Food was plentiful, staff were nice and clean, room was clean, reception courteous, hotel clean, caution cicadas

Wonderful Hotel, huge meal choice every day and it changes theme every day.
Super friendly staff, beautiful setting.
Only downside the rooms to renew.

Very dirty little cozy very noisy. We have changed several rooms without being able to be satisfied. Very disappointed with the poor quality food. I had a birthday and they forgot about me even though I pointed it out a couple of times. The beach is very dirty and full of children jumping in the pool without any control, sometimes even very dangerous. I strongly advise against booking this hotel for everyone. I hope I have helped you. Ahh Don't book excursions with alltours the prices elsewhere are much lower and of better quality.

- way too far away from the beautiful places of Crete. You have to drive at least 2 hours to see something else.
About 30 planes fly low over the hotel complex.

Corona measures implemented almost perfectly.

If you want to go on a resort vacation, you should go to Egypt or Turkey.
If you want to see Crete, you can also stay in a 3 star hotel.

A nice and modern hotel right on the beach.

We were there as a couple for a week and had a very good time. We stayed in the new outbuilding. The rooms were neat and modern.

We particularly liked the gastronomy. Every day there was a new themed buffet and there was something for every taste. Meat and fish were freshly grilled.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had a very nice holiday as a couple, but there was also a lot on offer for families in addition to the entertainment for the children.

We can highly recommend the hotel.

Many have criticized air travel in its recession. The air traffic is there, but the noise is limited. You can hear the planes fly by for 3-4 seconds. After a few days you don't even pay attention to it.

Arina beach resort is perfect to relax. The staffs are great! Their foods are mouth-watering. They also served asian food which I do really appreciate. Wonderful beach area, very fine sand. Much space for every guest and during night time they prepared amazing shows. Various activities that you could enjoy. And if I could give 6 I will give this place.

I spent a week with family 4 from the reception we were pleasantly surprised by the kindness then our room was not of the last generation but clean and sufficiently large the beds are comfortable only flat the bathroom is old but clean the situation the hotel is top little sea side great pool very well maintained buffet meals are in abundance and the one who does not find are happiness is a dissatisfied the drinks in the all inclusive formula are very much a little bit of waiting but nothing alarming the animators are nice good it's not the Med club they are doing with what they can and the evening shows were nice

Highly recommended hotel with a water park for the kids. The whole area was very clean and of high quality and the staff was very friendly.

Rooms weren't cleaned properly, we didn't get enough towels, nor did our toilet paper get renewed. The rest of the hotel was ok, definitely not worth 4 stars though.

The food was terrible, every day the same things (lunch and dinner the same!) and a lot of the time the meat was still raw on the inside, even after complaining and getting the food specially delivered to our table. The only thing that was eatable every day was salad, fruits and the dessert.
In the evenings you get dried out bread from breakfast. The drinking glasses in the restaurant are also still dirty with clear lipstick marks on them.
Some waiters that give out food are very rude, ranging from giving more fruit because you're wearing something they like to telling you to keep your distance very rudely.

Nothing nearby to shop at, lots of planes flying by very loudly and the animation team is trying but not succeeding very well.

Very disappointed, I've wasted my money on this all inclusive trip and didn't even get the food I technically paid for. Never again.

I am still in the hotel, and as you should be able to tell by my first comment, I DID in fact complain. Multiple times.
And I have even more complaints now!
Until now our towels were renewed every day and there was a bad attempt at cleaning our room.
Apparently now the cleaning only happens every other day and we didn't even receive fresh towels or new toilet paper, which is definitely needed in a 4 person room! After complaining about THAT and requesting towels because I'd love to shower as every other person sweating in the sun all day, it takes forever to get those towels! I'd rather just they give me them while I'm downstairs and complaining.

I'll reduce my rating to one star and I do NOT recommend this place if you have any kind of expectations from other experiences. 3 star hotels in Turkey are much more superior for example.

The resort is beautiful, the food is good and everyone is friendly and always ready to help you solve any problem. The cleaning is very superficial, however, and should enforce the rule that provides not to occupy the sunbeds on the beach with towels, and then not physically use them for hours. It is therefore very difficult to find free sunbeds, even early in the morning, despite the beach being very long.
I want to congratulate the restaurant staff: a squadron of kind and smiling guys who do a great job!
The animation guys are nice and talented: not intrusive and always with a smile.

Very very nice hotel with great view and comfortable rooms. The food is really tasteful and the staff is very kind and helpful. There are many activities inside and outside of the hotel like table tennis or water sports. We had really wonderful time and we hope that we can come back soon.

Accommodation and food great, it would only be good once in a while to clean the beach from seaweed.

The fine sand on the beach, the shallow entrance, long and gentle, is good for children.

Had a great holiday here and would definitely recommend it. The main part of the hotel has recently been refurbished and looks great but there is another apartment building which I stayed in that is still to be updated but didn't deter us from enjoying our stay. The staff here are very friendly, the food was lovely and the entertainment was great. Would definitely think about going back for another holiday.

