Nice place to spend vacation. Family friendly. We spent a very nice week with our 2 little girls.

We're 4 days into our stay and still here. Great location, mostly friendly staff. Unfortunately i got sick yesterday after eating from the buffet, probably the kebab. Been puking for 10 hours and now down with severe stomach cramps. The hotel arranged for a doctor, however, I had already gotten everything out of my system so nothing left for him to find. I'll be sticking to toast and non-meat foods.

Top hotel, very nice service and excellent food. Even now in this late night holiday full buffet and delicious drinks at the bars. Can you recommend without a doubt !!!

Rooms have to be renovated and should be cleaner. Food is very good, the hotel area is very nice. The staff is very nice.

Structure suitable for families a little dated, note the difference between the original complex and the slightly newer one. Just enough international cuisine, I thought better of a travel village of Eden. The proximity to Heraklion airport also involves continuous flights of landing aircraft throughout the day. Overall nothing exceptional.

I was there in late May, a really nice place. Ate very well, beautiful sandy beach with clear sea. The only flaw outside the hotel there is really nothing.

The hotel was a catastrophe.
We were there in the off-season and longed for the day when we could go home again.
The choice of food was getting smaller (otherwise the food was probably enough for a 2-3 star standard). There was no longer a choice of drinks. You had to drink what was available. the snack bar and the restaurant were only open to a limited extent.
The location was OK (a little too much aircraft noise) but that was all.
Find another hotel on Crete, because the island itself is very beautiful and I have never seen anything like this in this hotel.

Room in the outbuildings a complete disaster. If it would go after that, the hotel should get minus 5 stars! Incredible that there are so many incomprehensible good reviews. The rooms in the main building are new and beautiful, but you can only get them with luck or after days of stressful complaints! The outbuildings would have to be torn down, so no renovation would help. This is fraud against the customer who books a 4 star category and receives horror accommodation for it! We really cannot understand how one can evaluate and accept the rooms in the annex well. So we have to write this review too.

The hotel is old, was previously in the network aquis. A small renovation of the interior is certainly good, but on the whole the hotel is somewhat frayed with outdated design. Great location, not far from Heraklion airport, its sandy beach, really dirty. The food is good, the hotel works on the system allinclusive. The rooms are cleaned well. Services no one imposes. WiFi throughout the hotel, speed and stability is average for hotels.

A brilliant beach; 15 minutes from the airport; wifi the whole object free; 10h garden, completely renovated; rooms with sea view, rooms in the main building or ville - generally a great hotel with a beautiful beach and .. aircraft over the head, which unfortunately can drown the rest and need to prepare for it.

Very good customer service, right beside the beach and close to the main town of Heraklion. It is close to the airport so you do have airplanes passing by which is noisy, but this is not a problem for me. I enjoy the food, it is better than the usual all inclusive food as they prepare a lot of difficult dishes.
There is a big downside that the pool available is small for the hotel and all the pool side sun beds are taken during the day and you have to lay beside the beach. The beach is beautiful and sandy, but quite windy and strong at the same time. Shallow waters, fun to get swept away by the strong waves as it is shallow and quite safe.

Great all inclusive value in the hotel. Right next to the beach. Friendly and courteous staff. Highly recommend it.

At the moment we are still here in the beautiful hotel. Have a super nice room in the main building. Very clean and modern. Area very nice and well-kept. The staff are very nice and everyone is ready to listen if you have any request or question. The beach is very nice and invites you to relax. There were always enough loungers on the beach and at the pool. Food is very varied and always tasty. We would spend our vacation here again anytime. Price performance top! Traveled 10 days as a couple.

Very nice facility and a wonderful sandy beach, which is very flat. A large pool completes the complex. Hotel's own parking is also available, as well as a gym. The food is excellent and varied and in the evening there is live music 6 times a week. It is about 10 minutes drive away from the airport, so you can clearly hear the incoming aircraft. The rooms are clean and most looks very new. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We have a rest as a family with a child. Well, I'll start with the hotel. Of the several buildings and bungalows, maybe we got the most unfortunate one. Between floors where stairwells stink of sewage. The buildings are old, rooms for 4 * do not last. The only face of the hotel is the reception. The staff is polite and always helpful. Especially Natia. Restaurant, we took all inclusive with a child. The breakfasts are monotonous, the juices they call natural is not possible to drink, not to mention those from the car, I go to the super I buy juices for the child, cola, fanta, etc. also give some kind of chemistry. You might think that you may be picky, but the experience has worked in different hotels and the sea is not the first time. The only joy is the beach, sea and water slides. Great Resort. We stayed there for 4 nights. The room was spacious and was facing the ocean. The food was wonderful. Wonderful Buffet choices changes everyday. We are very happy about the services we received. The people working there were all very nice and friendly. We felt very welcomed there. It is about 15 minute drive from Heraklion. Free and close parking. Great value! Highly Recommended!

A beautiful resort in a really nice place. In the village itself, there is not really much to do but at the resort you get a lot and nothing is missing. We had a room in the newly built part across the street. But did not bother the the way to the main building and the beach was not far. In addition, our room had an access to the pool directly from our balcony. The food is very very good and also varied. And the staff is very friendly.

