Armani Hotel Dubai Review

Attended the 50th. Anniversary celebration of Habib Bank AG Zurich in December 2018.
Very well designed entrance/Lobby. Impressive and out of the box architecture.
Well layout and professionally handled event. Staff very courteous and more than happy to assist you with smiling faces. Excellent food. I intend to try their restaurant. With the standard they are carrying I have no doubt that the food and ambiance is expected to be the same. I recommend a visit to this good place.

I spent 7 night in Armani Hotel Burj Khalifa with my family in their Royal Suite on the last floor with the water fountain view of Dubai Mall. From their room service, the buffet dishes at the restaurant, the ambience, the spa, the steam bath, the gym, the armani prive club, the Dubai Mall and all the panache amenities were totally worth the value of the money spent during our stay.

We had friends stay in this hotel over the weekend. Visitors from Monaco, it was a pleasure spending time here, we loved the service A++++

Perfect location, view and service. i didn't like the room and the toilet! would i come back again? i don't think so.

The hotel features a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa fountain, a stunning view, is close to the Dubai Mall and is characterized by modern design and many restaurants distinguished by its flavor
The interior design is fascinating. You notice it in the columns, walls and corridors. The lighting design is great. I can't say now that it represents luxury.
I would not recommend it for a family with children

Frankly, the hotel is very excellent, especially for those who visit Dubai to shop from the Dubai Mall .. as there is a bridge between the Khalifa Tower to the hotel and the Dubai Mall .. The room was overlooking the fountain and the children watch the shows through it

The valet took long time to bring my car but everything else is perfect

Armani hotel's first expression was perfect. I spend fantastic night with my friends and I satisfied everything. But the problem is RACISM.
When i took a taxi, one security guy came to us and said ' ni hao' so i said ' we are not Chinese but Korean' after that he said 'oh, but Korean and Chinese are same to me, AND YOU R KOREAN BUT YOU LOOKS SO CHINESE' i was really felt bad and disappointed about Armani hotel's staff education system. If he cant distinguish Asian's nationality, he shouldn't say ni hao or something to Asian. He judgement impetuously following appearance. If my nationality is USA or EU,even though i have Asian appearance, how can he dealing with that situation i wonder. This is Dubai the most international country in the world. Asian can have western nationality, black people can have Asian nationality, white people can have African nationality but at Armani hotel's staff did big mistake at luxurious hotel. Anyway i never go again at Armani hotel and never recommend anybody.

great hotel i had a great experience .. the only thing i didnt like to much is the armani smell in the room lol thanks any way you guys are great

At the door staff misinformed, guiding guest with a tick to the summit to the mall entrance, and when exiting the building when asked shortest way to the mall, we were told take a taxi, after a third employee he saw the VIP sticker and directed us to the inside short cut, staff need serious training!

Great hotel with artistic decoration, but few people says they dont like the interior decorationa as it is too dark, but I like it.

I was only a few hours out of curiosity, the buffet restaurant is a bit expensive but it has a huge selection. The view of the wonderful Dubai Fountains. Staff available and prepared.

Staying in this hotel is a wonderful experience. Situated in Burj Khalifa with great views of the fountain show.

Incredible food with amazing views of the fountains. As expected in Dubai, the service was great and not as expensive as we first though.

Hospitality is great! The rooms were very spacious. Expensive but worth it...

Rooms are very clean and quite, staff is friendly and extremely helpful.The concierge service was perfect specially Ashraf polite and so friendly. If you are planning to stay at this hotel I highly recommend requesting him as your concierge. He knows everything about Dubai. Thank you Ashraf and Armani hotel.

The audio system in the Ballroom is with so much clarity. The podium is well done for small events and the area provided was at its full capacity.

Wish there were more veg options in the spread, but what was there was par excellence

hi it is bad employees bad manger I will I stay in any where hotels not in this hotel I wish they changed there name I do not like any my gamely and friends come to this hotel.

