I have been without hot water and heating for 1 week as the technician who came (paid 30 euros more for the urgency beyond the call) first told me that it was the (working) thermostat then touching up everything with a sleeve that he dumped water on the electronic card and ran out of it. The next day he replaces the card but the boiler does not start then he tells me that it is the pump and that it is better to change the boiler. I get angry with the company, in the evening they send me another technician who, by doing tests, tells me that the card is perhaps defective and the next day it would come to replace it. The next day, since it doesn't show up, nobody calls in the afternoon and the young lady he says he was calling me because the card does not have it at home and it takes at least two days to get it and they will call me.
