Terrible store. Terrible company. Network issues for the whole family, dropped calls, etc. No one has been helping. Still on hold waiting for a supervisor so we can cancel after 8+ years of loyalty with Verizon.

This place is a joke. these people are not there to help. They won't give you a Sim card. They want to sell you one which should be free. 5he representative had to get on the phone and force them. Do not go to this place.

Easy place to shop for cellular products and phone specific accessories. Helpful and experienced employees. However, problems and/or training for your new cell phone/tablet is only supplied with phone/on-line support. Devices maybe returned within 14 days for refund. A thirty-five dollar restocking fee will be charged. Enter from the free parking lot in the rear, it is wheelchair accessible, and you will experience a beautiful contemplation park. The front entrance has a couple of stairs. Prices can very between the internet and store. Check the internet price before visiting the store. Free parking No customer bathroom. Wheelchair accessible.

Terrible experience. I ordered an iPhone 11 pro online and went to a Verizon store to pick it up after receiving a confirmation text. After checking in and waiting my turn to be helped, we found there was a hold on my purchase. I offered to cancel and pay in person but that was denied.

I was forced to wait by the office landline by the front desk for over 1 hour and 45 minutes on hold to speak with a separate department.

Terrible experience and no sign of empathy from the staff - don t know what I could have done to avoid this. Wish I was compensated in some way...

This is the WORST Verizon store. Especially, Christopher M. aka Chris. There is NO service. Unfortunately, my salesperson Christopher never once said, Can I help you? Or found out that I have several plans with Verizon. He immediately rushed to WE DON T DO THAT before I could finish a question. There were NO other customers in the store. I had actually intended to make several purchases, including earbuds. But, Chris had decided that I was a waste of his time, very rudely. When I came back into the store to speak to the manager, Christopher literally ducked into the back. So, I took Christopher M.s advice! I went to an Apple store and I bought everything I needed. And, I was able to buy my daughter a new phone for less than Verizon. Better get a new staff including the managers who also manage to do nothing!

The worst costumer service I have ever got! I m not a person that usually complains or write reviews but this time I decided to do. The person served us was such an ignorant and rude. Definitely won t go there and won t recommend anyone going there.

I want to say that compare to the another's company's Verizon is the best ! but in this location the lines are so long and you can wait all the day just to speak with a rep , highly recommend to go to different location

The kindest salespeople ever!! I explained our bad experience with another provider and asked to be accessible to me and my mom since we have a hearing loss. Even without the plexiglass, the sales person wrote EVERYTHING DOWN! And we had no problem understanding him. I'm a long time Verizon customer and now they gained a new customer. Go to this store for customer service!!

Today I was purchasing another phone To our company after we have already 4 lines We did it over the phone With a very nice representative
After confirming all the details with her
And the payments
We schedule for meTo pick upThe phone at the Ventura branch
We were told it will take 2 hours and we will need to bring and ID
When I arrived to the store
I was approach by Daniel the "general manager"
I told you that I'm here to pick up my new Phone He asked me for my name and of course I was on the list and he went to the back to pick up my phone
All good until now?!?
When he came back he asked me for an ID .... And ask me for the credit card of the company
I told him that I was told that there is no need for the credit card because we already paid the full amount
He was very rude to tell me
" What part of The word credit card did you not understand?"
So I had to call to the owner of the company/card to try to talk to him over the phone but Daniel refused to talk to anyone
So the owner Of the card call to customer service
And when customer service understood the situation they immediately
Called to the store to reach Daniel to explain him that by the rules we are not purchasing Just picking up
1st 2 phone callsHe actually ignore!!!!
And when he pick up the phone Day explained to him that it OK that we already paid for the phone
When Daniel got off the phone I just hung up and went to take care another customer something that took like 15 minutes I was waiting and then I ask him so are we good?
Here repeat and say" What did you not understand when I told you you need the curded card"
And then he decide to ignore me again and start a Another fight with another customer
That told him also that his very rude and cannot behave like that
I didn't know your company hayring gangsters
P.s I have a video that support the event
I'm not saying the customer always right
I am saying that we need to respectThe minimum level of customer service that expected from company like yours

I can not begin to tell you how much I hate verizon stores! Verizon itself is an evil giant corporation constantly teetering on the line of criminal. Have them try to tell you what line access is. Watch them bold face lie and tell you it is for line access and not at all anything to do with the phone cost. If you outright pay 800 dollars for your phone, there is no line charge. If you pay monthly, your line charge is 20 a month for 2 years plus 33 a month, equals about 1200. Pay 400 up front, the 40 bucks line charge for 24 months comes up 13 dollars short of the 1200. Weird huh? Don't let them trick you, you aren't getting a deal! If you must go to one, go to Panorama store, see Francisco Cordoba, he tries really hard!

