This place sucks !!!!!! The worse ER ever and I have been to los angeles county hospital !!!! The nurses and the people in the front are a bunch of retards so rude and uncaring to people who are dam sick ...... If your not bleeding dnt come here it will take 4+ HRS to get called back then another 3/4hrs to be discharged 8hrs of BS and they charge your ins ..... But hell yeah they make sure they get your ins info with in the first hour your waiting ! They should pay you for all the time you waste waiting cause you know they are going over charge your ins !!!! Its the worse feeling ever to be sick and if you brought your butt to the ER you must feel like crap and all these people dont care they will let you sit till you rot or your pain goes away by itself !!! I will never ever come here i will drive the distance to loma linda or redlands .thanks san bernardino county/colton ! This is the way you treat your tax payers . I will take my ins elsewhere ! If I could give no stars i would .... I would actually give -stars !
Trauma dept has incompetente staff, my husband waited 10 hrs to see a surgeon. While we waited staff was in a circle on their cellphones laughing having inappropriate conversations. Drs and nurses DID NOT WASH THEIR HANDS!!!! Even though there are signs saying to tell them, we were given attitude by them. My husband had a workers comp accident, Rns didnt fill out paper work properly. Now his insurance is billing him. We visited yesterday and we were turned away, Black lady in records said nothing dept can do. Top it off hospital sent info on another patient to us with my husbands same name, yet different discharge date. How stupid can the staff be yet when drs asked so many times hes social security number. Please contact me asap this is ridiculous ,no stars, worst hospital staff experience ever ..
I have family and friends that have come here and have been treated great here. I also have come here and had a great experience with the doctors and nurses.
C. Theresa O a RN worker in the emergency room just told my brother to watch out she should not be telling kids with crouches to watch out! with their crouches she s healthy and should be more than capable of AVOIDING being hit she just had the worse attitude
Showed up with a severe pilon fracture of the tibial plafond. Had an external fixator for a month and next surgery was given 9 screws and a plate in my ankle. Doctors said I would not be walking very good. Gave me 1-5 years before I would need more work. 11.7 years later I am still jumping the chit out of my dirtbike and walking like a champ. My leg is skinny and very painful at times but that is to be expected since I destroyed it jumping dirtbikes. I thought I was going to have my lower leg amputated (maybe someday still) but the surgeons put me back together again despite all the complications and severity of the injury. Cant tell you enough how great it feels to look down and see a leg that I almost sawed off myself. Wish I could take my surgeons out for a beer!!!
. The nurses in labor and delivery are the most careless people i ever meet. Either they tired of they job or they been working for years and dont know nothing any more. but they think they know everything and will brush you and yo pregnant self off .. seriously if you think i sound rude they will take you there i never been through this before and i have 5 other children.. if your the type to do as told they will tell you nothing and you wont kno nothing and you wont do nothing.. everything is always fine even when it isnt and its a shame because we need people to not be so urgent to just get patients in and out because of overflow but take the time to see the mistake now rather than at birth.. DuH you dont get any attention until your prpblem becomes severe and even then they turn they nose up if you try and get angry.. smh i tell you they make you want to fight and then your crazy so avoid this hospital because the chances of a good nurse os slim to none
They did not tell me there was a way to save my baby for 3 days I was just sitting there waiting till I demanded to be taken somewhere else they finally told me there was a way. my son did not make it they lost to much time not wanting to do there job telling me I had to go home and wait for him to pass away. Worst place ever since then I have heard I am not the first wish I would of sue so they could never do that again or at least so people know what they did to my baby.
