Very ODD! experience. As a business owner Paul formed a strange judgement of my character based on a single email and seemed to make up a $400 minimum as a means to exclude eligibility for services. Though we have debts for collection of higher value, he still declined and refused to answer any questions. After leaving a review about this I was threatened via email with further judgemental statements, and a threat of defamation via sharing of our business details on his social media pages. I don't know what to say but just be very wary of this person and service!

Their perseverance and professionalism in handling the guy's outlandish accusations towards my business, was short of amazing. I have a subcontractor trying to rip me off with her invoice - which is requesting more than three times what it should be and was agreed upon quite clearly via email correspondence.

Paul has harassed me and told me I am to pay what the invoice states, provided her with my credit file and told me he is going to take legal action should I not pay the full amount. Using unlawful scare tactics is probably why his clients give him five star reviews

I could not give enough stars to Paul at Collectmore! A website enquiry about whether a 2.5 year old debt was too old to chase and Paul responded within minutes, assuring me it wasn't. Within a couple of hours and a couple of calls, Paul had confirmation from the debtor that the invoice would be paid in full that day .. and sure enough, the money was in our account by that afternoon. CollectMORE did the impossible, and recovered a long standing debt, that I had pretty much written off. Shallow promises, idle threats and old school tough bully tactics. His trump card of statuary demands is discouraged by the courts. Do not take this guy seriously. There are more professional and diligent debt collectors.

I have been chasing some money that was owed to me, with no luck at all. Here's what happened:

1) I was asked to give written feedback on a company's tender proposal

2) I did that at the agreed hourly rate

3) I was told my submitted work was 'on the mark'

4) Then the company refused to pay for it. Like, just simply refused.

I emailed a lawyer and they didn't even bother replying. I contacted another lawyer and they were happy to do something, but they would charge me whether they got my money or not. I baulked at that and they suggested 'Paul Metcalf'.

I emailed Paul the details and signed an authority. Paul immediately set about his work. Within 45 mins I had an email from the person in question apologizing and asking to make payment immediately. Where previously I had months of no contact.

The last thing I wanted to do was send a client to a debt collector - it made me feel terrible. However, I am very pleased to say, the matter was resolved without any fuss and incredibly quickly with full payment being made - I had cleared funds the next morning.

I have used so many Debt Collection Companies and Paul and Mel are, without a doubt, the best debt recovery people I have ever used globally. 100% of all invoices have been paid when they have been sent to Collectmore.
