ER staff was very friendly and profession. I went because I smashed my right foot in a car door. I had ankle, foot and toe pain. I left the ER in more pain then I went in. My friend, who is a nurse, looked at my ankle and said it was dislocated. My ankle was never examined. She relocated my ankle and I could walk without a limb or any pain. They also offered to help me to get to where the buses are and I eventually had to walk to the bus. I did not want to wait an hour for a bus because I waited for 20 minutes for help to get down there. I could barley walk, had a boot, crutches and my young daughter with me. It will be a while before I come back here or even come back. This is not the first time that I left worse than I went in.