I was born a baby and I was a Caesarean last 4 days very good experience the best, the nurses had very good treatment in hospital very comfortable rooms the best
I took my son here for a pilonidal cyst that was very infected on 04/24/18. He was unable to sit and he was in so much pain that he was vomiting often. We got to the ER at 3pm and had to stand in a long line to get signed in. Then in another line to register, then another wait standing since there were no seats to get question by a DR on why he was there. My son was feeling like he was going to pass out on the first line, I asked for a wheelchair that took them over 30 minutes to bring us. There were no seats available for him to sit while waiting so he had to lean against wall waiting in the line. They did not call him to go in the room until 8:30 pm, they did noting for his pain before that time, and then left him in the room alone and only asked if he was ok when they heard him vomiting from the pain twice. They started his procedure at 9:30 and after cutting and draining the cyst after that they asked him to go to the lobby to sit and wait for discharge. 10:10 pm they called him to discharge him where he continued having to vomit, but know what seemed to care. When they took his Vitals his BP and Heart Rate was elevated and so they wanted him to him sit in the lobby for god knows how much longer to have the vitals go down. He had had enough told them he had been there all day, had not eaten for 2 days cause he couldn't keep anything down, and was in so much pain, that no wonder his vitals where high. So we asked for the paperwork to leave. I understand it was not life threatening, but If you read what a pilonidal cyst is and where it is located, it is very, very painful and to sit on it for 5 plus hours is just crazy. Even a lady that was next to me with a heart problem and fluid in her lungs and fever arrived when we did and still was sitting there when we left. County hospital or not, no one should be treated like this. I would love to leave a minus 2 stars
My wife worked there an she always came home happy talking about how much she enjoyed the PMQ Behavioral Health department an PMQ department we had our last baby there an my baby had the worst flu scary for any parent when your kid spikes a 104.0 fever an they nursed her back to health over all this is ha D's down a great hospital
I Absolutely hate this Hospital!!!! If I could give it no stars I absolutely would! I just remembered why I NEVER come here! !!! >:( This place is horrible!!! The Nurse's in the ER have no compassion for their patients, they are rude with a More
I have three hours waiting for an ultrasound and I have not been treated is an emergency and it seems that the health of one and the baby do not care bad service
Delivered my first child here five days ago and honestly I was kinda scared because I was lying in bed reading these reviews just as my water all of a sudden broke . And I had read so many positive and negative things about this hospital. But I can honestly say my experience here was great from the nurses to the doctors and even the maintenance staff was very polite caring and helpful the nurses were awesome , my favorite were Shannon over nice nice and Tracey was amazing as well and many more to many name to remember but being my first child I was scared in a lot of pain and they walked me thru everything reassuring I would be fine going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I love it I felt truely blessed to be around such a wonderful caring staff also there very polite to you partner and family I loved it and I would come back here if I have another not that I m considering. Thank you arrowhead hospital for having such amazing staff .
This is the worst hospital. . I took my dad to the emergencie room we waited 5 hours and they gave him eye drops and some medicine. He didn't get checked at all its just a waist of time going there. . . they also told him to put tape to close his eye wtffff really he got bells palsy and we had to go somewhere else for them to help him
This is the worst hospital ever if you come in with any severe illness call the ambulance the only way you will get treatment within 12 hours. If i could give a negative 5 stars i would.
My kids are seen here for regular checkups, and I love their doctor. I'm always out in less than one hour. But the emergency room is ridiculous slow took my son since he fell and hurt his leg wasn't sure if it was broken or sprained, I was there for more than 3 hours when all they did was just check for vital signs. He didn't even get xrays while I was waiting. I ended up leaving since they never called me.
I went into the E.R. Really nice staff. All with good side manner towards me. It was the E.R. so a long wait was expected. I was there for a little over 5 hours. They gave me my diagnosis, a prescription, and help on who to call to come back for further medical treatment. Overall, I would go back for medical treatment.
Your hospital is the GREATEST!!. Thanks to all the medical staff that have helped my husband. I cannot THANK YOU enough!!! Your medical team is very professional, caring and knowledgeable. No other local hospital can hold a candle to you. We have been to others, and they have failed us by far. We feel very fortunate to have your hospital in our area, and will go nowhere else. Words cannot express our gratitude enough. All that I can say is "WOW, THANK YOU" again and again.