We had drinks on the Terrace with the most amazing views. The service was impeccable and the staff very professional, friendly and could not do enough for us. Then we went to have dinner in Japanese restaurant Hashi. I have never experienced anything like this. Chef Jimmy made the most delicious food for us. Extremely creative and so tasty. It was very entertaining sitting at the bar and watching the Chefs prepare the food. The restaurant was buzzing with a fantastic ambiance. Can t wait to go back and visit this amazing Hotel.

Our stay in Armani Hotel is unforgettable. We got a breathtaking view of the Dubai fountain from our window. We had a very comfortable stay. Bed is so comfortable and the room is modern and stylish. I was so impressed with the ease of controlling the facilities in the room through the ipad. The breakfast was also worthit. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel

Yes, I would recommend this hotel during the stay in Dubai. The lifestyle manager Nazira was more than helpful, she had solved quickly an unusual experience when we arrived the hotel for checking. Housekeeper was also efficient, with his warm regards. We appreciate Nazira and the housekeeper had done to gain our experiences.
Still, if a check-in respective does not speak a language she knows, she can simply mention it. A not-good attitude would just lead your manager to a difficult place to explain more. To provide the proper or warm service is easier not-good service.

Armani has its own charm. Sitting pretty alongside the iconic Burj Khalifa, one can get some nice views outside the hotel. The food is great, although can't say it's exceptional. There is a bit of Armani touch everywhere.

5 star luxury hotel at base of Burj Khalifa. Top drawer quality.

I was very pleased to deal and live in this luxury hotel for many reasons, because of the great features, but what really distinguished this visit actually was the communication of one of the employees of the hotel with me in a very special way, which gave my visit a distinction that did not happen to me in the past, as it offered distinguished services outside the scope of housing services and this is something New, wonderful and very special.

If you can afford it stay here....Christmas is the best time to stay I dubai ....
I would highly recommend this hotel.

What a by place. I can easily say that it is one of the best hotels in dubai. You stay in Burj khalifa. The rooms are very well designed they are modern and clean. Also the view is incredible. Armani hotel also has some great restaurants and in room dining is also very good but little expensive though. In your room you can control everything from an iPad that is already in your room, you can change temperature order food and close or open the curtains, it is a great feature but it isn't really needed. The breakfast was great with lot of choices, they also had Asian breakfast of you wanted so there is something for everyone. The pool is big with a great view, it was nice to cool down in it after a day in 40c heat.

I enjoyed my stay in the Armani hotel very much it s located in the best place of Dubai- in the Burj Khalifa you can go directly to the Dubai mall what s also very good the rooms are very big an mordern.
The beds are perfect
The staff is first class !

Some minus points:

-The prices in the restaurante are way to high
-there have to be special prices (for Armani guests)to go to the top of Burj Khalifa
-there are light control switcher next to the bed which are always lighting
-the bathroom can be a little bit more clean specially the shower and the sink
-some things are a little bit screeched or little bit broken so they have to change or fix it

In all Im very happy to stayed in the Armani Hotel in Dubai it s one of the best hotels in the world I like it really much I was 2014 the last time in the hotel and in this days some things where better so I hope really I can help you with my review and see you soon.

The Armani Hotel and the Armani Ballroom both have a great view, average food and absolutely great service! The staff is very polite and friendly. Loved the overall hospitality and experience.

We chose this hotel for a honeymoon and never regretted it. The location is convenient, the view is simply gorgeous, cleanliness, service, food and everything is all right. We were like in paradise!)
The hotel offers many excursions on any topic. Most memorable was the Royal Safari from Chance Tours, which includes not only trips in the desert, but also other entertainment, as well as dinner at sunset in the desert.
Of course I didn't want to leave, but we will return there for sure!

Armani is perfect place for people in Burj and for outsiders . I just visited there with my friends

Very nice place to visit and try the food restaurants there I have not seen the rooms but maybe next time I will try them but for the food its really nice