Transfer to the hotel takes around 15 minutes.
We arrived at 1:30 a.m., the man at the reception was very nice and our check-in and other things went smoothly and quickly.
3 people had to pay 21 euros for taxes, which we already knew in advance.

The room is average.
The bed & sofa bed very comfortable.
The bathroom is an absolute disaster.
As already reported in some comments, very old and badly in need of renovation.
No window. When you shower or bathe, the water flows onto the floor.
The tiles have traces of mold.
The door in the bathroom cannot be locked, and the door is also extremely difficult to open.
The door creaks extremely.

The lady said you had to buy the drinks yourself, that would only be a welcome present.
I find very weak for all inclusive performance!
There was also no notice during the booking.

Cleaner greets very nicely every morning, but unfortunately it doesn't look really cleaned.
But it's not that bad.

We have our room on the first floor.
When you leave the room, you always smell a strange smell in your nose.

The food: you always find something, no crowd, waiters always very friendly and if you can't find a table, one of the staff comes and helps.

Plates and cutlery always clean.
It is also tidied up quickly.

The minos restaurant has delicious snacks for lunch.
Immediately after the entrance you can fill your plate with vegetables, spices and other things and it will be fried right in front of you.

Cocktails: the menu shows which are all included and which are not.
For example, a mojito costs 6 euros.

The sun loungers and beds on the beach are plentiful and free of charge.
The beach was very clean. Depending on the weather, sometimes less, sometimes more algae.
The water very clear.

By and large, we think it's beautiful here.
A few small things, such as the bathroom and balcony, are in need of renovation, as well as the filling of the minibar, that should be given with an all inclusive offer.

Amazing stay at a superb hotel. Staff are amazingly friendly & helpful. Food on offer was brilliant & loads to choose from. We went last week of April & the weather was beautiful & the sea warm enough to enjoy a swim. Pretty quiet too as start of season.
All in all i would highly recommend & I would definately come again.

It was very good with good food choices, a good pool and a nice view of the more.
The only thing that had bothered, were the lifts that were broken four times during a week stay (each one elevator has always worked) and the maps for the rooms that do not work anymore if they are too close to the phone.
In the evening there is in the second Reaturant Chinese which I find very good because you always get good variety. Overall, a very nice hotel which I can recommend to everyone.
Even the proximity of the airport does not really matter, because you just stop at least 10 seconds an hour to hear planes.

Overall, the spacious hotel can be divided into 3 complexes. The bungalow area with further rooms, a new building ("high-rise") and a new building on the other side of the street. For the time being, we stayed in a room in the bungalow area for one day, which we didn't like at all - completely outdated furniture, which didn't match and also not (really) clean - unfortunately with mold on the seal of the bathtub. We also knew from the internet what the newer rooms looked like. We then asked the reception about a room change, which was implemented immediately, in a friendly and uncomplicated manner, so that we could
New complex across the street - it was a little secluded so it was super quiet; even with its own bar). The room then corresponded to the 4-star standard and was modern and attractive. However, we have noticed this problem with some hotel guests.

The food is varied and good, there is something for everyone. The beach is nice and spacious in a bay - we didn't find the flight path of the aircraft disturbing. The personnel is very friendly and courteous.

Heraklion can be reached in about 15 minutes, Chania in 2.5 hours and Malia in 35 minutes, so that one is relatively central and can explore many of the island's sights with a rental car (e.g. Zeus Cave, Lake Kourna, Spinalongs, Chania, etc.) .

All in all, the hotel, at least the new complexes, can be recommended - if you are staying in the bungalow area, it is advisable to contact the reception as soon as possible if the room does not meet your own requirements.

In and of itself a very nice hotel. Beware of the rooms in the adjoining building, which are very simple and stale. It is best to insist on a room in the main building or, across the street, in an annex room, or have it confirmed in advance by reception.

This is our first time in Greece / Crete and we are pleasantly surprised.
At first we were careful about the hotel - images and reality are usually two different shoes. But in nature the hotel is much nicer. Everything right by the sea. Even if you sit outside on the huge terrace with the many lounge furniture and watch the program in the evening, you can hear and see the waves right next to you. Pure relaxation. The rooms in the main building were probably all renovated last year. There are also many bungalows in this resort. Of course, money has to be spent on renovation work again.
Food is sufficient and tastes great.
A very nice water park on the property provides additional fun, not only for the adults.

So I can absolutely recommend this hotel. We weren't here for the last time.

A great all inclusive option, great staff - friendly and smiling. Daily cleaned rooms. The bungalows definitely need renovation. A cockroach was found and killed, no more comment needed. Still, the object deserves four stars.

Friendly hotel, the beach at the foot of the restaurant, water pool sea buffet Cretan top perfect for a stay to 2 or family

Immediately after the Corona break, things started a little slowly. The rooms in the main building were obviously newly renovated and are quite attractive. The area around the main building is also attractive. The staff are very friendly and I felt comfortable.

