Arctic Circle Review

Love coming to Article Circle!! They are always quick and attentive! The Mushroom Swiss Burger is a favorite and they always have great seasonal snakes, like the Pumpkin Cheesecake!!

I have been to many Arctic Circles and this one had horrible customer service in the lobby. Even the person taking our order, kept focusing on the drive thru

It was ok. If you get something to go make sure to check that the whole order is in the bag before leaving.

Good food that is the middle ground between fast food chain and mom n pop style. A lil more that say McDonald's or Burger King. The shakes are awesome and you can add in all the add-ons you want at no extra cost. Also try the flavor swirl cones.

Food is usually pretty good and shakes are always great. This particular Arctic Circle lacks any kind of customer service. The orders were mixed up, crew was confused and not polite. This store is going downhill like the closed one on 900 s did.
The store on 3900 s and 700 e is fantastic.

Amazing service at this Arctic Circle, they went above and beyond.

Double cheese burger fries and drink for less than 5 bucks. Good service.

Cheap food at this location - super tasty. everyone at our table was very satisfied. fast, efficient, and courteous service. the place has an awesome atmosphere.

15 minutes for fires that are cold. You guys are seriously the worst.

Long time neighborhood eatery and place to eat with friends, family and neighbors. It was a treat to go there when the kids were little and continues to be a treat. Great shakes and fries. Sometimes the staff get overwhelmed when a staff person doesn't come on time but they do their best and are cheerful doing it. I went in just before closing and was cheerfully greeted and served quickly. It is especially nice when they hire youth in the neighborhood and teach them life skills.

Food is good and small space is clean, but it took 28 minutes to get a burger even though only two others were in the restaurant. No apology or explanation or indication that this was at all unusual.

Not many left but they still have good shakes. Allthough they are a little too proud of their food if you know what I mean$$$$$

Great tasting ice cream. Loved the speed of the drive thru. They made mistakes but fixed them quickly.

Overall a good little place. I usually go over in the evenings and grab an ice cream with my kids. Pretty friendly staff.

The guy at the drive thru window gave incredible service. He was very friendly and it didn't feel forced at all like a Chik Fil A employee. It took a while to get my food, but it was tasty as always. Thanks Arctic Circle

Fantastic! I had grown up with Arctic Circle but moved away. This was my first time back in over 40 years. The burgers, fries and of course the fry sauce were exactly as I remembered. The people working at this location were so nice and helpful! I love Arctic Circle!

Edited review. Went there yesterday, the manager was telling at the employees. I could hear her as I went up to the drive-thru. The cashier was so nervous, that she was shaking when she handed mey good and she was very quiet. Felt bad for her and the employees. I also had to repeat my order, and now I know why.

Excellent artic circle compared to others accross the valley in terms of quality of food nad service.

Pretty good if you have kids get the kiddy cone it's free but it is really small

All I wanted were sweet potato fries and a shake. It took twice the amount of time to order because the cahier was in training. My food took 20 minutes after the lengthy order. While they were doing orders and handling cash they made another customer's ice cream cone with no hand wash in between. Overall not a good place for food but it is cheap and tastes okay

two hairs in my milkshake... how do you get hair in a milkshake??? We re talking small curly hairs. I ve got straight hair. I have a picture if anyone would like to see.

Very long wait for cold food.

So I've been here many times over the years and only just today realized the incredible level of service I've received every time. You order food, sit down, and they bring it out to you. I know this may not seem abnormal but this is a fast food restaurant. They even come by and ask how everything is. 10/10 would order a twist with fries again.

Arctic circle's one of my favorite burger joints to go to they're also good to have a nice raspberry cheesecake.

Slow..but haven't been to an arctic circle in 30 years...was great food.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They treated me like I didn't matter. The guy held the card reader at a distance which made me have to lean out my window and I was quite close to the window. He would not look at me (noticed he did the same with the car in front of me) and simply handed things out the window, again at a distance, and just said "here" with each item he passed to me. Absolutely terrible. Oh, and my shakes were sitting there for long enough that they started melting. Seriously???

Great staff, they are always friendly. Fries are always hot and fresh.

Employees were pretty rude not the best location I've been too. I like the one on 3900 s alot better.

Only tried burgers and fries, but it was absolutely nothing special - just standard fast food. I docked an extra star from my rating because we waited a long time at the window before we got our food, and it was still room temperature (on the cooler side). The girl that took our order was very kind, but we won't be back.

Second time I have gotten a super stale bun on my burger. One time is an accident, twice is a problem.

The employee who was off the clock was shouting at the top of their lungs from the front to the people the back. It was so obnoxious that it was almost like something you'd see in a sitcom. I couldn't hear my friend talking right next to me they were so loud. It was unprofessional

Messed up one of our burgers. Simple mayo and cheese only waited 15mins for our order to finally get it with everything on it. Everything else was amazing!

Haven't had artic circles in years and it was delicious!!!

It was ok. I remember the halibut tasting much better than it did this time. I don't know, I just expect if I pay $6.99 for a damn sandwich, it should be thick & delicious!

Great quality and friendly service. Quiet and prompt service. No bathroom, though.

Just went to Arctic circle, had a terrible experience with the shift manager. I ordered one large fry and a medium with a meal, the fries were horribly short on quantity. I drove back up to the drive through and asked for a topoff, to get what I paid for. She told me that she had filled it herself and was sure it was she called me a liar and said "you guys have been eating it since, I made sure it was full, thank you!" and she shut the drive thru door in my face. I was there on 4/4/20 at like 3pm

Wrong hamburger. And sloppily put together. And SUPER slow service.

Love their courtesy cones and flavor burst waffle cones. Bring back the birthday cake Dipper!!!

One of my favorite places out west, their shakes are amazing!

Nothing better than a Ranch Burger after a hard day.

Taco salad? Do it! Fish and chips? Heck yes! Butterscotch Dipper? At practically free you'd be crazy not to! But real talk....Their mini corn dogs (I'm sure this also goes for the bigguns) are covered in the most perfectly sweet and crunchy batter and they are always hot and always served with their OG fry sauce They also have an incredibly nice drive through staff who has never once gotten my order wrong and I live within a mile, so I would know ;)

I always go in on fridays to get shakes for my co-workers and I, and they get 5+ shakes done impressively quick. They taste great and always treat me well.

I used to enjoy coming here. Today I was just completely disappointed! First they forgot my lime rickey next they forgot a large fry with our order not to mention Cody was a complete jerk at addressing our issues and while receiving our food all we could hear was cussing. Will return to this store once the customer service issues are resolved. This was the night crew on Friday 9:30pm 05/04/2018

5 stars only for the shakes food not so great for the price

Without a doubt the slowest service I have ever had. Manager didn't acknowledge me when he came to the window. Employee's are more focused on going home than helping customers. Disappointing.

Slow service, she brought our food and said she probably forgot something, and yes she did, why not double check before bringing it. Not coming back.