The Emergency room is a complete joke. I came in for pain in my neck and shoulder I kept feeling shooting pains, and numbness in my arm. They kept telling me it s a muscle strain while the whole time I m telling them it doesn t feel like that. Then after I was getting my blood work drawn I started to pass out, and instead of helping me up they crowded around me asking me how can we get you up . The woman that took my blood was sweet, and was also pregnant so I didn t expect her to help me up. But the other nurses that just stood there were a joke. While letting the pregnant nurse use her foot to hold me up, again not her fault. Also the Hispanic lady at the first desk to check in with was very rude. I self meditated because they always take forever to get to you, and I didn t want to be in excruciating pain the entire time there. I heard her ask what did she come in for, and when she was told she whispered still like my pain was supposed to automatically just go way. I came in around 9am, and finally got discharged at 1pm. I feel like the staff was not listening to me (excluding the pregnant nurse, and the Practitioner Jeanette). I absolutely hate this hospital, and usually don t go to this one I had no choice today. I will never come back here again. To be honest I wish I could give zero stars. Next time I need emergency care I ll make sure to go to community hospital.
I brought my mother here a couple times, she has been admitted for the same thing over and over again. When we had already been told what the problem is. She has kidney stones and needs surgery. Apparently, to them she just had a UTI. So she was sent home, even though she was still throwing up. Had a fever and low blood pressure. According to them she already has a urologist which is the outpatient center and she needs to be patient and see the doctor when he s available. My point here is why do you still send a patient home with so many symptoms and say you re assign to a urologist you need to discuss with the doctor. Last time I remembered there s a specialist in the ER whether he/she is there or on call. They have very poor patient care. I wouldn t bring no loved one here at all.
The nurses are gossiping and not doing their jobs. I ve been here for 5 hours with severe back pain and they give me ibuprofen. They don t do a proper exam and just do a urine sample. What does a urine sample have to do with back pain? What is that going to inform you about my back pain? So stupid. If I wanted ibuprofen I would ve gone to Walmart to go pick some up. The ER and it s staff is a complete joke.
This place is just ridiculous!!! It's been twice I've been here. My first time in brought my newborn in for high fever they took his vitals n had us wait 2+ hrs. Today waiting to be assuaged there's another baby in for the same reason but she's cryin in pain you can tell her fever is high because her face and feet are red. Parents just walked out cause the nurses at registration and in the back are just chitchating and laughing.
The "women" nurses in the er are always talking or on the phone !!! They take so long to help because they're too busy talking!! One lady was even making fun of a patient because she was in so much pain !! I dont even know how they are still working there so unprofessional!! the worst Hospital to go for a emergency !!! Better off calling 911 your get way better service!!
Horrible service they took almost 5 hours to attend my mom and the waiting room has been full all day with the same people that I saw when I first checked in. The nurses in the back are very rude and seem like they don't care about the patients because they have them lying in pain for hours. As this is supposed to be an emergency service many people are in pain and need help FAST can't they tell it's an emergency?!?!? What's the point of the paramedics or patients being rushed to the hospital if they are just going to be forgotten about in a waiting room? This hospital needs to fix these issues and if there were an option to give this hospital a 0 star rating trust me I would.
Thanks the entire Labor and Delivery Team with Doctor Inessa Dombrovsky! You did really Good job!! I'm so pleased with your service! My son was born November 3rd, 2016. May God bless all of you and your Family
It is a nice hospital, but waiting times are way too long. Plus the staff there are extremely rude and uncaring, I've been treated better at a Dentist office. I talked to one of the check in people around 9:35 AM, and for a half a form and a couple of questions, as well as scanning my ID and insurance card I went to the lab around 10:20 AM the lab was relative more fast pace, yet met with the same treatment the lady didnt even greet me and just handed me the cup. Then she just annoyingly told me that I could leave after I was done, also there was a bloody cloth on the floor, that no one bothered to sweep or pick up which was simply unsanitary. I'm sorry but if I were be delivering or have to be seen for any other serious medical condition don't bother. For any minor illnesses or injury yeah go ahead. But you're best bet is anywhere else.