BUT: the food was very disappointing. Typical Greek offers were in short supply and the daily selection was almost identical. The procedure with the service at the meal was implemented in the best possible way - nevertheless it disrupts the processes considerably. The cleanliness, especially of the rooms, could also be improved.
In view of the 4-star category for the hotel, I can assign 3 to 4 stars - because of the friendly staff there are 4.

A recommendation to the management:
Particularly in the case of more extensive hotel complexes, an overview map of the hotel should be checked in, on which the location of the pools, the restaurants, the water park and the various bars can be seen.

Unfortunately very loud sound at the pool that you don't want to be there. Please turn the music down !!

The soft drinks are unfortunately also poor. You can't even drink the water .. tastes like chlorine. With all inclusive and the price paid, a shame!

The female staff in the restaurant are very attentive and dedicated. The male staff who distribute food are sometimes unfriendly and give out 2 small potatoes as a portion or keep you waiting while a queue forms and the food you have already taken becomes cold. There is no such thing as a smile or a good appetite. They should take an example from the ladies !!

The rooms are very nice but unfortunately the dirt is only wiped from one corner to the next ... dark hair everywhere on the floor after cleaning.

For this the price paid is not appropriate!

Lovely place lovely location lovely food just a shame the entertainment team is so poor! When I say team there is only 2 people and they only seem to speak to people of the same nationalities as them. It states lots of activities on the hotel board but never saw anyone even attempt to make it happen? Other than that cannot fault it

Little tourists clear sea Great facility and location

It is a beautiful and modern hotel complex. The staff is always fond of children and friendly. The beverage selection corresponds to an all-inclusive offer as you often find. The direct proximity (just around the saltwater pool) to the hotel's sandy beach with free beach chairs and umbrellas is another plus. The hotel also has a lifeguard on the beach for bathing guests. The hotel has a kids' club for children over 2 years old. The selection at the rich buffet (breakfast / lunch / dinner) is huge and for an all inclusive area incredibly tasty. The one star deduction is unfortunately for the airport-entry lane which is directly above the hotel. However, one gets used to the noise level quite quickly.

Bungalows are okay, but great beach right outside the door, very good, varied food and good access to the bus network. Asia buffet inclusive and saltwater swimming pool. Recommended, but gives more demanding

Food is very good, there is something for everyone. The main building very nice, but our room is still from the old days. (Outbuildings) the sea view weighs everything again.

Absolutely gorgeous place for a summer holiday! Nice and clean rooms, superb pool, great spread at the buffet for every meal and lovely helpful staff. The hotel is literally on the beach, so it s really convenient if you want to dip in the sea and then head to the pool. There are plenty of sun beds along the beach and near the pool provided by the hotel. If you walk a bit further towards west end of the hotel on the beach, the sandy beach gets wider if kids want to play in the sand and there s no seaweed there as well. Would highly recommend for a family holiday!

The best holiday so far we were as a couple for 10 days at the end of August here on vacation. Very nice people, the staff always helpful and courteous, the hotel vll not the newest, but kept very clean and you have everything you need in the room! The food was just awesome !! Always delicious, varied and very appetizing! The sandy beach is perfect for all sunbathers and you can do some snorkeling, for swimming it is particularly suitable. Delicious cocktails are on top of the pool bar, unfortunately no beach bar available. But that is in 2 minutes walking distance, it is worthwhile in the evening there is always good entertainment with live music or DJ with delicious cappuccino or cocktail . Outside the hotel you can rent a cheap car and explore very beautiful places on Crete, only the gasoline prices are very high there is a supermarket nearby and the airport is not far (about 15-20 minutes by bus) ,
We like to come back here, we enjoyed it very much.

Convenient location of the hotel, not far from the airport, its own beach, pluses, excellent two restaurants. Cons only in outdated furniture, it smells of damp. It s better to ask for rooms above the ground floor, as there are cases of theft from rooms on the ground floor

In April the summer season didn't started yet so no kiosk or restaurant opens, but there is many optio options closed by.
the water are a bit called but is really sunny.
There is also sea sport boats for rent and etc......

I was disappointed upon my arrival because this hotel doesn t look like 4 stars hotel. But after traveling the island and seeing the other resorts I can say that we made the right choice. The rooms are not 4 stars but the food is amazing and the staff are super nice and ready to help. The resort is located on an amazing bay with beautiful view.

The hotel has been around for several years. There are beauty spots here and there. But on the whole very nice. The facility is very large, but it is going well here. There are not really long queues for food. The rooms are very large (bungalow). The food is very good.

Very nice hotel right on the sea. Unfortunately, this is exactly in the airport's entry area, but no long journey from the airport is required. In addition, you can not notice this deficit after 2-3 days. The general hotel area is very new and attractive. Especially the dining room stimulates to eat and is very modern equipped.
The evaluation of the room is not directly possible as there is a new and old hotel complex.
