Been here for 2 and a half hours waiting in a room full of coughing and sneezing people for a simple check to see if my arm is infected. I literally just need someone to look at my arm and tell me if it's healing right, that's all. I've been waiting since 6am and the waiting room is the closest experience to being in a prison. I have an infant at home and I'm worried I'm going to bring some nasty germs from this place and get him sick because I've been isolated in this room for so long with sick people

The Outpatient Burn clinic is a joke. You think you might be treated like you should? No. You think you can get the followup appointment you were told to get? No! Can your doctor get you the appointment or even get through to them for the authorization! NO! 100% apathy is why you get from the Burn Clinic. Sad, especially as how this is the most painful sort of injury.

My wife was transported by chopper from St Marys Hospital in Victorville to Arrow Head Regional on Saturday night after she was found nearly unresponsive at home mid after noon. Doctors at St Mary's found she had a blockage of fluid on her brain and badly needed critical attention they were not prepared to treat.
My wife is still sitting in ICU after they drilled a hole in her skull and still has not received an MRI to find the problem; Arrowhead personal stating they need an Anesthesiologist to sedate her. No one has a clue when an MRI could or will be scheduled.

It is Tuesday...........No answers; my wife's condition is deteriorating and we are calling our insurance carrier to request transport or by wheelchair to Loma Linda for emergency treatment we are not getting; we are blowing this Popsicle stand and getting some professional attention. The nurses are great, doctors/management a different story. It's what you might expect from a county hospital, everyone on cruse control.

After waiting for one hour and 7 minutes after my appointment time, Fady Boules, PMHNP-BC spent 45 seconds with me and told me that he can not help me. No apologies; just a smirk, like "what can you do about it?" ...well, I hope that something is done about this type of abuse of patient by this so called practitioner. Patient abuse

Be careful folks.majority of specialty clinic here is run by NP and PA with limited knowledge of what they are doing. I was a pian clinic pt and Dr. Varner who is not even a physician, impersonating as a doctor by introducing herself as a Doctor Varner . Come on Arrowhead midlevels, become a real doc if you want to call yourself docs and get extensive training like doctors do with their residencies and fellowship Rather than taking shortcut and playing with patients lives. I have seen many family members hurt from NP/PA care including myself.

This Hospital is always in trouble no matter what....

This Hospital is always in trouble no matter what. But today I will complain about the Women's Health Center at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. Avoid this place and Center at all cost! But if you have to know that there is a Nurse by the Name of Mary Gallagher ( she might go by another last name.) DO NOT I repeat DO NOT trust this "women" under any conclusion. She is evil and they have had issues with this "women" before. She is dangerous and there is evidence on this "women" everyone knows that she is is also incompetent. But yet she will blame you for her issues ext.. There are other good nurses there but this one is the worst I have ever met in my life. Again the evidence speaks for itself. She comes off as being nice but do NOT trust the B***H. This false niceness is just front! Ask for another nurse if you get her and remember you have the right to request someone else! -Thank you

UPDATE : Just to let you know there are 2 Mary's that work in this department I am talking about Mary the "Charge Nurse" NOT Maryanne/Mary the Department manager. Although I do not like Mary the manager as well. This lady could get the charge nurse fired and is not doing so from what I know.

I had received a referral for their physical therapy and I kept calling and calling multiple times a day for 10 days each time I had a referral (10 days is a limit to call or the referral is void) and no one answered or ever called back from the messages I left.

The phone is probably in a closet just sitting there.

Went into the E.R. at 4AM due to difficulty breathing pertaining my asthma, the nurse I spoke with was beyond RUDE and had a very bad attitude. He made me feel beyond uncomfortable! Definitely not an experience I wish on anyone going in seeking medical attention!

Went into the ER for food poisoning Sunday night at 8pm. First off, there is no communication at this place whatsoever, and that goes hand in hand with a lack of urgency. I was practically defecating in my pants while my girlfriend cried next to me in helplessness. Meanwhile, I was shivering and barely able to talk and the male nurse asking me questions was practically yelling at me to give him answers about things that I could barely speak through the vomit in my teeth. They had no blankets to give out (according to another nurse it was because they had to stop giving out blankets to patients and I presume they were taken by accident and the budget just couldn't allow a few more linens for their sick). Then after four hours of being ridiculed by both nurses and security guards who watched me cry out for help and then fall out of my chair, I finally was able to get some saline in my body after they told me I couldn't even rinse out my mouth with water to keep the dryness away, I sat there for an hour shivering next to other people who waited just as long as I did wondering where the hell the nurses were with our test results. Finally the nurse came in to tell me that the reason I was feeling like death was because of laced marijuana even though I get my prescription from a dispensary and have never had a episode like that ever, and also did not smoke that day, I said fine and we left. If you value life or the life of others who you know upgrade to kaiser or find another hospital who knows what compassion looks like.

Took my 10 month old daughter in the ER for a high fever and the receptionists were rude off the back. We went in around 11pm and ended up leaving around 4am because my daughter was crying and tired and we still weren't given any prescription. Will NOT be going here again!

My 2nd time delivering a baby. 1st time 2014 and was a good experience. This time it was even better. From the moment I stepped in the labor and delivery i felt like home. With caring staff. Nurses, residents and Dr's were awesome. Even though many residents saw me throughout my stay they were always very attentitive and their mentors were always behind them helping them and teaching them. I also had a BTL and even though it was a busy day they were very attentitive to my needs.
Overall it was a great experience and staff were very professional and friendly with me and my baby.

Spent 9hrs in the waiting room. Just to find out that it only should have taken 1hr at the most. Wow. Talk about being disappointed about the whole thing. Big waste of time. For only 1 hr process.

Labor and delivery nurses were awful. Baby and mom units look like they have middle school bathrooms. Epidural people took forever to come, epidural never worked they didn't believe me. Contractions monitor wasn't working. Food is disgusting. I was happy to leave. Never going there again.

The nurses are amazing. Some more than others. I highly appreciate when they show care on top of ONLY doing their job. The HOUSEKEEPING in this hospital is by far the WORST! The rooms could be much cleaner. The restrooms are disgusting; which shouldn t be that way since we are in a hospital and SANITATION should be a top priority! And the waiting rooms!????? Omg! REALLY UNKEPT!

I could not have asked for a more competent, caring and compassionate staff that went well beyond the call of duty in caring for me and keeping me comfortable. I went in through an emergency transfer from a Murrieta hospital for a root canal that went horribly wrong. Arrowhead was on it immediately and after surgery I left in very good spirits and health two days later. I am so greatly appreciative of your efforts.
