for the little they do for you.... can get a better for less other places ..... Had a nice call from them after posting this comment... and I thank them for trying to make it right .... but their pricing on their pedicures are what got me as I get much more from a regular nail business for less than what they charge for an express pedicure. Really enjoyed the massage.... that was the best part of my experience there... would give that part a 4 star...

I had the best experience ever!!!!! Alison, great Stylist! Friendly and knowledgeable! She's been working in Toronto and now she is here in London to give us her extraordinary service!!!!! Brought my 5 year old daughter to the Spa for her birthday & ALL the girls who worked there treated her like royalty, she had the best time. While I received my services they accommodated by having my seat within view of hers while she had her manicure & pedicure so she felt comfortable.

I'd absolutely recommend this spa to anyone looking for a clean calm, kind friendly environment. Will make another visit back!

Poor communication and uncomfortable bed

Went in for a couple's message and although it was unfortunate we couldn't be in the same room due to COVID, it was understandable given the circumstances.
I actually had a good bed and great message therapist, but my husband had an extremely poor experience.

His bed was so uncomfortable that he could barley roll over, let alone get dressed afterwards. His message therapist barley even touched any targeted areas that he told her about.
The worst part of the whole experience is that I asked my message therapist if I could take my mask off and she said yes, meanwhile my husband was told he needed to keep his on the entire 75 mins!!! He could barley breath, let alone relax.
It was disappointing as it was supposed to be a 10 year anniversary surprise for my husband. Nothing worse then hearing that he felt worse after getting the message then before.
Sadly we will be going back or recommending.

I've been going to Artistic Esthetic Spa for 25 years, the quality of skill is exceptional. I have watched Artistic grow over the years into the beautiful day spa that it is today, offering every service you could possibly ask for. I have enjoyed several myself. The warm greetings, and exceptional treatment and friendships I've developed over these years, so importantly coupled with the gorgeous nails I walk out with EVERY time keep me coming back to my 25 year standing appointment. LOVE IT!

What a refreshing treat. Got up early on a Saturday morning and spent the day completely relaxed after our visit.

My nail esthetician and hair stylist were great! Lots of beauty services all in one convenient location.

For a young man this was the best balance between class and friendly environment. The girl Shelbie was super super awesome!

Debby is a wonderful Esthetician. I have known her for many years and I came there because of her. The services she offered are excellent. I must add that the spa is very clean and I appreciate following healthcare guidelines strictly.

Amazing place! The staff are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. You're treated like a Queen from the moment you step in the door! Their work is consistently well done, and the ladies are very professional. I love the atmosphere, the people and the top quality services. Would highly recommend it!

Recieved pedicure services.
First off My seat would not lock making it uncomfortable for my legs and lower back. My technician said sorry and continued working. There were other open seats.
I had shellac on my toes which my technician took 40 mins to remove with a hand file. Which hurt. Followed by a quick lower leg massage, similar to that of any regular pedicure at any nail place, this was there "signature package" hot neck towel and lower leg massage.
I was with my 3 friends who were now waiting for my polish. So i requested no polish. At this point the tech then tells me it cost extra 5$ for the removal which was completed. i was unaware at the beginning of this additional charge.
So after i had incomplete service. No neck towel, massage was 2 mins each leg. Then My tech had to ask permisson to not finish the polish and not charge me the 5$ removal as i was unaware. This was agreeable but at check out it costed 70 - Thankfully i had a voucher makin it 50. I explained my reasons for unhappy unrelaxing service and was met with a very displeasing experience from many staff members. And when asked why didnt we get the towels i was met with an offer for a discount next time. I did not recieve what i paid for.I do not recommend this place to anyone its overly expensive and the ladies were VERY unprofessional and unacceptable. Youll find better treatment at any nail salon. This was a very unpleasant experience from a spa boasting relaxation.

As usual I had another pleasant visit to Artistic. The staff is very courteous and polite and my appointment with Jessica went very well.

I've been coming to Artistic Spa since I moved to London and have never been disappointed! Service is amazing and they have so much to offer.

i had a great experience! Kim did my nails beautifully and the staff was so nice, always asked you if you wanted a drink, or if anything hurt. my only problem is the price! i got my nails done in april somewhere else for $25 but today i had to pay $113!!! i think its very overpriced, but hey if you feel like treating yourself, you wont be dissapointed

Artistic spa is amazing place for relaxation. I been a coustomer there for almost an year. Natalia does an amazing job on my brows and Sarah McLeod does an outstanding massage of 30-to 45 mintue on me. Staff there are so friendly and make you feel like home when you arrive to your appointment.

I will for sure remond this place to any of my family and friends.

I always go to Artistic for rmt massages. September is great! Professional, friendly and great at what she does. I've also had other spa treatments performed and have never had a bad experience.

When you arrive you should feel welcome, especially if you intend to relax and treat yourself. This was not the case when my wife arrived for her treatment. Customer Service looks different when you are going to this spa. Shape up! Mediocre pedicure! Not worth the $

Worst threading. I have given them so many chances with this but after this time- for sure won't be back. Missed a ton of hairs and messed up the arch. Also going excessively slow which translates into more pain. For this price- not worth it and need to switch salons.

Edit: very fast response to this review which I greatly appreciate and a clear effort to rectify the situation. Updating rating based on that alone and after future appointment with regular threader will be updating again.

I ve been here 3 times in the past three months. Each time I ve been here, everyone I ve encountered is so happy & friendly. My pedicures are so relaxing. In my most recent visit, Ashley was so nice and accommodating to my special friend A . Thank you. She had a great time! She loves showing off her pedicure to everyone. You helped make her day special.

I had Amani for my facial and 60 minute massage, and I was absolutely blown away. The girl really knows her stuff. She was very informative on all the products she was using on me, made great suggestions, and listened to my concerns. She made sure to go above and beyond to meet my needs, and be sure I was well taken care of. I will absolutely request her each time I go to Artistic Spa, and I suggest any one else going there to do so as well!

I brought my Bridal party here the day before my wedding for some Mani's and Pedi's. We had a blast! They got all 4 of us plus my mom going with Pedi's at the same time. My mom and one of my girl s had never had one before and the staff talked them through the whole process. We had a great time chatting with each other and the staff as well as a couple other clients who were in. We were offered beverages when we got there and throughout the appointment. After the Pedi's a couple of us got the Gel Nail Manicure and I HIGHLY recommend it - with all the running around we still had to do to prep for the wedding and the getting ready process the next day, my nails still looked perfect! Not one chip or scuff and they lasted through out most of my honeymoon!!!!

This was my first time going to Artistic Spa and I was very pleased with the treatment I had. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

Great experience getting our nails done with great service and even delicious flavoured water and fruit available for snacks.

Its not what i expected for a spa service. un accommodating. Extreme pricing.Had to cut my own nails to desired length. Chair didnt lock in place. Didnt provide neck essential oil towel for the signature. Not 50+ nail colour selection. Wouldnt discount only credit.

They gave my 2 girls a great experience for their birthdays today. They were very polite and respectful.

Always a happy place to come and the staff are friendly and fun to be around!