Dr. NAWRANGI , the cardiologist is a very good physician. He is very caring and making the patients to understand the problem and his Tx make me live now. I was suffering from A F - he prescribed better medicine and therapies at appropriate time.
Prepare to meet the ghetto this place sucks. You can see it from the lack cleanliness to the lack of service. Don t go their are other hospitals in the area.
Fantastic staff was there a back to back within a week's time and very professional very friendly very proficient and efficient and all of the above thank you all staff you're awesome
I have never been to a hospital that managed to have you stay 4-1 am over some urine results, slumped over in pain. Resident told me that they gave me a Norco on file for the pain as I wait to be told my results... LIE... also I watched everyone leave while I waited ... never again will I go there even if I'm dying and desperate.
This hospital by far is super great the staff is caring and competent! Dr Wong saved my husbands life everyone from the minute he was flown in till we got to take him home. We are so grateful
I've personally interned there in the outpatient surgery clinic neurology and wound clinic and it was GREAT, the workers are helpful, supportive and delightful people. The hospital is helpful and has hard working people.
The best hospital by all means hands down I currently visit the hospital and these people did amazing jobs and went the extra mile every time for whatever it was Amazing outstanding performance goes to 1. Rachel. RN. Emergency department. 2. Kelly RN. 3rd floor department 3. Nurse assistant aide .Louisa! These people should get recognized for their outstanding performance thanks a lot guys and God bless you all.By Cristopher S.
I am giving this hospital 2 stars. I was in a car accident with my boyfriend this past Sunday. I got admitted on Sunday night and my boyfriend got sent home. The nurses that were assigned to me were really nice and professional. Although on the bed to call the nurse the button was not working and nurse did not say anything about that, so when I had to go to the bathroom I had to wait for the nurse to come in... 15 minutes later. Then they also said I could call one of the nurses at their desk but I couldn t because when the nurse left the phone was not in my reach and like I stated before I could not get up, so I had to wait for the nurse to check up on me.
My boyfriend broke his arm and sprained his foot, the doctors did everything they could on his arm popped it back into place and everything although when he got to the hospital via ambulance he was just sitting there in the bed holding his arm, they didn t prop up his arm or anything, the nurses were sitting around drinking Starbucks. Then we went back to the hospital after getting discharged due to the fact one of the nurse messed up on his discharge information. So I was okay at first I got directed to the emergency room, the room was full all we needed was a date changed for his work. So then they signed him in and told us to take a seat and then I proceed to ask them why when we just need a date changed on his info. Then as I m talking with my boyfriend mind you to jo one else I say to him this dosent make any sense, I don t understand then this man witch was on the left hand side of the ER room buts in my conversation and says to me in a rude way what don t you understand then I go on to tell him that I don t understand how his staff made a mistake on my boyfriends papers knowing that he gave you his occupation but yet you still put the wrong date. Then he tells me oh people make mistakes, I said what the heck did you just say? This is people lives your dealing with you don t have time to make a mistakes. All we needed was a date change on his paper so his job won t fire him. We were there for 3 hours when the nurses should have gotten his date right in the first place. Those staff members do not care.
I would highly recommend not going to the hospital, I mean if it s close by then go for and it s an emergency but if not go to like San Antonio Hospital because at least those staff care and will not be disrespectful and rude. Plus do their job correctly.
