Art Van Furniture Review

They sell horrible furniture, most not made in USA and break easily, i got a reclining chair two and 1 lazy boy.

I have been a loyal customer to this location for years and will not be back... I first asked for an inventory check on a piece and was told it wasnt in stock, i found it minutes later. After finding it I realized i didnt have my art van charge and was told it couldnt be looked up. I then spent an hour driving back and forth to get the card and upon returning was told it could've been searched. Asked for the sales manager who not only said I cant help you but didn't even bother coming to the desk. I aked for a discount but only wanted an apology... sales manager? service representative? pathetic. Will not return.

Art van furniture experience was great and informative. We were there to buy mattresses. Kenneth is extremely nice and gave valuable information about the mattress and pillows best suited for me. The prices were very reasonable. I would come back again.

Worst experience ever. Sales person made a mistake on the bedroom size, then said the mattress was in stock and as I m calling to schedule delivery they tell me it was never in stock and I had to wait 3 weeks for delivery. I scheduled a delivery date, after waiting 3 weeks I received the wrong color and never received the pillow and lamp I ordered because the sales guy never put it on the invoice. The sales man put the wrong color on invoice. Then they came the next day and the headboard was scratched and broken. They scheduled another delivery for headboard the next week, it was also scratched. The ladies at the customer service were awesome and got me to calm down. They gave me a $100 voucher and a free pillow that my daughter wanted. She also called to check to see if everything went well and I told her my delivery mess. PLEASE, if you can t do your job, find something else you can actually do. No one deserves this mess because we re paying for it and got getting it for free. I wish there was a negative star. This rating is for the salesman and for artvan hiring him, on the other hand the ladies at customer service are amazing and very understanding!

The store was very clean and presentable. Very appealing. The staff was very helpful. Rich our salesperson was very helpful and informed.

The store was very crowded to the point of customers having to wait an hour or more to be helped do to the going out of business sale.
My sales person had at least 3 customers before me but even though I'm sure she had a very busy day she was still very courteous and helpful. I purchased 2,500.00 in merchandise.
My sale person name is..MRS. VANESSA WILLIAMS at the store on 14 mi and van dyke in Warren, Mich.

We worked with Mike. He is awesome. We spent more than 3 joy filled hours making great decisions that will lead to many happy years of enjoyment of our new furniture.

Very pleasant experience. We had a bunch of furniture picked out ahead of time. In and out quickly even with approval for an art van card. Will definitely be shopping here in the future.

I went to look for a dining table. salesmen was not pushy. gave us time to look. then was very helpful to answer all questions. we found a table we liked. walked us thru all financing and delivery options. we will use Marino Marougi for next purchases!
