Armani Hotel Dubai Review

amazing hotel. had booked this for my boss thru agent Pretty Planet travels. they offered this on very good rates.

Feel great when we just arrived the lobby to check in. Staff were extremely nice, and willing to give suggestion for further tour in Dubai even we checked-in too early. The lifestyle manager was also professional and treated us well. Also the main point, our room was clean and cultured. The facilities were suggested to attend, the pool was fancy and well designed. We highly recommend to stay here as the first time you visit Dubai. Cheers! Armani hotel.

Situated inside the Burj Khalifa, best place for dining. One gets best view of fountain show from Armani lounge.

Best drink - Armani Asiatico. Must try.

We had been out and about all day, had just admired the sunset on the Burj Khalifa and now we wanted to try Asian cuisine.
So why not go straight to the Armani Hotel and then to Hashi.
We were admittedly very skeptical. We weren't exactly dressed for a dignified dinner. But far from it.
The one employee right at the exit from the lifts took care of the guests for the bistro. In terms of styling, we expected this employee to send us friendly, but rather scrutinizing, around the block to the other entrance. Not even close. In a friendly and courteous manner, she accompanied us through the bistro to the lifts and told us which restaurant was where in the building.
In the restaurant itself we were greeted very friendly. It wasn't this kind of nice to see you, it made you feel like a regular guest. Our waiter Bipin served us the whole evening as courteously as if we had known each other for a long time. Absolutely perfect.
What surprised us positively with the service continued with the food. It was sensational what came out of the kitchen. We cannot do anything, but we also have nothing to object to. If you want to grumble about the price, you're welcome. At least we thought it was worth the price.
The farewell was warm and we had to admit that the Armani really has it under control. And Bipin, our waiter, did a great job.
I hope, dear readers, you could understand my positive assessment. This kind of service, courteous and friendly, yet with respect and the necessary distance, authentic and exuding joy. It is difficult to explain and so far have only been allowed to enjoy in a few restaurants.
By the way, I recommend sitting outside, then you can watch the half-hourly water games right away. And whoever is after something higher can look up along the facade and only guess where this 828m will end.

This hotel would be my first choice for my next stay. Right in the Burj Khalifa you can not go wrong. The Armani Hotel is hard to beat for comfort and location. It is not cheap but first class. Have fun

I like this hotel though I think they need to improve their food offering. View on the back terrace was stunning with the fountain and architecture all around. I have attended a couple of conference and meetings in the conference centre. The food can be improved. The place is nice and elegant though, and offers a classy gathering place.

Stopped here over night on the way to Seattle. The hotel smells fresh and clean. The room was spotless and fresh also. The pool area is hot as a sauna. We are very pleased with our hotel choice and look forward to a nice night. We would stay here again if in the area.

We stayed here at the end of our 10-day trip through North Dakota, Wyoming, Montana and South Dakota during 4th of July week. It was one of the most comfortable and least expensive in our journey. It slept our family of four comfortably and the staff was extremely friendly! Would definitely stay again if we came back this way.

"Excellent Hotel and Staff"
This is one of the best hotels we stayed in. Room was large with a sitting area with a couch. The room was very, very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. They even gave us a bottle of water for being a Choice Hotel member. The lobby was nice and clean. Breakfast area was large. There were several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the breakfast items. There was plenty for everyone, including tons of bacon. I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

We stayed here for our wedding night! It was a wonderful stay with an awesome room! We had the jacuzzi suite it was very spacious and in a good location! The staff was very friendly and welcoming and seemed to genuinely care.

We had a great, spacious room. Upkeep was perfect at this hotel, it looked brand new. Our bed was comfortable. We had a Jacuzzi room, it was perfect and we could see the TV while sitting in the hot tub. We liked that! It was a quiet hotel and we slept great! The continental breakfast was also very good. We found the front desk to be friendly and helpful as well.

This hotel and the quality of service and the amenities caused us to choose Comfort Suites hotels for the rest of our trip. The staff were friendly and the food at the breakfast was terrific. The room was beautiful and well-equipped. When I forgot my card-key and needed to ask for my room number at the desk, the front desk clerk asked me some security questions before giving me a new key card for my room. This was a great hotel at a great price.

Seldom do you find such "quality care" as we experienced at this Comfort Suites. We truly made the right choice for our mini-conference. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Management and staff definitely went out of their way to make this a pleasant stay for us. And the hot breakfast was one you seldom find in hotels (even restaurants) with great variety. We loved the quiet location which was easy to get to and plenty of eating establishments in the immediate area. Looking forward to coming back to this hotel......a home away from home!!! Sales Director Cindy Olson went above and beyond for our group; making restaurant reservations, giving us great rates and accommodations, and assisting us in numerous ways. "Great Staff"
Had to pull off interstate 90 ..closed due to a snow storm. Easy to get to hotel and had a "distressed" rate due to weather.. That was a great first impression to help grumpy travelers forced to stop our journey. Gail and Tammy were wonderful as I noticed all the staff were very hospitable. Great FREE breakfast, and huge suite..loved that the room had a fridge, microwave and a couch and chair! Will be back for a nice vacation later!
"Great port in a storm"
We were stranded here after I-90 was closed from Wall to Sioux Falls. Received a "distressed traveler" rate on a great room--two queen beds, sitting area with fold-out couch, refrigerator and microwave. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rapid City.

I ordered some food, couldnt pay because the paying machine gave error (later we found out the paying machine was not connect to wifi) The manager called and was very rude, something i didnt expected from Armani Hotel. he gave me one hour to pay or else.. this happened on the first day we arrived. After that we didnt feel welcome and went to another hotel. No more Armani Dubai for me!

The hotel is top notch, we were put up in the Fountain Suite 616 ,it had amazing views, the hotel has a short cut to the dubai mall, rooms are very comfortable and the bed and pillows are the best, very very good breakfast spread as the food is super duper yummy. The automation in the room is freaking awesome, we were watching a movie and a pip cam popped up in the TV as the room service guy was at the door,that's just super cool, we ordered food on the iPad it's just super fun.

The hotel is wonderful, especially the remote control of everything, the breakfast is more than wonderful and its proximity to the Dubai Mall
I recommend it to everyone

Didn't really stay in the hotel yet, but spent some time in the Armani lounge which has a stunning view of the Dubai fountain, souk Al bahar and the downtown.

The service was amazing and the staff are really friendly, a very cozy place to enjoy some coffee and tea and enjoy delicious tapas, the outside seating is irresistible.

Free valet parking available when you visit the lounge.

Hotel with Very dark ambience, non fountain views from the room are just ok. Not worth the rates they charge for the room, for location the rates are ok

Went to the Italian restaurant....thought Italian designer must be the best Italian food, right? Wrong. Worst meal ever. Service was intrusive. Food was plain bad. Risotto was not Dante. It was half cooked. Live music was far too loud. Really need to lift their game of they are going to be considered a serious player. There are much better choices in Dubai so unless you are really trying too impress your date, give it a miss