Second time coming and will be the last, most nurses r totally rude especially er nurses. My son was in a car accident two months ago we came in for a check up because he still has headaches and somehow the nurse mistaked what I said for saying that my son tried to run his car into a wall so they put him in the loony bin for a 72 hour hold he still hasn't even been checked for his headaches to make sure he's OK. He called me on the phone and I can hear those nurses being rude and taunting when they talk to the patients but enjoying all of their conversations with each other you can hear them laughing and talking, I didn't realize this was a get together party for them why are they not doing their job
My daughter was born in that hospital, a beautiful experience !!! All very well, except a nurse who treated me terrible, because she wanted me to forcefully breastfeed my baby, I did not get any milk
The staff is very rude and unprofessional. They change diets and your medications with out telling the patients. Also they try discharging you as fast as you can. Would not recommend this hospital unless you have no other choice and you absolutely have to go here. (I wish there was a no star option)
My wife has been in the Emergency room for 5 hours and still waiting on discharge paperwork, but the nurses are having way to much fun recording tic toc videos while we wait to go home , is now 4AM and they re still recording themselves. Smh never again to this place !
Ive been to going to ARMC for years. Yes it is a county hospital and sometimes you have to wait. I was recently admitted for severe chest pain. I came in by ambulance. The care I got while I was there was fantastic. Everyone in the ER was so kind and reassuring. I was very scared. I spent a few days on the Cardiac Ward. They two were wonderful. I couldnt have gotten better care anywhere. Dr. Lanum is the best doctor ever
I waited six hours. I came here because i was having reoccurring infections & felt like i had a UTI On top of that. Told the drs this they ran test but they didn t even run a UTI test on my urine. Called medical records to double check if they ran tests but they re closed. The person in the ER told me to come back (for what? To wait another six hours for nothing??) This morning i woke up in aggravated pain and symptoms decided to come to urgent care and they diagnosed me with .... A UTI! Im having awful pain so im currently waiting to get medication and an injection so it doesn t turn into a kidney infection. My nurse and second dr were friendly but most staff there yesterday were rude, un compassionate , and arrogant. Honestly so tired of doctors that dont listen to patients when we know our bodies! This negligence could ve cost me a kidney infection when all you had to do was test the urine for a UTI , like i stated in the beginning and patiently waited 6 hours to treat .
ER staff was very friendly and profession. I went because I smashed my right foot in a car door. I had ankle, foot and toe pain. I left the ER in more pain then I went in. My friend, who is a nurse, looked at my ankle and said it was dislocated. My ankle was never examined. She relocated my ankle and I could walk without a limb or any pain. They also offered to help me to get to where the buses are and I eventually had to walk to the bus. I did not want to wait an hour for a bus because I waited for 20 minutes for help to get down there. I could barley walk, had a boot, crutches and my young daughter with me. It will be a while before I come back here or even come back. This is not the first time that I left worse than I went in.
After going to 5 different hospitals over the last 2 months, the wait was worth it. The quality of medical staff and resolving an ongoing medical issue that Loma Linda (13 hour wait), and 4 other Inland Empire Emergency Rooms could not help me with, I recommend Arrowhead Regional.
I wouldn't even give them a 1 star.. we get scheduled an appointment and they don't stick to it. It takes a minimum 3 hrs just to be seen. My wife is in the last month og her pregnancy and haven't even discussed birthing.
