I have never made a complaint about a healthcare business in my life as I have also worked in healthcare administration for over 30 years and understand how it functions. But at this point I must give zero stars for their billing. I have been receiving threatening credit reporting for nonpayment of their bill of which I had paid ($353) many months ago. After calling the collection agency and Aris I have received no correction. Again I have called today, left messages, stayed on for a company representative with no response. I m hoping their patient services are better.

Been trying to send some Pediatric Teleradiology (which I know Aris is superior at covering 2nd & 3rd shifts), although I have not been able to get anyone to return my calls for the past two mo (today is 3/4/19). Know Aris has an amazing team of people, although concerned about recent staffing changes. Would have given 5 STARS for staff, but 1 for lack of response (averaged a 3 Star).

People helping people. We provide off-site radiological reads to over 200 hospitals across the Nation. It is very satisfying to know you are involved directly or indirectly with a life-saving procedure.

This company is awful for billing. They bill insurance companies 3 and 4 times after receiving payment from the insurance co. Then they bill the patient on a bill that has already been paid. They need to train their billing department on how to bill a claim once and receive that payment to the account. I have spent countless hours doing their job for them just to have it happen all over again. Poor quality poor customer service. If i could choose to have my hospital use someone else, I certainly would. I rate them at ZERO

Horrible communication. Insurance claim never filed for service. Insurance company reached out to both billing and the hospital to give proper claim details / contacts ect. and they still didn't file correctly. Now received notice this was turned over to collections and my insurance company never received a claim. Phone numbers don't work for calling. Stay away if possible. This should be criminal what they are doing.

If I could rate it zero I absolutely would.Such a terrible experience with this company.They will not tell you about service they will provide or how much it will cost you.They ll just send you the bill.This is how they operate.Such a shame for this company to exist.Rubbing you that s what they want.Extremely rood customer service.Can t even imagine how many people they have harmed.The worst experience.
