Horrible communication. Insurance claim never filed for service. Insurance company reached out to both billing and the hospital to give proper claim details / contacts ect. and they still didn't file correctly. Now received notice this was turned over to collections and my insurance company never received a claim. Phone numbers don't work for calling. Stay away if possible. This should be criminal what they are doing.