My wife has been in ICU for 4 days now and i can not have a high enough praise from the staff. She feels totally pampered and no request is unanswered and not taken care of. The nursing staff is top notch and very experienced, my wife said the food is actually quite good and served on schedule every meal time. Thank you Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, you have our vote for hospital of the year. Raymond Lowery (patient Michele Lowery)
I have CVS (cyclical vomitting, diagnosed by a specialist at UCLA and have a note) and was transferred from Big Bear ER, by ambulance, to this horrible place. I waited an hour with the EMT guys that drove me, and then was wheeled into a room and a group of people outside my room. I hear the doctor ranting, asking why I am there. He hears the nurse asking about drugs, I say I smoke pot to help with nausea. The dr rushes in, and starts telling me that I caused my vomitting and since I was aware of that (separate condition from mine, many egotistical drs do not care that there IS a difference). His words, "this was self induced, she knows about the MJ morning sickness I am not treating her, she is discharged". I was in PJs, soaked with sweat, doubled over in pain. I started to panic and then the nurse started to get really pushy saying that I had to trust her and I said I needed space to breathe for a moment. I went out to the lobby to call my mom (no cell service in the room) and as I am walking ther the nurse grabs my arm and says I can't have the IV flapping around... without any warning, in the lobby, she pulls out my IV!!! WITHOUT even gauze ready! So I was bleeding all over my shirt, and the floor. I went back to the room to get my blanket and leave because they were going to make my condition much worse as I was dehydrated already and in pain. I asked the nurse where the waiting lobby was so I could get a cab. She told me I needed to go outside. So I had to go out into 103F and wait for a cab to get back home $150. And then a ride from a friend to UCLA, where they know what the condition is. I was admitted immediately and put on a heart monitor for 4 days, with a BPM of 30 while I was awake. Not good! This hospital is lucky I was able to get to UCLA before anything happened. My heart has never had a problem, I have never been denied IV fluids because I have been throwing up for 12 hours, pretty much nonstop. This hospital obviously hires JUST people who want to make $, not help people. I've unfortunately been to many hospitals for CVS, this is by far the WORST most abusive treatment imaginable.
I have been a patient here several times and the service you get in the emergency room is terrible. The service you get over the phone is also awful. Jessica in the laboratory department is one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. They don't care about their patients and that is very heartbreaking.
I have called to make an appointment with a specialist for 2 weeks straight. I've been put on hold for over an hour several times in a row. I have also called them and the phone just rings for over 20 min only to tell me that the line is busy. I can not make an appointment. I already know that this hospital hires sub-par doctors, physicians, and surgeons, it is even worse that is extremely hard to be seen. Try to avoid this hospital. This hospital does not care for patients. I have been seen in the emergency room and one of the P.A.'s smelled of alcohol. What a disgrace.
They dont even deserve one star a horrible hospital people could literally be dying in the lobby and they will not attend u at all ! Staff is incredibly rude since when does it take 3 hours for some discharge papers. I got there at 8 :30 didnt leave until 5 am juss for them to tell me im fine its ridiculous hospital should be shut down !
My neurologist right now is Dr Rosenthal and everytime I go I have the worst experience I've ever had. I haven't had a seizure for 10 years but last year Loma Linda told dmv I did so they lied. So now Rosenthal said to get my license back I need to be on trileptal and said if I don't take it she won't fill out my DMV paperwork. I said you're making me take meds for something I don't have. So she said do you want your license or not. She is very rude, likes to argue and I'm sorry but seems very dumb. She doesn't know what she's talking about and when I ask a question she answers for something that has nothing to do with what I asked. So she said she would fill out my DMV papers if I take these meds which I have been doing, by the way they make me very tired. Well I called today and they lost my DMV papers. I've been through hell trying to get my license back then she loses my paperwork.
The worse experience ever at this hospital the waiting was totally unacceptable the staff was talking to much and excesive use of cellphones the nuse was giving me attitude and she was looking at me really unprofessional they put me on the lobby after they give me some Narcotic pain medication when finally call me back they only do a medical procedure on my knee to remove fluids when I told them that I have gouts history not to mention the Doctor at the ER was un respectful to my self they never give a bed when they know that I have several pain and a kidney failure stage 5 my blood pressure was so high 173/115 but they don t care about that ., after the medical procedure on my knee I ask for pain medication but they ignore it me they ask me to put my clots back cuz I have to go back to the lobby honestly i check in around 9am and i have to left the hospital around 3:45pm cuz I don t believe they give me the right treatment and now I have to go to another hospital cuz I m still in severely pain
NO STARS is what I rate this hospital. My father has been here bleeding for 5 days straight. Doctors have hardly come in to see him. Nurses have been contacting them and it took them 2 days to show up...by then my dad needed a blood transfusion. The night nurses have a really bad attitude and have not been responding to his needs. All they have had to do is come in and change the gauzes that they are stuffing my dad's mouth with and even this is too much for them. One nurse named Ernie even reponded with "the last nurse JUST CHANGED IT." Very rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL TO ANYONE. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONES AND ARE SEEKING SOLUTIONS TO MEDICAL PROBLEMS, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!
