Arctic Circle Review

It took more time to get a hamburger at Article Circle, then it did get get breakfast at Dee's Restaurant on 21st and Redwood Road last night.

You cannot dine inside. Long, long drive thru lines. Slow service. Good as it gets. BEST SHAKES, BEST LIME SQUEEZES

I was not able to get her name but the woman that was working the drive thru today (June 27, 2019) at about 1:30pm ROCKS! Super friendly, she can multi-task like it's no ones business. Not too many get the credit they deserve and I think she needs some praise! Great job! :)

Service is a little slow and sometimes they forget to apply my coupons, but the shakes are very good and the employees are quite courteous.

It's fast and cheap and what you should expect for eating fast and cheap

Professional, courteous service and prompt, par for the course food.

Terri was the most delightful woman. She didnt miss a beat. I came through a little down and by the time I left the drive through I felt happy. I even bought something more and she had no problem taking care of me. I do not do fast food but you can bet thanks to Terri I will come back and my Halibut was delicious.

Friendly guests and employees, everyone here works hard and seems pretty positive even when understaffed

The people working here should be working at the garbage dump. Worst service ever. I think they spit in my food.

Staff very unsettled. Shift manager needed a chill pill. Cashier seemed new but trying hard. Kudos to her

I don t recommend this place. The lady running the headset for drive through was very rude and disrespectful. I d rather spend my money elsewhere

The Arctic Circles have some of the best employees and service.

Food always good. Ive liked artic Circle since I was a kid. I can remember going there now for atleast the last 45 years. Its not a McDonalds or Wendys. But it does have a smaller menu and focuses on putting out great tasting food at comparable prices to the other chains. Just wish they would spend a few dollars on the exterior view of their buildings!!!!!

Went to get my family dinner tonight, they got my order wrong at the drive through so I went in to get it corrected. The manager tried to charge me $10 to make it right (should have been a $2 difference). When I tried to explain why I wasn't going to pay another $10 he yelled at me and told me he wasn't going to give me food I didn't pay for. They were very rude and wouldn't listen. I took the food back and told them that this was not okay. My family has lived in the neighborhood for over 30 years and we've regularly gone there until now. We will not be returning and that goes for my siblings families as well. I have never been treated so rudely over trying to explain why I wasn't going to pay more then I should.

I absolutely love artic circle! The taste of their cheesburgers are so fresh and well made every single time! And its not greasy or gross like any other fast food. I love eating here! French fries and their fry sauce is the bomb!

Came in relatively late, so I can understand that they were a bit frazzled about another customer showing up. What I did like was that they took the time to drop another batch of fries, and advised me that the cook had a lapse in judgement on getting them ready. They were up front and honest with me about it, and were willing to compensate for the mistake. The food was delicious!

Food is good. The employees are snobby, but its fast food, what can you expect.

They may be a national chain but they feel like a mom and pop place. Decent selection and size of servings. Staff are awesome. I think managers may value diversity and it's refreshing! I could give 5 stars if I could depend on tables being cleared and clean even when they are busy but I'd rather tolerate that than pay twice as much elsewhere. Great shakes. They offer a senior DISCOUNT! and you can go through the drive through when you are broke with little kids in your car and ask for a complimentary cone. There are small but you still have choice of flavor and topping. Perfect for single moms.

The employees are nice and they do a pretty good job of keeping the dining area clean. The speed they get the food out to you is maybe a minute or two longer than you would expect. The food always tastes great!

The male manager at night makes the best shakes ever. I know when he has made our shakes or someone else. They will also make them the way u want and don't charge $2 for extra anything like sonic does. I love this location, particularly the night crew. I do wish they were open a little later. I put just one star, because there is no option for a cero star, went with my family for a couple of shakes, the guy in " charge" took my order and after that he " forgot it" , we where the only ones at that moment, when I asked for my money back, with a really bad attitude he respond" well ,now you have to wait for ir.

Good place for fast food. Good customer service in most cases and is clean unless they are real busy.

I like arctic circle, but this one in particular doesn't make quality food like the others and prices seem to keep going up

Stopped by there today April 8 2019, friendly workers but our good was smashed not good

My shake was so messy and crusty when handed to me. I asked for napkins and they tore them in half and gave them. Couldn't get my spoon out of the lid of my sundae had to take to top off.

I love Arctic Circle! They have amazing shakes and food! I love their service, always kind and on point!

What we got was good, but we specifically went there to get the ice cream with the different flavors on the edges of the ice cream and they don't have that there

If you like artic circle, then this one is the place. The employees are great and they take the restaurant from 3 stars to 5 stars.

Get the halibut fries and shakes. They are shooting for the cheaper but good fast food angle.

It's an Arctic Circle, regular fast food stuff for the most part, great shakes though.

The food is good, but what really stands out here is the staff. They are all so friendly, helpful, and patient. I've dined in a handful of times and every time I am offered a courtesy cone. Once you get your order, they check to make sure everything is to your liking and will even take your trash for you. I've never seen service this good and professional in any fast food establishment. The restaurant is always clean and the food is always hot (unless you get a shake, duh) and tasty, while being reasonably priced. Management very clearly has customer satisfaction as its highest priority, and it shows.

Good burgers cooked to order. Very friendly service.

I used to work at Arctic circle and I will never stop going to Arctic circle

I have gone to Artic Circle off and on as long as I can remember (their fries and fry sauce can really hit the spot), yet I am continually surprised at the poor service and quality (or lack thereof) of staff. Our recent visit was no exception - went through the drive thru at this location, cashier had to have the only other staff member working help to use a coupon, didn't give us our ice cream order and when we reminded them they said, ok just a minute, and proceeded to stand there, talking to other staff, walking around, going into the back multiple times... we sat there for at least 5 minutes, completely ignored, and then just drove off. It's soft serve, it's really not that hard. I have had many lackluster experiences at this location and don't see myself returning any time soon.
