This company is awful for billing. They bill insurance companies 3 and 4 times after receiving payment from the insurance co. Then they bill the patient on a bill that has already been paid. They need to train their billing department on how to bill a claim once and receive that payment to the account. I have spent countless hours doing their job for them just to have it happen all over again. Poor quality poor customer service. If i could choose to have my hospital use someone else, I certainly would. I rate them at ZERO