5 STARZ FROM ME.. and WAY Better the any damn Kaiser.. THEY SAVED MY DADS LIFE and gave him 5 star treatment. TRAUMA Department is good here.. based on recent experience when its life-death I will direct people here. If I knew the names of the doctors and nurses I would say them. THANK YOU!!!!! Arrowhead Staff GOD BLESS You..
I was put in the mental facility. It was the worst mental health facility i have ever encountered in my whole life. I was put in for suicide attempt, and I haven't talk to any of my family. When I was able to contact my mother, the nurse told me to stop crying or she was gonna take the phone away and kept interrupting my phone call. ( mind you I just survived a suicide attempt and I was emotional cause I had to explain to my mother where I was and why.) the nurses were talking bad about the fellow patients loudly, and mocking them. When they did a shift change at night, they made fun of us and judged us according to why we were there. They made fun of my last name "Jeronimo " saying "no wonder she's here, I would hate to have that last name too." I don't know what they were really implying but it made me feel less then human at that point, I felt degraded and helpless . When I was getting transferred to another facility, even the EMT said the nurses there weren't nice and had attitudes. This place is the worst and it doesn't deserve one star.
Would like to do another star because my insurance changed and now I'm seeing a different doctor on s different plan. Only things wrong is too many Residents in internal medicine and ER is a nightmare. Otherwise, nice hospital once you're admitted.
The worst hospital in labor and delivery waited 10hrs snobby nurses and then forgot about the person at 4 in the morning saying they were gonna come in 10 minutes but never did asked what was the decision for the surgery wanna day gonna give her meds but didn t so had us waiting for 12 hrs just for Tylenol
The nurses and staff were so sweet to me here. I went by myself and had to stay for seven hours. I felt safe and was constantly checked in on the entire time.Thank you to everyone for making my visit such a great experience!
I have been waiting with an approved referral for my child since Sept of 2016 and they are complacent and negligent in regards to her well being. The audacity to hang up in me truly shows their Interest as well as their professionalism. I had my referral redirected because they are rude. I even filed a grievance because nobody should be treated as I was nor should they be trusted..
DO NOT CALL THEM. Walk in the hospital its better. I was on hold FOR 3 HOURS AND 36 MINUTES WHAT KIND OF BS IS THIS! wanted to speak to HR and this lady picked up and said hold on and once other lady from HR answered she said wait... Waited for one hour then she said how can i help you. I didnt even finsh my question and she hold please. 30 minutes go by and she comes and ask what do i need... AGAIN I DIDNT EVEN FREAKEN FINISH MY GOD DAM QUESTION AND SAID WAIT! I SAID NO AND SHE PUT ME ON HOLD THEN I STAYED ON HOLD UNTIL 3 HOURS 36 MINUTES. When i called again the first lady didnt know who i was and she said HR closed 2 hours ago... WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE PEOPLE IN THIS OKAY HOSPITAL!!! OMG. Kaiser is way better I swear. They treat you like humans there not like trash.
It's a well place to go went have problem, because they have all of great Doctor's there that know how to help a person hose know how much medicine to give that person.
I came in for a scheduled c section and I tolled them no I wanted to try having my baby normal do to having my previous daughter emergency c section and they support my decision and all the way they treated me so good and my baby was born normal nurses are really good overall for labor and delivery I recommend it
In my opinion, very bad service, from the moment you arrive .. the receptionist is very rude and despotic and the nurses are the same, it seems that there are forces ... I would not recommend it and from my part I will not return to this place ... they helped with my problem I had a lot of pain and doctor TRAN said that it was not an emergency that I went to a specialist ....
