READ BEFORE BOOKING A APPOINTMENT!!
I called Artistic Spa to book a appointment for a employee. I gave them my company credit card to book appointment. I asked if they could email the receipt. The girl had told me that they cannot email receipts very rudely and told me that she can only give the receipt to the individual having the massage.
Ok, Fine....
My employee had his massage and asked for the receipt before leaving and they told him that they would email to me. He asked twice for the receipt and the girl had said sorry they will email it to me.
Being that they did not have my email, I called to provide them my email.
The girl had told me that they cannot provide me the receipt because of insurance purposes and that it infact can only go to the patient. Very rudely!
I said it was my credit card and that I would like my transaction receipt for business and she then said again that because of insurance issues they can only give the receipt to the patient.
I own two businesses and I'm pretty sure that the transaction receipt goes to the person who paid for it.....? Who's card got swiped...?
FINAL THOUGHTS :
If you are a business looking to maybe provide a employee with a spa day or massage. Do not go here!! if you would like to have your receipt for tax purposes, business write offs. DO NOT GO HERE

UPDATE: Co owner Allyson Taylor reached out to us immediately after our post. She apologized and stated that it must be a mixed communication on both parties.
I told Allyson again that I was quite clear and on two separate days with two separate staff I asked that I would like a transaction receipt for my payment from my credit card. I was the card holder and i was the owner of the business. I was quite clear and polite asking and both times was denied rudely.
She then proceeded to tell me that she has cameras in the office and that my employee did not ask for the receipt and she will watch the videos tomorrow.
I told her that , that is not the key issues to our review.
She then urged that we take the review offline multiple times.
I told her it was not personal, but we will stand behind our review.
5 MINUTES AFTER GETTING OFF THE PHONE WITH ALLYSON TAYLOR OUR COMPANY GETS A BAD GOOGLE REVIEW!!

UPDATE: we contacted Allyson Taylor about the revenge review. She stated her innocence and within 10 minutes after our conversation the Post disappeared.
ALLYSON TAYLOR then responded to our posts stating we were after a insurance slip.
Our business does not have insurance to claim anything. I Simply was looking for my receipt for credit card payment. Not once did insurance slip get brought up.
SHADY COMPANY!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
