Went here for our company's holiday party. Overall a good experience. Room was well done and large enough. Dance floor was good. Two issues was some gruff staff and one of our group dishes was cold.

I love just coming here for a coffee. The hotel is truly beautiful and inspiring. If you are a fan of Frank Lloyd Wright, you must visit. While wandering around the hotel, we came across the McArthur Ballroom and was inspired by the carpet More

First time here. Brought the kids and grandkids. Stayed in the Occatillo section, which has a cocktail lounge and serves breakfast
and appetizers and desserts in the evening. Kids loved the dessert bar. We truly enjoyed all of the pools and the wonderful meals.
The staff and the service was 2nd to none. Definitely some great memories made on this trip.

The hotel looks amazing. The designs are very classic and the restaurant are nice. The room we stayed was the villa which costs 1k+ but the hot water did not work the last night and called front desk. They took 25 minutes to come and even when they came, it did not work a moment after. Then we called again waiting an another 30 minutes. The facilities are great but the service is not very good. Still, a good hotel.

A beautiful location. Nice facilities. My only complaint is that the bathrooms are way too small. When you have a conference you need more stalls and you need a hallway big enough for people to walk in and out, especially if there aren't enough stalls and there is a big line. The toilets made a weird noise and maybe because it was so small, it did not smell as nice as it should. :)

First time back here in almost 20 years. Not overly impressed with the remodel, but all Frank Lloyd Wright buildings eventually show their age. The new design is a decent nod to the original, but it has a more modern, albeit necessary, feel to it that is somewhat disappointing. We had lunch in Frank & Albert's restaurant. The food was very good, the service as super friendly & attentive. Worth a return visit should we be in the area again.

Darwin, at the Concierge desk, did a great job making a dinner reservation for us during our recent visit and treated us to a dessert! Stephanie, at the Concierge desk also made some travel suggestions we enjoyed. Thank you both.

The hotel is nice but the rooms are average and old.
The location is peaceful, no traffic noise. The grounds are huge, and the restaurants are fairly nice.
There is unfortunately, nothing that speaks "this is true luxury".

I've stayed in nicer hotels above and below the same price point.

I stayed for a couple of days, very nice stay all the staff was excellent. I wanted to recognize Dallas at the front desk who checked me in. She really made it quick and easy. She texted me the directions for the Wifi.
Then the following day followed up via text to see how the stay was going. This may be policy, but made me feel special. She did a great job of making me feel that my stay being the best it could be truly was her priority. She did not know the 1st leg of my trip had been a nightmare around the accommodations ( different state different company) and checking in. Good work Dallas greeting the customer with a smile and the small personal touch will take you places in life. it is nice to know that some people truly care about customer service.

A true piece of American history. Every president since Hoover has stayed here. The design is attributed to Frank Lloyd Wright although Albert Chase McArthur played a larger role. Cement blocks are inspired by palm trees and the Hopi natives.

Negatives: recently the hotel relegated self parking to a parking garage in the corner, so either you pay valet or walk 10 minutes to your room. I felt bad for the staff on account of the snooty clientele but service was very poor.

The Arizona Biltmore provides a nice Southwestern comfortable field. The lobby is lit in a lights decadence. The courtyard was well-groomed and very pleasing. The rooms were modern and was very enjoyable. The pool area was very nice as well. I would recommend.

What an experience! Aside from the debacle of parking, the staff is gracious and willing to help, they truly exemplify what customer service is about. Our accommodations were stellar, the room service was too notch and the grounds were well kept, even though is was raining the whole time. Highly recommended if you have the means, it's a journey into the past, with highlights of the Phoenix of the old days. Elegant and lively, I feel like Sinatra could be playing downstairs at any moment (which was one of the many legends of this beautiful property) a definite must see!

Great resort, great food, great everything....but, it's a resort, kinda remote. If you want to see or eat anywhere else , it involves traveling 10 miles or so. Definitely need a car to move around, otherwise, you gotta do it there.

