Parking? One horror ... I can not understand why vendors exhibit the same models out there in the showroome !! They occupy parking spaces for customers. The same thing is with Autogrand. But at the address of the competition there is still such a chance to park somewhere. There's no .. That really tell me why you have cars in front of the showroom that you have in the showroome. That you lure the customer? So he turns very quickly when he finds out that he has no chance to get here ...

A pleasant seller, he didn't try to force me on the most expensive things they had, he offered me an adequate car according to my requirements, he answered all the questions, he even spoke away from the useless things that increase the price. They do not have an Auris test with a manual, so one would have to buy a cat in a bag. Otherwise satisfaction.

In August of last year, I was at Toyota for the first time as an interest. I was so convinced by the professional PPC Team's service and attitude that I became a Toyota owner in October. I am satisfied with the purchase and the contributor 100% service. I already had the first service, I am completely satisfied with the service team! I can only recommend it to everyone, professional, qualified team! No problem, any request I made to Toyota, everything was solved quickly and flexibly! They convinced me! I will be planning to buy my next car exclusively in the future!

Problem with Parking. Staff have no knowledge about what they sell. Not appropriate information, No interest to sell a car that is outside of their liking... I had more information about the car then the seller. This is a true joke or reality in Slovakia. Buying in Germany for -10% and with friendly and smart staff.

Indifference parking problems. I came to the agreed term for service but to park at the service was a huge problem. The man in the orange space who was in charge of parking at PPC was arrogant and uncomfortable and simply told me he had no room for me and totally ignored me. After 30 minutes I finally parked and got into the service. It was also not a general celebration, all annoyed and unpleasant ... This is my fourth experience with PPC and always it is similar. My next Toyota will definitely be from the competition. The PPC still have room for improvement. Especially access to customers ....

Eventually I was thrilled, but it was no better after the entry. I saw three of them offering who would take me. Finally, one pulled out a black Peter and took the style of a Polish merchant ..... To continue there, go there alone. I did not buy toyot ....

Avoid from afar. Tragic competence. No desire to help with such a simple frequency which is charging the battery. A special ignorance and incompetence was demonstrated by technician Juraj Z. who, after 20 minutes of writing the order for a car which he could not see at all and which he did not accept (I brought only a discharged Toyota Avensis battery after leaving it on emergency lights) stated that he did not they can charge it. He refused to connect the battery to the charging station. He couldn't? He claimed that the battery was broken by testing the battery with a tester to check the state of charge and capacity against the nominal values?!?!. Nobody told him how such a sensor is used? Fortunately, I borrowed a charger from a friend and charged the battery at home in a few hours and without any problems. Mr. Juraj should look for another job ... but who would want to employ such a compromising employee?

My corolla went for oil change after 15k km. I ordered through the app. He came, handed over the car and waited 90 minutes as agreed. Technician friendly and helpful. Everything was ok. The only negative was the strange lady / girl on the reception, which was grumpy and unpleasant. She was on the phone and didn't mind that I needed anything and packed up for information. Maybe she had her day. The price was ok because the price list they have on the web and I knew what I was going to. I recommend.

I went to see it because I'm planning to buy a car. At first someone in the parking lot told me where I was going, but if I was carrying to Toyota, I would probably be there. On the spot I wanted to ask about the Auris hybrid, but there was no salesman. He just had information, nor offered me to sit in the car or anything. Just if he wanted to sell a car, the wreck should probably be more active, at least I think. Or am I wrong ?

I came to Toyota PPC with the intention of buying ...

I came to Toyota PPC with the intention of buying a car in cash. The seller informed me that I also get compulsory insurance and accident insurance for free. The details of the insurance were not clarified to me at that time. First of all, I turned to the seller with a question in the e-mails, to which he could not respond.

When I asked two days later specifically about the additional insurance of the GAP, windshield, people in the vehicle, the possibility of a replacement vehicle, etc. the seller was unable to respond and his simple answer was "I don't know" that he had to contact Toyota Financial Services Slovakia. And he had two days (from a previous email conversation to find out things he didn't happen to happen).

It is sad to say that the seller in the store is unable to inform the customer and does not know about his products, which is a fact that I have not yet encountered with other car dealers / brands, despite the rich experience with various dealers. It is obvious that after the sale of the vehicle (even if it has not yet been handed over to the customer), all the efforts of the seller end and the interest in any contact with the customer is lost.

PPC thus loses another client who will look for another place to service and purchase other products from Toyota.

Let me add as a trifle that they will not welcome you as a customer in the parking lot, but suspect that you want to park there for free and find out what you are looking for there.

Problem with parking. We found parking spot, however we were noticed (not very pleasant way) by employee that it is staff only spot and we should move in front of entrance. Other employee ask as t leav as they are manipulating with new cars however we did not received any advice where we should park. Almost left however found parking finally. When we step in to showroom nobody really cared...
