Upset this location is closed. There were no signs showing that they are supposed to be closed on Easter so why are they closed? NOT HAPPY!

Expensive compared to other fast food. It just adds up fast when I go there.

The Buns were not very hot and the staff were complaining about having to work that day so did not make for a pleasant atmosphere.

Awesome shake down town. Currently love the super sundae!

I love artic Circle their hamburgers are made out of real Black Angus beef and genuinely taste like hamburger meat rather than other so-called places. They also have extremely good shakes and ice cream air fry sauce is to die for and their french fries are I would recommend anybody to go eat. My favorite thing to eat there when I can afford it is there halibut meal with fries there halibut is to die for it is super good

Arctic Circle went to the one on 4100 South just off Bangerter the place there is very cold there hamburger buns were not very good they're cheap they fall apart as you're eating your hamburger if you're going to eat a decent hamburger is least they should serve some decent buns we're double coat and a blanket maybe they don't want you to sit very long so that's why they've turned their cooler down to cold

Tracy at the counter was friendly, helpful, and courteous.

Prices dramatically increased and decreased not sure why

The ice cream cone was so tiny that it was gone by the time I drove from the pickup window to the street, and cost $2.

Excellent location for delicious Cheap food. Food was so yummy. The service here is attentive.

Its out of the way so its not too busy but the staff were very preoccupied with phones.

This place is terrible. The staff is very rude and have no respect for the customers. On top of that, the food is overpriced for what it is.

Fool me once, fool me twice......fool me 4 times. My husband and I have come 1 hour prior to closing (or more) and each time they are "sold out of ice cream." 15 minutes prior to close, I can understand. I've worked in the industry and know how much work cleaning the ice cream machine can take... But - The 3900 s 700 e location has no issue with this - call them up and take notes on how they close down the shop?

Shakes are overly priced for the size and quality, but it was clean and service was average as far as time and how we were treated

Cashiers were nice and got free ice cream which is always good. We didn't have any food though so take it for what it's worth.

Asked for banana cream pie shake. They just put huge chunks of banana in ice cream that melted in 10 minutes. I had to wait 3 to 4 minutes for a shake I didn't finish. Waste of money.

Haven't been here for forty years! And it brought back all the good childhood memories. Food was AWESOME! Bought some fry sauce to take all the way to Juneau, Alaska!

Went to get ice cream but they closed 20 minutes early.

Food is cold Everytime I go there we just spent 10 minutes in the drive thru and my food was cold they had no ice cream and it doesn't even take ten minutes for the fries to cook fresh I've worked for the other one on 3900 South and 700 east and I know it's 4 minutes at the most to make fresh fries

I m giving this place one star because the tattooed woman working the counter on December 5 th was short, rude, and refused to serve me after I told her that I did not order the type of shake that she tried to give me. I pulled up asked to have a peppermint shake when I got to the window it was peppermint and Oreo. I said I didn t order peppermint and Oreo And before I could finish she said yes you did. The first thing she tried to do was to make it sound like this was my fault and then when I told her I had asked if you had a peppermint shake she began to argue with me and I told her I did not want to shake so she gave my money back to me and told me to leave, she would not take my order. This is absolutely unacceptable. They have lost this customer for good.

Expensive, even for a small milkshake. Sub-par icecream, and a milkshake that was just a cup of soft serve with a spoon in it.

I ordered a most chat Shake made with chocolate ice cream and cookie dough I ordered three of them when I got home and we ate them there was no cookie dough in them so we were all very disappointed.

Seriously some of the best customer service ever! The lady that works here when I stop for lunch (dark hair, glasses) is so sweet & friendly! She even offered me a courtesy cone while I waited for my food!

Inventors of the dipped cone, and fry sauce. They've been doing things right for years, man. Some highlights: courtesy cones, dipped freaking ice cream cones, French fries, and FRY SAUCE!

9/2/16 lunch time at 12:10pm got served a cold burger the cheese wasn't even melted frys tasted like they sat under the heat lamp for the last hour. Not good at all.

Food is cooked upon ordering but wait times are excessive. Staff is not the friendliest. At times the food quality is terrible. Sandwiches thrown together and are fallen apart when unwrapped. Have received milkshakes that are so far from "above the rim". Cups are only 3/4 full.

Employees are friendly. Gave more than I asked. Would recommend

Only go here for the shakes and that's only because they are close by. Better than Sonic though

Food was great as always! They were exceptionally busy, but we got our order pretty quickly and it was hot and fresh. I gave only 4 stars because they forgot of dipping sauce for the chicken rings Childs meal. Thanks, Artic Circle for your fast friendly service!

I used to live right by this location. They are friendly. I wish they were a bit faster but all the employee's are friendly.

When you want fast food but are trying to avoid evil corporations, this is the place to go.

My food was I scold did not appreciate it will never go back there again.took to long for 1 drink sat 20 min

Waited too long while all the workers are goofing around and playing with their friends playing with mic etc. I would have left if i didnt already pay.

Food was good but timing from everything getting done was a bit long so some of the food was colder than the rest. Customer service was excellent though!

Over the top shakes great fries and fry sauce if you're from out of town and haven't tried fry sauce this is a must

I went close to closing on a holiday, they took my order and they got it done quickly. Staff was very nice.

Long wait in drive up .I was at the speaker and sat they for abot 10 mins before the ask if they could help me ice cream was great / service was not good

Now that Stan's in Provo is gone (only one left in Salem), best place for Utah's most OG fry sauce. Check out their corndogs. Seriously.

Great shakes and fish and chips. My grandma really enjoys their salads.

I love Artic Circle, wish they would franchise to Denver, my Mom actually brought me a bottle of the precious "fry sauce" which at least you can buy that now!

Fast service, friendly staff! Small location, so it's really cozy but not a lot of seating or parking. There is a drive through. Right near some cool places.

Skeays a great place the staff is exceptional and love the shakes and free kiddy cones

Got another cold and old burger after waiting a year since last visit for same, won't ever go here anymore. Maybe if you went there early in the day, but I don't believe they cook after noon, my meal was at least 4 hour old and corn dogs were microwaved and also old,fool me once::::

Pretty average Artic Circle. People were really nice though!

Food came was quickly and tasted very fresh. Delicious cheese curds!

The food here is great if you've got a fast-food craving that needs a fix. The only reason I'm not giving a Five-Star rating is due to the terrible drive thru time. I get parked a lot. Often waiting 10 minutes. Still, it's good food.

I have a issue when a worker goes to take out the garbage and comes back and starts touching food without washing their hands. That is super gross and major cross contamination.
I suggest to everyone NOT to go to this location. Oh and in case you wonder, the manager was right there and saw all this, told the worker to go do this.
That is poor management as well.

Bad place to look for a job you can get an application and get an interview but that s as far as they will get you they post they are hiring for all shifts but we all know that s a lie, they say they will call you back and they don t , do yourself a favor and stay away from this terrible place they don t keep their word when they say they are looking to hire people .

Even though busy tom and Cody at this location were rock stars they were friendly and very professional and our good was super fresh they need to be recognized as the awesome people they are

It's more money than other places but the value and taste make it worth it.

The employees are usually very friendly and helpful. Love the fries and shakes!
