Unique hotel.
It is clear from the moment they welcome you and you enter the entrance to enter an exceptional place.
Climbed to the bar on the seventh floor with a special lift without interacting with the various rooms, but there is also this lift to go to the rooms,
An Armani fragrance feels fabulous and delicate at the same time.
Fabulous view of Milan's panorama and beautiful bench and lounges.
I had a coffee the cost is six euros but I will definitely return because it is well deserved by the place.
Then it is still a five-star extra luxury and understandable in price.
It can be reached with the yellow metro stop montenapoleone and nearby or tram n1.

A dream, I still can't believe this was real!
The place is gorgeous, well maintained, clean, modern, the classic place you won't want to leave anymore.
The staff was kind and helpful, I enjoyed the spa services and a 50 minute body massage, my therapist was very professional and immediately managed to put me at ease.
I also loved being able to spend time all for myself in the relaxation area, a place of peace that with its soft lights allows you to lose yourself in your thoughts in the large whirlpool tub, allows you to warm up in the saunas and also to drink hot herbal teas or cold. With attention to the smallest details, an experience that is worth trying!

The hotel is quite nice, but it is the worst service I have ever seen. We received an e-mail requesting a response within 24 hours at the risk of losing a credit which was therefore lost. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL !!

Not the right location. The building exterior is tarnished and the interior is overly restrained. The design choices are guaranteed to put you to sleep.

Its a designer hotel, nothing is ordinary here... The detail of everything is very well thought of. The handle less door, the Armani amenities was really a designer material... Definitely one of the coolest hotel I've stayed ever.

Great service, very high tech room controls with excellent integration of iPad. Rooms little dark and bed not too comfortable. Plus the lift system little annoying that you have to change lifts at lobby.

Profumo, illuminazione, atmosfera, arredi, cocktails, musica, staff...tutto perfetto!

This hotel has a unique style and a limited number of rooms (95 rooms). The interior of the room is cozy and comfortable, everything is controlled by ipad. The service staff is friendly and considerate, and can always remember your preferences and requirements. The hotel is ideally located with many restaurants and shopping areas around. The bar and food are good, the fitness equipment is good, and there is a swimming pool. If you want to live comfortably, I highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent hotel in a central position that allows you to reach every point of the city in a fairly short time. The comfortable and well-kept rooms are equipped with large bathrooms, appreciated by even the most demanding customers. The staff is also very nice and helpful. Equipped with all comforts.

Massage was good, no hair products nor deodorant after sauna/jacuzzi. Not planning to come back! Would recommend Bulgari Spa, which was offering full package.

Travelling roughly 60 times a year all over the world and all types of hotels for the past 10-15 years.

This hotel is easily the most unique one I have ever been to.

Even if we put aside the super friendly and professional staff and the fact that everything is thought to the smallest details.

This hotel is so unique because it takes design and turn it into a culture rather than just a pretty trend. I m far from being interested in fashion or design, but they just took it to a level of art.

Not a cheap one, but worth every euro spent, book it as an expirience and not just as a place to stay, truly fantastic.

Exceptional hotel, hugely recommended. The staff are very friendly and one shouldn't be put off by the serious/fashion facade: it's very friendly and, relatively, the prices are quite accessible.

The restaurant is an under-rated gem: complete with executive chef who's very focused on using local fare and buying from reputable providers... Food was exceptional.

Rooms are very nicely equipped and make you feel very much at home; it's really the perfect place for seeing the city. Loved it.

I went there for a business event and the 5 * are reductive as far as I can see. The staff is of unparalleled professionalism, the spaces are extremely comfortable and ergonomic. I stayed for lunch and everything was perfect.
