The Biltmore is one of the top places to get married in the country. I have photographed weddings all over the country and I love this place. Top shelf service, awesome staff, great backgrounds for photos, a must see! When looking for the best make sure you check out any of their locations in AZ and FL.

The Arizona Biltmore was an amazing place to stay ...

The Arizona Biltmore was an amazing place to stay over the holiday weekend! Everybody is so friendly! Anytime we walked past an employee they always asked how we were doing and if they could help us with anything.
The elevator in our building was out of service most of the weekend and the cleaning staff were kind enough to show us the service elevator to use.
The restaurants were very good especially Frank and Elbert s (we loved our waitress Becky).
The main pool was fun and the live music was a nice surprise. The only downfall is there is definitely not enough chairs to accommodate everyone. People would go to the pool very early to save chairs and then would go back to their rooms. We went at 8:30 in the morning and there were only a couple left in very undesirable locations.
We went to the spa for facials and massages. They have a nice locker room with a jacuzzi and steam room that are accessible to guests. My esthetician Florence was amazing!! If you want a great experience while getting your facial, go see her!
The grounds of the hotel are meticulously kept.
It is a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere!

Very close to the airport, Uber takes about 25 minutes and is about 19 dollars so very affordable. Came here for a conference so could not do a lot of tourist stuff but there is a nice 2 mile path along the canal for a relaxing evening walk. The rooms and service are amazing.

Breakfast was a tad bit expensive for what you received, not in quantity but more in substance or quality. If menu items were a 3 bucks cheaper all alround, i would have given this a 5 star review. This place is all class and very nostalgic.

I was excited to visit this place being designed by a famous architect. The environment, setting and design of the overall Biltmore is fantastic. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that our room had an empty bottle of champagne and left overs in the freezer, the AC unit makes loud fan noise on anything other than low. I still slept fine and that tough because I'm very lite sleeper. The room was nice given the leftovers in fridge. We stayed in Octilla Club. Hilton says they upgraded us but I didn't find our upgrade anything better than we had already paid for. The club did come with executive lounge that served drinks, deserts and tapas. Brrakfast was just juices and fruits not(nothing to delightful in my opinion). Its elegant and exclusive enough to make you feel like a VIP. The club includes a club only pool which was oddly empty most of time. The only time you really want to swim is at night because the heat during our trip made the pool hot. We had it to ourselves for the stay. Being a Hilton Gold member we we're able use spending towards several of the restaurants or bars on-site. The breakfast at Frank's and Albert's was delicious. Worth the money in my opinion. There is a daily resort fee here and there are several activities around the campus to enjoy like lawn chess, croquet and mini golf. Overall it was a nice stay and because of the history worth a stay. Enjoy!

Visited the Biltmore Hotel to attend a symposium for people with Parkinson's disease and their support teams. The symposium was sponsored by the Michael J Fox foundation. The hotel was very nice, and the organizers of this event did amazing work accommodating approximately 1000 people, almost all of us with some sort of mobility challenge. The food provided was fresh and really hit the spot. My only constructive criticism would be the fact that any sort of emergency (fire, etc) requiring the banquet hall and 1000+ people in attendance would be difficult best. I would suggest that a quick emergency evacuation briefing be added to the administrative comments. Just my 2 cents.

My wife and I went to visit a friend of hers stressing at the hotel. The only hotel service we actually utilized was by the pool. The service was great. We received drinks promptly and had no problems

This was a great home during our spring training trip to Phoenix. The staff were lovely, and the property was gorgeous. The food and drinks were pricey, but this was expected at a place like this. It was also a 10 minute drive from Piestewa Peak which provided many great trails for hiking.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We were celebrating our anniversary and they sent us champagne and chocolates! The breakfast at Frank and Alberts was delicious though dinner service was a little slow. We weren't in a hurry so this was fine. I would definitely recommend staying there!

My husband and I stayed here after our wedding a few weeks ago. And the hotel staff treated us so well! Since they knew it was our honeymoon, they left rose petals and chocolate covered strawberries in our room and at brunch the next morning, rose petals on our table. Such a delightful treat! The restaurants here serve amazing food and are able to accommodate all kinds of dietary needs. Originally I wasn't interested in the Sunday brunch but I'm very glad we went. The assortment of food was surprising and they even had a small menu of hot foods that were incredibly creative and delicious. The grounds (although very hot since it was Arizona heat) were enjoyable to explore during the day and at night. Obviously the architecture is interesting. Many places to just lounge around with a smoothie both inside and outside. The live music in the lobby was excellent. This is truly a magical place and I cannot wait until we can stay here again.

Exceptional hospitality, environment,
food and pool. We were amazed to be the last individuals to swim in the large pool which was undergoing an entire renovation in the fall of 2019. We look forward to returning and enjoying the new pool area.

The event provided lunch which was very delicious, it included a nice, light salad and beef with sweet potatoes and mac'n'cheese as the entree. Also with dessert and coffee topped it off nicely. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the servers. The room was setup nicely and spaced well with the tables. The tables themselves were impressive with how much they were able to place without us all feeling crowded. Better signage or directions could be useful as there was another event which caused some confusion.

I checked into the resort/hotel for a business meeting. She gave me a map and explained how to get to my room which apparently I didn t listen very well. I had to get assistance to get directed the right way and outside I want though the middle of the resort headed for my room. It was hot, which you should expect because your in Phoenix. It s a haul depending where your room is. Mine I think was the furthest possible room from the lobby.

Room was adequate and was a double bed instead of a king but a nice bathroom with some size and a small balcony that you could see the mountains.

Thayer is a wide variety of rooms, small cottages along the courtyard.

I guess the reason I give it a 4 instead of a 5 is just personal preference. The building has been around for I think 100 years. It has history, but it s lacking (only in my opinion) some luxuries for the money you spend.

Still an overall great stay. The place is kept immaculate at all times. Valet staff are extremely helpful and everyone you come in contact with is extremely friendly.

Given the reputation of the Biltmore, this was a big disappointment! The ambience, decor, fixtures were subpar at best. For the price we were expecting a lot more. The service and technicians were good but that was the only positive. I have been to many spas in the US and outside, so I know my spas. think a full renovation and revamp of this spa is long overdue. I would not recommend. I went with 2 other ladies and they share the same opinion.

Loved this place! Really enjoyed the spa and their staff.
We never received our text that our room was ready and almost showered in the spa. Luckily I checked the front desk again and they said it was ready. That's not acceptable at a hotel who appears to have their routine down. We were on-property since 10AM and got it when I inquired again at 3PM. Had no problems with the AC as others did.
The Ocatilla building and lounge were good, despite them putting away the appetizers and also desserts before the posted time.
It's confusing how to order from a proper menu at the beautiful tables outside in the evening overlooking the green and plaza. We had to order "room service," then pick it up from the counter and walk it to our table. We ate out of to-go boxes in the dark at one of the tables. I'm not sure why this isn't set-up better.
I would come again and book the Ocatilla. It seemed Diamond members got some perks, but we didn't seem to receive them in our welcome package.
