Worst experience ever. Sales person made a mistake...

Worst experience ever. Sales person made a mistake on the bedroom size, then said the mattress was in stock and as I m calling to schedule delivery they tell me it was never in stock and I had to wait 3 weeks for delivery. I scheduled a delivery date, after waiting 3 weeks I received the wrong color and never received the pillow and lamp I ordered because the sales guy never put it on the invoice. The sales man put the wrong color on invoice. Then they came the next day and the headboard was scratched and broken. They scheduled another delivery for headboard the next week, it was also scratched. The ladies at the customer service were awesome and got me to calm down. They gave me a $100 voucher and a free pillow that my daughter wanted. She also called to check to see if everything went well and I told her my delivery mess. PLEASE, if you can t do your job, find something else you can actually do. No one deserves this mess because we re paying for it and got getting it for free. I wish there was a negative star. This rating is for the salesman and for artvan hiring him, on the other hand the ladies at customer service are amazing and very understanding!