With this review I would like to specifically address the staff at the reception and the manager George Baxevanis who are absolutely keen to have a good time!
That the hotel is really good, you read in all the other reviews. Nice modern hotel with an excellent kitchen!
But back to Mr. Baxevanis, who is really always present! I think he never sleeps ;-)

He is always to be found, ensures that you can experience a wonderful, unforgettable vacation at all times.
We ourselves had a concern about our room.
Mr. Baxevanis took care of it immediately and made sure that we could experience 12 wonderful days in Crete.

A little tip ... get a rental car for the time on site!
It is better to go to all the sights yourself ... The trips that can be booked on site are forever long to get there and the time to visit is very short on site.

The rooms are not 4 star but perfectly ok. Staff really nice. The whole plant in a top condition. Beach was great. All inclusive here a must. Drinks and food not to toppen.

The hotel is right on the sea. The sea and the beach are very clean. The highlight of the hotel, however, is the excellent, varied food.

20 minutes by bus from Heriaklion is a plus because the village in which the hotel is located is a total hole

Great and spacious rooms. The hotel is not too big and the atmosphere is chilled. Love the location of the hotel near to heraklion city. It's only a 15 minute bus drive for a few euros

For those who are looking for relaxation and recreation, I cannot really recommend the hotel. Loud music is played all the time, which you can't really get by, in the restaurant, at the pool bar, in the indoor bar and at the pool. During breakfast in the restaurant, loud music is sometimes heard until a guest complains.
The loudest is the music at the pool, pop and technical music is played loudly for hours, and the bass can even be heard on the beach. Many people use ear plugs - they can be bought in the hotel shop.
It's a shame, without the constant loud music, the hotel would be highly recommended - very nice staff, good food, beautiful beach.

Very good, delicious food, many life cooking stations. The cleanliness in the rooms still has room for improvement. The sandy beach and the sea are wonderful. Unfortunately, the aircraft noise bothered me a bit and I couldn't get used to it.

Totally renovated village, almost Nordic style, with simple and natural tones. Spacious rooms, the family one has two rooms separated by a door (children area and parents area), with double television. Spacious bathrooms with separate toilet, ideal for privacy. Excellent cleaning everywhere with friendly and helpful staff. Varied buffet, cared for and replenished until the last minute, with efficient and discreet waiters who continuously clean food exhibitors, with ethnically different menus every night and corners dedicated to vegans and vegetarians. I also appreciated the attention to the environment with the reduction of plastic and the use of recyclable materials in replacement. Adequate availability of sunbeds both at the pool and on the beach. Various bar stations to serve every area of the village, being quite large, and clean and tidy toilets also on the beach. Highly recommended.

The rooms do not even deserve 3 stars - of course, this does not apply to the rooms in the main building that were renovated.
Room bungalows nothing interesting but bathrooms HORRIBLE. For the price you have to pay to stay here, it's a mistake. (unless you are sure you will get a room in the main building)
The rest of the public facility is cool. Beautiful restaurant, pools, bars. A big plus is the children's corner in the restaurant with a microwave and bottle cleaner.

Very well-run hotel. The facility is nice and clean. The buffet varied and excellent. The staff always friendly and very helpful.

I stayed in this structure in the post Covid period and I expected an extra attention to the cleaning of the rooms that were not cleaned at all well, and above all they chose not to fix them every day.
The structure is very nice, the location is touristy but far from the best beaches and above all there is always a lot of wind and rough sea.
The food is decent as well as the beach bar, the staff not at all sociable.

Excellent and quality hotel! It has an organized beach, it is close to Heraklion and it is renovated. Besides the rooms, it has amenities that will please those who want carefree holidays. The wider area is a tourist destination worth visiting.

The Arina Beach Resort is located on a beautiful beach with very clear water. The food was very tasty, we especially liked the freshly baked bread in the morning. The rooms are in need of renovation, but the special view made up for the small flaws. We were well entertained in the evening and loved the competent, friendly bar staff, such as Giannis or Antonio. We felt very comfortable with you, keep it up! (:

Unfortunately, the standard which was supposed to be 4 stars turned out to be completely consistent with reality.
Cleaning service also leaves much to be desired.
After that delicious food, nice and fast service and a clean beach.
In summary, a good place for family rest.

A dream of a hotel.
The food is excellent with plenty of choice. There is something for everyone here. The pool and bar areas leave nothing to be desired.
We had a room in the brand new annex building. In the basement of the building, the rooms were pleasantly cool. With indirect light and a walk-in shower, we were already convinced of the room.
But when we pushed the curtains aside, we were overwhelmed. The terrace was below the edge of the pool. We could climb directly into the water from the terrace via a staircase. Unfortunately, the bar was not open at the time of our stay, but it was very comfortable on the beach.

The staff is always friendly and attentive. Mostly even in German. *****

Unfortunately, I have to deduct a star from the great hotel, as it is right in the approach lane. However, that didn't bother us astonishingly.

We can only recommend this hotel to everyone. And we will come again again.