I just observed the manager Terrance (who has the same tablet tool that any and every rep carries) tell a woman sorry I can t help you, I m not a sales rep. He then pulls out his phone and scrolls through social media and texts for 10 minutes as he allows the other employees to walk around the store without helping the 3 others waiting. I ve observed 7 different employees walk out from the back and return to the back without helping a customer or seemingly doing anything important. It s truly amazing to see a Verizon that doesn t want to sell their phones.

Useless staff. If you have a problem with your phone, then they can't help you. Get ready to use your "own devices" to solve your problems. Well I guess there isn't really anything that a bit of googling hasn't helped solve.

Worst Verizon ever! Here for an hour & they only served 2 customers. With 5 employees! Oh, wait I guess 3 because according to one employee, the managers "aren't allowed to assist customers." If I didn't need a new phone I would have walked out. Terrible place, avoid if possible.

Unfortunately the other reviews are correct. 5 employees standing around doing nothing. The one I ended with had no idea what she was talking about. At the end, nobody could help me and I had to call in to Verizon to get anything done.

It's unfortunate that I can't give this place zero...

It's unfortunate that I can't give this place zero stars. A few weeks ago I bought the gear 2 and noticed there were several defects with the item. I decided to visit the local Verizon wireless store in hopes to find a solution to this problem. I have been with Verizon for decades and so has my family members and business associates (about 35-50 people) and I can't believe I received the level of treatment like I did in the store. I'm a small business owner and I always try to make sure the person who refers business to me will always have a solution to their problem rather giving them a problem for them to find a solution to. I will no longer consider myself a Verizon wireless customer and will advise those around me to also do the same. It is clear that Verizon wireless does not want the problems of their customers to become fixed.

Spoke to Clarence at the encino store he was rude wasnt able to answer my questions correctly and after 1 minute he said i am sorry i have other clients i need to go and cut me off before he was able to answer my wuestions. Terrible customer service, he had no knowledge of what he was talking avout I am so disappointed as a customer of verizon with multiple devices for over 20 years.

In particular, this location is probably one of the top 3 best locations of all Verizon stores, from my experiences across LA and the San Fernando Valley.
After purchasing my phone from eBay, I came into Verizon for them to help me find the best plan that fits into my personal budget. With their good customer service and attention to detail, I was able to land a perfect plan that helped me on a financial level. Not only was the plan cost efficient, but they included some free stuff too.
Particularly, there was this elderly white woman with glasses that stood out the most because she was so eager, positive, and patient to help resolve all my tasks in a timely fashion. I definitely will be continuing business with them.
Plus, this location is surrounded by so many popular places for dining or shopping.

These guys are terrible me and my wife have been customers for over 20yrs never a late payment Iv been trying to up grade my phone I went in twice and was told no i had cash and my US passport was not good enough ID ! Unbelievable in these trying time it would be nice people could be alitte more helpful!! Its like do you want my business!!!

The Encino store in San Fernando Valley has great people working for them. I especially recommend to ask for Annie, I bought a phone and she made me very comfortable to make my decision by being very knowledgeable and honest and she showed me the best deal for me that would be advantageous to me and she patiently answered all my questions.

wait in the store while five clerks do nothing. ask for help and get told "in a minute" without so much as looking up from their useless tablets. ask a 12 year old who turns out to be the manager how long the wait will be, she says she doesn't help customers, just keeps the flow going. i tell her she's doing neither. finally get someone to ask HOW DO I SIMPLY PAY A BILL? and they say "do it online". hmm ya think if i could do it online i would be in the store? they point to a kiosk and say "use that". no info on how it works, you have to figure out that on your own. ask for assistance, get an eye roll and get told "it's really easy". well then, why don't you just do it for me at the counter? it would be so much faster wouldn't it? seemed to be really bothered i wanted to hand them money. verizon needs to clear this store right out and start fresh with clerks that understand what the word "service" means.

Lamont was excellent! He helped me with my iphone...

Lamont was excellent! He helped me with my iphone finder app that had locked my cell phone. He also helped me find the earphones that I needed and the speakers needed for my office. Moreover, he was so polite and hard working. Excellent person!!! Thank you Verizon. Had a great experience today. You hire excellent people.
