Great place, the rooftop bar on the 6th floor is specially nice

I have had 100s of meals in hotel ballrooms which at best range from not great to mediocre. I recently attended an event on their 7th floor with about 200 people and we were served some really amazing food that exceeded expectations. Service was fine dining quality as well.

Very nice hotel! Could use a little more water pressure and better wi-fi, but staff was great, food and drink was excellent, and accommodations top notch!

Sadly it was a quick stay but every thing and everyone were fantastic

Accommodating and helpful staff, beautiful lobby and building

Beautiful hotel and grounds that are a short walk to lots of great places to eat and drink. There are several wonderfully delicious resturaunts on-site as well. The rooms are well appointed, perfectly kept rooms to relax for a great nights sleep. I would recommend the Fairmont for a high class place to stay and I will stay again on my next trip to Austin.

Everything was flawless when I stayed at the Fairmont. I was disappointed that only suites have bathtubs. Since when is that a thing? I was looking forward to a relaxing soak. Bedding was down, so be sure to keep the thermostat low for an uninterrupted night's sleep. There are only 500ish self park spots in the garage, so if you arrive late for an event, expect to have to pay extra for valet.

Had a conference in town and stayed at the Fairmont facilities were really great and the staff was excellent and helpful

Best hotel stay in Texas so far. The pool was awesome, the spa off the charts, the gym was really good as well. This location has to be the perfect spot in Austin!

Very rude staff. Happy to take your money and basically tell you too bad when problems arise.

We stayed at 36th floor and had the view of the city and the river. By far the best hotels i stayed at. Amazing services and amenities. Very close to 6th Street where all the Austin is at on weekends.

I happen to work here on the first floor kitchen. So when I tell you that the food is out of this world I know because I witness it as it's masterfully created.

Excellent restaurant with comfortable rooms and plenty of amenities to keep you busy throughout your stay.

Once you enter the Lobby the pleasant aroma, the beautiful art work, the friendly and polite staff was something that made a great impression to my wife and I! Every time We are in Austin we will visit Fairmont Austin!

The hummus plate was the best dish we had. A bit pricey but really worth trying!

Great place to stay while you're visiting Austin. Staff was very helpful and polite. Made our Anniversary extra special and will come back again.

The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. Housekeeping came into our room without even knocking with the sheets our conjoined room requested! Again, walked right in! The food is not good and limited menu. Better off ordering favor or going to a nearby restaurant. Font desk and management delivered poor communication regarding our room afyer our reservation was incorrect. Have never experienced this many issues with a hotel and this is Fairmont hotel. Shocked and disappointed. Hence why rates are so low. The pool is crowded with day pass individuals.

Beautiful hotel on the edge of the central downtown. Plenty to see and eat here.

The hotel was very nice and in a great location near Rainy street and not too close to 6th street. The management even followed up with an item I left in the room that they could not locate and gave me a credit. I was very pleased.

The Fairmont is Fantabulous! The manager of the valet, well not so much.

I love it here. Got a room on the gold level floor and the lounge is very nice. My room has a superb view, the staff are very friendly, and the food downstairs is also really quite good. The towels are really nice and big and the bathroom is a very grand and exciting experience. So are the beds. Unfortunately, as with many hotels, the pillows are a little flat. Not sure why, but I think having some of the flat variety and then some a little bit higher might provide good pillow diversity and allow for more quality rest. Otherwise 10/10 would reccomend!

Have always liked looking at the building as part of the Austin skyline but I LOVE staying here. Rooms are just to my design taste and have comfy beds. Food there is yummy, drinks are strong, and the service is the shining star of the Fairmont. Very welcoming to our service dog, and all dogs in general. Views out the windows are amazing.

Nice hotel. The only issue I have is their room set up. Very little drawer space and counter space. Leave anything out of place gives you the feeling the entire room is a mess. Staff very friendly

Hotel is good but everything is paid. Wifi, water, drinks, breakfast everything. Very few channels on tv. That's also paid. Bring your water if you don't want to pay $8 for water bottle. Parking is a big pain and even after paying $35 for it, it's very difficult to get one in hotel basement.