I was so excited to stay at this property but In the end I m leaving very disappointed. Let s start from the beginning:
Parking: I am traveling on business and try to be price conscious on things like parking so I opted to 12/day Self-Park...big mistake. The Garage is pretty far away from the hotel and when it s over 100 degrees it feels like it s an eternity away from the hotel. They do have random golf carts that may pick you up and bring you to the lobby area but the distance alone the self parking should be free! Valet is about 28/day for reference.
Room: after checking in I walked another distance to get to my room. Now I reserved an Ocatillo Jr Suite with a king bed, but when I arrived I was placed in the Terrace Court wing, not Ocatillo in a handicap room. The room itself is very big and spacious but the bathroom, in particular the shower, was a big let down. To get the the point the shower was not cleaned properly. There was Hair along the wall from I guess the previous occupant. Now for some this may not be a big deal but for me it makes me question the overall room cleanliness. Since I m already in a handicap room that has the removable shower head how hard is it to wash the shower walls between hotel guests. I made the hotel aware and asked them to have someone clean it the next day. I have now been in this hotel for 3 days, 2 nights and the shower wall still has never been cleaned!
Lastly because the doors for the hotel rooms in this section are outside be prepared to be greeted by spiders and moths when you enter and exit the room. I spent the first night fighting a moth that flew into the room when I opened the door and I asked the hotel the first day to remove the spider above the door. Someone did come for the spider but the next morning 2 more popped up over the doorway.
Overall I would not recommend this hotel to those visiting the area. I am sure there are much nicer and better cleaned lodging options nearby. However if you do opt to stay here check the room for cleanliness and maybe pack some bug spray if you re afraid of spiders like me!

At first glance it has a rustic and historical feel to it, but the rooms give it that luxurious touch. The customer service was good it did have its shortcomings, which I addressed with the manager David. My two night stay was pleasant and I would come back here again.

Staying at the Biltmore for a few weeks while I'm in town for work. The hotel and staff are wonderful and accommodating. I'd highly recommend staying here for any occasion and will hopefully be coming back soon.

Attended this resort for a business conference. The internet in the rooms is unstable. Other attendees had the same issue. I called reception, they sent a technician who managed to get it stable once and only once you are connected. Still took several tries to connect. The rooms with an adjacent door have no privacy who hear everything. You would think that being there for a conference they would give me a room close to the conference centres but no they give me a room at the end of the resort. It was a 10 minute walk in the heat each time to the conference and back to the room. I was sweating each time in the Arizona heat. For what I paid for the 5 days there, very disappointed. I ve stayed at better hotels.

A simple review cannot express how wonderful the experience was at the Arizona Biltmore. I had planned to propose to my girlfriend during a short stay, and lets just say things became complicated when the power went out. The hotel, and the staff did everything and more to make up for the experience! They have won us over, we will stay, plan events and use this hotel for many future occasions. Thank you to the entire staff.

These rooms need to be remodeled and renovated! I paid a premium price for a 5 star hotel but I was given a room suitable for a best western. The furniture looks 20 years old. The elevator looks like it belongs in a parking garage. The octilla club breakfast was extremely disappointing. The food is much better at a free breakfast buffet at a 3 star hotel. Every other 5 star hotel I go to they know your name and the hotel room is extremely nice. This is the first disappointing stay I have had with any waldorf astoria or even any 5 star hotel. The self park was a 15 MINUTE walk from my room that I had to do multiple times in the pouring rain. There was no sauna or steam room I can relax in, which I feel as if it is a necessity at a 5 star hotel charging 300 dollars I night. If you want to see exceptional rooms and service at a 5 star resort nearby, take a trip to the four seasons Scottsdale. That's what is a 5 star hotel in my mind. The location was absolutely horrendous too. It was a 45 minute drive to the nice scottsdale area, even to play golf. Book a four seasons suite on vrbo for less than 300 dollars. Much better property, much better location, much better value