Sent home immediately following surgery prescribed pain Meds and the foul up between the pharmacy and medi-cal and IEHP is not allowing me to get the Meds so I can return home and get better. Instead I am stuck here sitting in pain until this gets resolved. Seriously, the doctor could have had the Meds for me with my discharge papers before dumping me off in front with a swift kick and a seeYa!
Took my Elderly father to ER, had an amazing Dr. , Dr. Smith she went above & beyond to locate the problem with my father. So Blessed she was the attending Physician. The next day, at the ER, (for assistant) at the tent was a rude, arrogant grey scrubs, staff member, she presented herself with annoyance to assist. She should not be assisting, if such attitude can not be controlled;.... so disappointed. The rest of the staff, RNs, CNAs, front desk, security, were very courteous & pleasant. "One bad apple should not ruin the tree".
Ive been coming to this hospital for several occasions with different family members since this is the closest one to my house. Every time I ve been here I m here for no less than 5-7 hours. Doesn t matter if it s someone having trouble breathing or if its someone bleeding out. Today I saw a handicapped elderly get treated very very rudely by the security and staff. They were rude to most of the patients there except the ones they personally knew. This is the last time I come to this hospital, i know there s not much option when there s an emergency but if you can avoid this place, please do so.
Ok. This hospital is like being in the worst hospital in Mexico not to be rude. but is dirty, nasty and smells terrible, my niece is being here for 2 weeks, she called the nurse and it takes them to come after 1 hour being called. HOUSEKEEPING really bad, a room can go up to 5 days without mopping the floors, you tell them and all they answer is sure sure ok but they never come, I have to grab a towel and clean it myself, please if you have a loved one here try to take them to a better hospital Loma Linda And Kaiser are way better than this. I was talking to a therapist and she said that it's only 3 therapist to 400+ beds that's really really sad, they want to take my niece out of there just because they're short in beds, oh Lord please help us to not get a epidemic disease. That's all I can say..
Phone menu needs to be changed. Being put on hold and told it is a 2 minute wait is not at all the truth. There needs to be a doctor line on the menu for conference calls between doctors. Also a separate line for medical records. But being on hold more than 5 min when calling from a doctors office to get to another doctor is unacceptable
Every time I have been here, to any department, I wait AT LEAST an hour, usually longer past my APPOINTMENT TIME. I arrive early and sit for as many as 5 hours to see someone I have an appointment with. RIDICULOUS. Today my husband has surgery scheduled 2:30. He took his pill to relax as stated and now AN HOUR after he should be in there, we sit in a nearly empty lobby still waiting. Come on people, get it together.
I took my husband to the ED last Friday evening with an injury. We were in and out in a timely matter considering the waiting room was completely packed when we got there. We were treated with respect and kindness by the staff we encountered. My husband was seen by Dr. Fenati. He was very knowledgeable and down to Earth. He addressed all of our questions and concerns. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend this hospital to my friends and family. Thank you Arrowhead!
ER physicians are brutal and robotic. The purpose is in and out. Multiple dog bites and never took any tests. 2 weeks later I'm back for emergency surgery to remove multiple blood clots and repair a severed artery. 2 weeks of unnecessary pain. Nursing staff is great and surgeon team is fantastic. AT residents suck
This used to be a fair place but now it has lower ther standard to below zero the staff is not educated to be working with the public maybe a animal hospital but not with human adults I ask a straight question and got a none proffesnal answer I been waiting for results for two days and counting but this modern technology now maybe they should ask Donald Trump how to run a hospital a lease it will be great again.
This is the worst hospital ever. If you come here, chances are; you are going to die. Especially if you are there being monitored, and for detox. They nearly killed me by screwing up my medication. Some of the staff were okay, the rest need to be fired, and re-evaluate the reason they really got into medicine.