I spoke with Brittany from Royal Service and she is a life saver. I needed to ensure that my booking included a handicapped room since I am in a wheelchair and she provided the most pleasant, thorough experience. I will have many trips to see physicians in Austin and this will be my go to place!

Pricey food was mediocre at best. Disregarded my food preparation request. Bug in my wine so they threw away my glass and charged me for it. I will not go back and do NOT recommend.

Our experience at the Fairmont as a wedding professional is amazing! The staff is very kind and attentive, and it's clear that the company culture is to put guests first. Ample parking under the hotel makes getting in and out extremely easy. The outside rooftop deck is stunning and the decor inside is beautiful. We already have a couple events scheduled at the hotel in the near future, and we can't wait to work with the Fairmont team again!

Loved our stay here! Spacious rooms, beautiful decor, fabulous pool & hot tub deck, quiet rooms with blackout curtains. My only complaints are the bathroom needed more towel racks and there was no fridge in the room besides the mini bar. Would highly recommend staying here as it is so close to so many restaurants and bars (Rainey St).

The roof top bar is awesome with great drinks, food, and service. Can't recommend enough!

Nice hotel with great amenities. All of the employees have been super friendly and checking in was a great experience. We stayed on the 26th floor overlooking the city and the night view was amazing!

Great hotel, excellent service from Roger at the front desk and Rene the bellman. Elegant, tasteful, beautiful and minutes away from Raney Street. Rooms were gorgeous and amenities were fun.

Wonderful desk and bell service. Nice spacious rooms. This hotel was built ten months ago and is really lovely in every way. Our group was 800 plus associates and they did a nice job of accomodating us. We held a formal dinner there and they struggled to provide exceptional service. The food was good but unremarkable. Many fun restaurants in the area. There are lots of local restaurants and a plethora of music and entertainment not too far away. I would certainly stay here on vacation The hotel restaurants are diverse, fun and offer imaginative dishes from a simple hamburger to a fusion Korean barbeque taco to a formal sit down 4 star meal. Bar tenders are real professionals!

Saw a band at the bar. It's an odd venue to see band but the service and drinks were awesome

Expensive rooms. Prime location adds to the beauty. The rooftop bar and swimming pool gives very good vibes. Nothing is free, the food and water in the rooms is super expensive with the sensors fitted in them to charge you as you pick an item up. They have an assistant to guide you about the places nearby to visit. The free drop off service is one for 1 mile. Walking in the city is not bad. Rainy street is right next door walking distance.

Services are good if you are ready to pay.

For the price you pay for, this hotel was great! The room and a wonderful view.

I have stayed at many hotels in austin this one is the most beautiful one to date! The design and layout is spectacular!!!
Now they have been open for 5 months

Before you stay at Fairmont Austin, you might want to reconsider these things :-)
Most of the pillows haven t been washed since the hotel opened.. about 3 years! YIKES
The linen on the beds are not always changed so you might want to check your bed for hair etc.
The whiskey and wine glasses don t get properly cleaned they are just wiped with a dirty old rag and the glasses. The linen is always stained. The hallways are always dirty and rarely get clean, so do the ice machines.
Oh and if you think the COVID-19 Guidelines are met, you re wrong lol. The rooms do not get disinfected at all. The pool is always so crowded. The pool stays green and dirty for at-least 2 days until they decide to clean it.

Beautiful hotel! We had a wonderful three night stay. Awesome workout facility and pool area.

Beautiful hotel, great location, and great customer service during stay. However, extra charges appeared on my bank account and didn t notice it until a week after my stay. I called the hotel directly and spoke to Mica which explained that the charge was coming from valet parking. I stayed only one night at hotel which was an avg $50 per day for valet. The charge ended being $150 + equivalent to three days. It s been 72 hrs since I contacted hotel and still haven t received an explanation.

Alif provided excellent service in the Revue. He was very informative with food suggestions. He went above and beyond to provide us with a very memorable evening. You are lucky to have him servicing your guests.

The best experience I have EVER had at a hotel! Everyone from the front desk to the servers that brought room service were so polite and nice. Also the room was so clean and beautiful!

Although a luxury property they allow guests to bring Bluetooth speakers to the pool area and blast whatever music they want. It doesn t go great with the music they play over their own speakers. Listened to the Macarena three times in a row. Mentioned to management and they say it is permitted at the property
