Alyssa and Travis were absolutely amazing and produced the best video for our wedding. We have had so many compliments. They were very professsional and turned the work around quickly. It was the best decision we made choosing Angry Chicken Media to be our videographers. We would highly recommend them .

Worst company ever, will hire you to make websites and wont make payments in b/w of tasks they will say you if you want to quit do it now.
Its been 7 months now they didnt made any payment. Worst company i ever seen.
Working as an editor for ACM for both business projects and Weddings gave me so much experience as well as responsibilities to keep the projects done perfectly with the direction of Alyssa.
Her keen eye to details always brings out a different creative flair that meets the needs and requirements from different client's every single time!
Sometimes we have to re-edit several times to meet the clients expectations or even go beyond that!
However I sometimea get bored of revisions and re-edits, but Alyssa Never does, She encourange me and the team by reminding us of our main goal of delivering perfectly and make our clients satisfied,
I'm very lucky to have the chance to work with ACM weddings & business, which lead me to get featured from behance in the main fields of editing and motion graphics and even the exiting software!

Reply to Angry Chicken: Thanks for your reply once again stating untruths on how you managed my site. It is not working as agreed as I don't get any notification of and order coming through despite asking you time and time again to have it fixed.
It's a shame that you never pick up your phone to actually discuss the issues but rather hide behind emails and texts which leads to more poor communication which results in more mistakes.
A professional business would be concerned that the key elements of a website they built are not working. To drop the ball and remove reviews off Facebook just shows what kind of business you are.
And to ask for full payment upfront should've been my first warning bell.
Anyway good luck with your little home business Alyssa and Travis I'm sure you'll continue to dupe others whilst using the cheapest non-English speaking offshore IT people to pretend to build websites. Disgusting !

We recently had our wedding shot by Angry Chicken Media and the process has been wonderful. The 2 videographers were so much fun and slotted into our day perfectly. They were like family!
Having a chat to Alyssa a few weeks before was great because I was able to tell her exactly what I wanted and that was delivered. She listened to my needs and when you are dealing with a lot of people with a wedding, most don't listen! This was refreshing.
Now we have our ceremony video back, there were a couple of things I asked to be changed and that was no trouble at all.

I've worked with ACM on three projects and each one has met the brief and then some. My ideas are often big and bold and sometimes I feel only make sense in my mind! But they manage to flush it out of there and create something incredible from my ideas and our brand. And incredible value too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Appalling customer service. We mainly dealt with Alyssa when we signed up to have our new website created. We were promised the world and short turn around times. What we weren't advised of, is that she in fact knows nothing about creating websites, and sends it all off shore. Every time we wanted something adjusted, it took weeks by the time she got in contact with some non English speaking person, and then tried to relay the info back to us. She commented that she was actually learning herself! Although we were extremely specific with what we were after in the first meeting, the cost kept increasing when these things were applied, and the overall project took months, rather than the 'weeks' that was promised. Apparently they no longer design (or pretend to design) websites, and it's no wonder when you read these reviews. Seems they not only burnt their clients, but also the web designers they employed! After spending thousands, they now refuse to offer any advice (even paid) and won't recommend someone else to assist us. Obviously they no longer have contacts that are willing to talk to them. Thankfully I have found a fantastic alternative! I would not be recommending this company to anyone!
Appalling customer service. Booked for videography services for our wedding. Went on a payment plan to pay the deposit and the full amount. Paid more than what I should have according to the payment plan I was on. Had to cancel the services a week and half later after booking due to personal reasons, advised Alyssa of this and out of $1000 I put down she would only refund me $500. WE BOOKED ONLY A WEEK AND HALF before we cancelled so she didn't lose anything or have to reject other clients. She was just being greedy. Her service once I told her I had to cancel was absolutely shocking. Wouldn't return my emails or messages until I sent about 5 of them and then there was a huge delay just to get the $500 refund. I would avoid booking with these guys at all costs!!!
