Horrible company!!! Do not buy any of their products. I bought an Ariston built in coffee center and have been trying for almost a year to have it repaired. I am working with a repair service that they recommended but Ariston keeps sending them defective parts and does not return phone calls or emails to either one of us. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING! Their customer service is non existence especially since their customer service representative, Mike Hamilton, is never available and does not return calls. THIS COMPANY GETS ZERO STARS but I had to give one start to post review.

I have been without hot water and heating for 1 week as the technician who came (paid 30 euros more for the urgency beyond the call) first told me that it was the (working) thermostat then touching up everything with a sleeve that he dumped water on the electronic card and ran out of it. The next day he replaces the card but the boiler does not start then he tells me that it is the pump and that it is better to change the boiler. I get angry with the company, in the evening they send me another technician who, by doing tests, tells me that the card is perhaps defective and the next day it would come to replace it. The next day, since it doesn't show up, nobody calls in the afternoon and the young lady he says he was calling me because the card does not have it at home and it takes at least two days to get it and they will call me. This is Ati imperia gas. Congratulations, I'm considering putting in the hands of a lawyer because being teased doesn't suit me.

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ARISTON, I'm about to pass the documentation to the lawyer. Purchase in November, installation by authorized center, Ariston start warranty center and January freezes my condensing boiler new super! I call the technicians, the same ones that mine had released the guarantee for the correct assembly, and they tell me that it was not then assembled so well :(, I call the headquarters more and more times and after innumerable tiritere they tell me that it is not their responsibility, but of those who mounted ?? actually I believe that the condensation system Ariston is the problem, is a product to keep away with a care nothing !!

Nuos evo split of 4 years, broken nn you know what.
"Specialized" worker doesn't know what it is.
Two repairs for 70 euros each but it doesn't work, it's going by trial and error which I pay for.
I called the parent company that defends the repairer's work, it is normal for them to go by trial and error.

To my objection that if I took a car worth 20,000 euros to the mechanic I would not be able to try and spend 30,000 on repairs, they defended themselves by saying that the heat pump is more complex than a car.

Bad car, broken after 4 years.
Bad assistance, in the ways and in the professionalism.
Worst customer service of all, he also hung up.
Don't buy Ariston, it's a waste of money

I bought this Ariston water heater product, because it was written, which has a 3 year warranty. In fact - completely nothing, technical service is missing and refuses to acknowledge its liability for the guarantee. The Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/05), articles 128 to 135, regulates the legal guarantee on consumer goods sold to consumers. The original rule is Legislative Decree 24/2002 implementing Directive 1999/44 / EC which modified the Civil Code by introducing articles from 1519 bis to 1519 guarantees, that this legal guarantee covers all production and compliance present on consumer goods purchased by consumers for two years, providing for precise obligations to be paid by the seller. It works in parallel, alongside it as an alternative, to any manufacturer's warranty; said commercial guarantee, guarantee which instead is governed by a contract (4 years warranty was written on the product); usually included in the package of the purchased good.

I bought the most expensive heat pump in the market in POLAND and it is the most efficient. Problem? The heat pump does not respect the noise in Polish decibels. after numerous calls in Poland, no positive response is limited to saying that it is written in the manual that makes noise and does not respect the Polish decibels. Result? to disassemble and throw it away immediately. If I was the sales director I would have fired everyone in Poland, remember that you don't go ahead so I lost a boiler but you lose more customers.

Good morning, I just performed a repair on my "Ariston" water heater BLUE ECO EVO 80V 1.5K EU by Elettroclima srl of Garbagnate Milanese The electronic thermostat was replaced in 20 minutes, total cost of the intervention 147.00 EUR. It is clear that everyone is working to earn money, but surely I will never buy an ARISTO product again, if then the assistance that the company provides through authorized centers has a cost that exceeds the value of an equivalent new appliance. I find it ethically incorrect to endorse these commercial policies and I will do, as far as possible, bad publicity for your brand.

I bought an Italian product, I must say also attracted by the price, and specifically an Ariston BSII 24 FF boiler which, after a couple of years, burned the control board (I don't know why as the fuse placed upstream of the circuit should serve to preserve the card from possible voltage surges but ... let's admit that this can happen and the card "burns").

I paid for the boiler 420 + the smoke kit.

Today the technician asks me 320 to replace just the burnt card.

Considering the broken piece, the request for this sum to replace the card alone seems to me really exaggerated.
I think that, given the high cost of the Italian assistance of these products, at the moment I will find a remedy but .... NEVER AGAIN ARISTON. thank you

I have a methane gas water heater still under warranty, I realized five days ago that it was leaking water, I immediately called my trusted installer who promptly checked to see where the water came from and told me it was a warranty job and therefore the assistance of the Ariston had to do the work; He himself called the assistance, gave him all the necessary data with num. of cell. and address. They said they would have called me to tell me the day and time of the repair. Still no answer today! they answer on the phone when I call for information.
From what I see Ariston does not use serious assistants.
And to think that the success of a company is all in the service!
Qualsiesi company knows how to make a quality water heater but ...
without service quality also loses its value!

Conditioner "Ariston" A-PM08-CAN since we bought it does not work well, practically it has not been used and it is not possible to fix it because assistance is not in a hurry to do its duty ....

On 5/07/2016 through TRIPLES Srl of Milan we installed an ARISTON Cares Premium boiler. In December we called a technician from the TRIPLES Srl company because the boiler in the ignition phase gave a very strong blow, but it did not solve the problem. We have sent an email to ARISTON -FABRIANO where they have invited us to declare that the boiler is safe. Saturday 4/02/2017 in the afternoon the boiler went into lockout. By e-mail we notified the technician of TRIPLES Srl and ARISTON of Fabriano. Monday 6/02/2017 at 16.00 the technician arrived and found that the ignition card was missing. Not having the spare price in stock, he had to order it to Fabriano's ARISTON. On Wednesday 8/02/2017 at 16.00 the technician arrived changed the card. But the gas valve broke. Actively the technician sent the new valve assembled and at 16.20 after all these problems we have hot water and working radiators. I want to clarify that every cold day we sent an e-mail to the Ariston website. The ARISTON brand will never enter this house again. In my e-mails I asked the ARISTON company to remove this product from the market and I communicated that my mother is 85 years old and poor in health.
