It guide us to dubai mall instead of the hotel, it missed the entrance

Had a lovely couple of drinks in the relaxed atmosphere of the at.mosphere lounge, complimented by the wonderful views over Dubai.

The reception is very quiet, the smell of the hotel is as old as an old Asian perfume, my husband did not finish for 4 hours because of the smell in the wing, also the music players and the naymin music are connected to the suite and did not stop the music until after my husband screamed and said: "Sorry for the mistake. , The reception service was slow and indifferent after my husband complained and left the hotel, for us we were not lucky with Hotel Armani.

Nice hotal, and view of Burj Khalifa is stunning from there.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Staying at the Armani was an excellent experience. Staff was amazing.

We went to the outdoor area with friends. Sheesha is not good for real smokers. Food is tasty and good. The place is nice and quite.

Last evening i was attended one the event at Armani Ball room but management has to look into the service surprisingly i was expecting such a bad service water took almost half to get and asked for tea for 3 people but the boy came back after 20 minuets only with one cup of tea

The restaurant inside is nice, the water dance show is very nice, and the building itself has a light show.

The restaurant has beautiful view, cozy and romantic place for dinner

It used to be an excellent hotel, but after another visit many of the newer staff aren't doing as one would expect.

This is the first big city that I made so I was impressed by the view offered by the tower from above it is just breathtaking I had not seen anything such fabulous compare to the Steamer State or we made three hours of tail by doing all the tour of the building there the tail is resonance me I waited 1 hour frankly it goes

The hotel is very luxurious and the lobby is bitter, it opens the breath and the views are unique. I live in the 707 suite overlooking the fountain, really, you never need to go down, it is enough for you to see it while you are in the room and enjoy but the furniture is very flawed.

Real fancy! Was invited for an event. Loved the serving order of the food. Everything was complete and the view of the Burj and the fountains were beautiful.

I highly recommend to stay in Armani to experience the luxury and appreciate the amount of details that was achieved.by far one of the most amazing hotels I have seen. It was the first time I stayed in and definitely not the last.

The hotel is good, somewhat expensive, but excellent. The service drinks the minibars to more than the view that is in the middle of the night. I have not been there true, but I suppose it was nice to see you. I'll go someday.

Elegance and function.

Amazing hotel...ground floor lounge very spacious. Restaurant offers great views of dubai dancing fountains. Food amazing in deli restaurant. Service excellent.

Armani Hotel.. It suppose to be top location for the leisure in Dubai. It is not. For many reasons. It is poorly managed. Staff members outside the hotel begging for the tips and overall ambiance is like "Even if You pay we won't serve you properly". Another money sucking machine without proper services.

I like to rest in other cities. This time I decided to rest in Dubai. And stayed at this hotel. Hotel rooms are very beautiful with beautiful views. The staff is also very polite. On the day of arrival, I stumbled upon the Guzel profile. I contacted her through Watts Up. She worked in the company "SHAN TOURS". And through her booked an individual tour of Dubai. I really enjoyed the tour. Showed me all the beauty of Dubai. Thanks to the tour of the company, it was an unforgettable day in Dubai.

By God, I am comfortable, but I am eager to see that I live in Yemen in Aden, and I hope that I see a relative and a flower, and from the comments it is wonderful and beautiful, and from the pictures, I want to know that it is the tallest building in the world and it reaches a height of 828 meters and I advise you to visit it.

My wife and I were on our honeymoon staying at The Address Downtown the night it burnt down. Luckily we were having dinner at the Armani hotel and Yann, the lifestyle manager assured us that they would do everything possible to help us. They certainly did. The whole team at The Armani was amazing, the best customer service I have ever experienced at any establishment.

Totally recommend for a luxurious experience.

Beautiful interior & exterior designs as per photo images you see on the internet. Looking down the hallways with the hotel rooms on each side was very aesthetically pleasing. The actual room we stayed in was extremely spacious & extravagant. They were also generous with their hotel amenities/kits/beverages. The ceiling showerhead in addition to their regular showerhead was also a bonus.

We received impeccable service from the moment we stepped out of our taxi. Staff greeted us at the entrance & offered beverages (tasted like freshly squeezed orange juice) while we sat & waited for the staff at reception. To our surprise, our room was ready to host us despite having arrived a few hours earlier than the check-in time. We went there for our honeymoon & they surprised us in the evening with a wonderful personalised chocolate dessert!

Only small nitpicking-things were the laggy tablet in our room (which was cool because it was used to control lighting/curtains & it provided information on hotel activities) & the longwinded access to the pool (which had great views of the Dubai Fountain & was empty when you go earlier in the evening).

This place is wonderful!!! We had a great time while having late lunch. Our waiter, with a difficult name to remember (sorry) was the sweetest guy around. We were able to watch the fountains first show. Lovely place, really nice waiters, delicious food. The Armani Golden Capuchino was the best!!!!
