Arctic Circle Review

Employees are very nice - they start making my lime ricky as soon as I walk in the door lol! Food is over priced but my kids and i still go there ALOT (geographical convenience mostly) and they can make any of there shake flavors into a sunday! Less money AND less fat! Super yummy! Its a win win win! Really the employees are great at this location though- not sure what these other negative reviews are about :( Ill be back. :) a million times :)

It's just one of those guilty pleasures I need to visit from time to time. They definitely have more variety than other burger chains.

They are still doing their Kitty cones. I'll always come back because of those. Try the chicken sandwiches. Great fry sauce.

Waited in line at drive through 10 minutes and was hoping that would I would get something fresh and tasty. nope. Do not know how long this was sitting out before they slopped it up to me.

cheap food, yeah, very tasty. Service is always timely even when they have a full house. I'll return with my friends. The bill won't shock you.

The bread always tastes stale other than that it is just ok.

I really enjoy coming to this location. Sometimes they forget stuff.. but that's also partly my fault for not double checking. They're all super friendly and fun. I've been trying to go there once a week to support them in 'times of COVID'.

It's not like your average burger joint it has its own qualities a definite thumbs up.

For sure everyone is tired of hearing that phrase "nothing is the same as it used to be" but in this case it's true, the very idea that it is even close to what it used to taste like would be a lie. Due to cost saving measures most if not all quality ingredients have been replaced with substandard ingredients. They had the most delicious hand dipped Onion Rings, best fries, burgers (that actually tastes like beaf with flavorful golden brown buns) and great shakes. I wouldn't be so bold with my comments unless I knew someone the used to own an Arctic Circle as well as I was a huge fan of it in the 60's. Not all changes are for progress or are good. If you want great tasting Onion Rings then East Coast Subs in Salt Lake has the very best along with the sauce that Artic Circle used to have. When you've tasted the best it's hard to eat sub standard.

THE burgers are one of my favorite' s. And the fry's are better than any other fast food restaurant. Gotta try the HALIBUT

Very friendly staff and great food, but incredibly slow, especially for the drive-thru.

The employees are so nice but the manager is even nicer and every time I go through with my dogs they offer me a doggy treat for ice cream cone. This is why I come to this Arctic Circle and will continue to go to this Arctic Circle. Thank you for the great service and I love your cheese bread

I ordered a root beer twist icecream cone, not worth the money. I had hoped it would taste like a root beer float, really it tasted like a vanilla cone. Should have stuck with a standard vanilla twist cone. Would have save me some change. Live and learn

Fantastic fries, fantastic shakes, and of course the great original fry sauce. The burger options are not necessarily the most appetizing, but I would still recommend going!

Love Artic circles just seem it always understaffed and I wait longer than usual 85% of the time but still delicious Everytime .

Stopped in for the 'Ranch Burger' Special......don't waste your time.....the meat must of been left over from lunch and they didn't even bother to warm it up. The only good thing about the meal was the fries, they were at least hot... ...

Burgers were kind of dry. Never had that problem here before. But the customer service more than made up for the inconvenience.

The staff at this location were wonderful! So friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in Sugarhouse, I need to stop by again. I sure enjoyed my little cheeseburger and fries.

Surprisingly good shrimp basket for the price. Not the best ice cream around.

From my earliest days of a youth the is Arctic Circle has been in this location. Personally, I don't care for their burgers, but it is clear that a lot of people do otherwise they would have gone out of business long ago. Their shakes are good and the soft-serve ice cream is the only thing I like. The taco salad is *okay* but that's it for me.

Order same thing everytime, love the Ranch Burger combo. The frys are the best.

This is also another place to go visit to eat they're not as cheap as McDonald's or Arby's but they're okay they got fish fillets and Fries drinks Burgers all kinds of food

Awesome manager! She runs this location perfectly. The cook is really good and made my burger and fries really well. The other 3 workers took orders and ran the place like a boss! Such a great team working together as 1 unit. Best customer service and experience at any Arctic Circle.

Worst artic circle. The line was almost out the parking lot. When we finally got to were we could order we had to wait longer. Then we get to the window and the employees are yelling at each other. Then she walked up she said have yall paid yet gave us our food. So we get our food right? Wrong they didn't give us our fries. Also we totally missed the place because it doesn't currently have a sign i guess. I dont know just seemed really trashy.

They gave me a double burger that had been sitting out since yesterday. The bun was so stale you couldn't even poke a finger through it. The meat was cold, and the cheese was hard. Couldn't even eat it. Horrible.

So for the last two weeks at different times of days we have been getting really cold food. Asked about it and they said we don't know why it's cold. !!! REALLY. Maybe of the managers weren't outside in their car Getting stoned they would know

This Artic Circle is amazing! They always deliver above expectation. I just tried this new peppermint bark and it was absolute delicious! It's a must try and the burgers always have a distinct taste that differs from any other burger spot. Thank you Artic Circle! #SameTasteSameAsAKid

We love article circle we love there ice cream and yummy food and drinks and treats and also my dad use to work at artic circle we loved there ice cream and yummy food.

Like always artic circle have a great selection on their menu. Would recommend it.

cheap food and service at this spot is very good. Very savory. I had a cousin come into town and she asked me to go back here. The bill was good for what you get. Atmosphere is similar to a place in Columbus I loved.

I took my mom there once a month. She really enjoyed their sundaes and shakes. She died Christmas Eve Eve.
