Very professional company. The Recruiter called me about an opening in the company, was very polite and professional and answered all of my questions. The office is in a nice location (a little tricky to find with my GPS though). Nice office space when you walk in, the people seem very professional and courteous - some people even said hello to me and introduced themselves while I was sitting in the lobby. I met with a Manager named Brandon for my interview. He led me back in his office where he walked me through my resume. He asked a lot of questions focused around my prior Management position and my degree (I just graduated in December). After that, he went over information about the company and day to day responsibilities. I got invited back to continue the interview process next week. Everyone seems very enthusiastic and professional there, I'm excited to continue the interview process with the company.

Kaylyn called me offering me a job that I "applied for" (no, you found my resume online!) and then I got hung up on very rudely when I mentioned that I wasn't interested in an interview. I am looking for a medical receptionist job with reliable income. Not my fault that you found my resume online and I said "no". Maybe I should take her job, she obviously doesn't have the people skills needed in finding people to employ.

Amazing experience and opportunity! They offer a family oriented culture and treat everyone equal. I love that I could come in and have the experience to grow at my own merit. I've been at too many jobs where I've been overlooked just because someone had a few more years but less experience. I feel like I found my forever home and get to showcase my talents!

WM&C and DRJ unlimited are both listed at this address in the same suit. And both companies do the exact same thing. I don't know what illegal activities they do, but I would stay far away.

Skimmed my resume off a job board and proceeded to text and call every number on my resume including my current employer. I consider that an unprofessional lack of discretion. I don't mind how they received my contact information but they had no reason to contact anyone but me.

This is a scam. Wasted my time going to 2 bogus interviews. Flatly put, this is multi-level marketing. The positions you think you're applying for aren't real positions. "Client Coordinator" means "door-to-door" salesperson. Direct Energy should let go of their ties to this company. It's unethical and looks really bad. A good company culture doesn't entail lying to applicants.

They give you a "first" interview just to see if you are able to speak and communicate...not well, just able to talk. They don't answer questions. I specifically asked Kaelyn, the secretary and "HR Manager" if it was door to door, and she assured me no, I would be doing HR, hiring, and training stuff. Then when I asked Brian in person, he said everyone starts off as a sales person and then moves up. So it's sales on sales on sales. Kaelyn probably has to reassure people that it isn't knowing what the job really is. (She actually seems like a really nice person and should totally get out of this circus! Kaelyn, if you're out there know that there's no real mobility in this thing...see the bigger picture!) The second interview, they send you off on calls with a current "Client Coordinator". And all the reviews are true, the coordinators don't get anything for travel! They told me that it's tax deductible *remember, you get it in the form of an annual tax return so the taxpayers who pay, NOT WM&C* and when 90% of your day is spent traveling, that's just wrong. When I heard we were going to Delaware, I asked to get out of the car, and I happened to have carpooled with my sibling, so the Coordinator dropped me off.

After this, I got a call from Brian. I explained that I was looking for internal HR work as I applied for, and he said that he had "no idea!" that that is the work I was looking for even though I asked him about it hours before. He wanted to see me in an "internal role". Rather than entertaining that I told them I wasn't interested in a business culture that was misleading.

The people who work under Brian are actually pretty nice, and it's a shame that they're being integrated in a system that doesn't really work for them. In some ways I wish I went to the rest of the "interview" so I can share more of how it works with new applicants...it really is a shame. There seem to be some decent people there...please find new, reputable work and get out of something so short-sighted and unsustainable. Interested to see how WM&C can operate without the IRS on their back about the deductions. Hm.

Came into the company late 2015 with no experience at all. Since day one there has been great personal development. Training is very sufficient, they get you around people who excel in different areas of the company to progress your oppurtunity. Everything is merit based with no seniority. Based on my performance I have grown to where I am up for a promotion to a management position. Overall they ask you to show up to work on time, stick to a system, and have a great attitude. Have enjoyed working here with great people you genuinely care about the people they work with.

I received a text from Kalyn informing me that my application had been reviewed and to call them. She said I had submitted an application and I was totally lost as to what she was talking about. She wasn't nice when I asked her where my resume was found or how they even had my phone number to text me. She never told me where she got my resume after I asked politely twice. This is an absolute scam and ultimately an invasion of my professional privacy. I am reporting them to the BBB, my professional references, and my networking community. I was just shocked a company would lie to my face and tel me i applied to this place when I had never even heard about them.

For anybody looking to be employed with this company there are very specific things you need to know up front. 1. You will be driving your car all over creation, incurring your own gas costs and putting miles on your car. 2. It is door to door. 3. Its an exponential growth company so your "sales" will go to getting the next guy promoted and into his own office. Their sole purpose is to grow as many offices as humanly possible. Literally that is whole scheme.

The people here seemed friendly and professional; however, their company name is a bit misleading. I interviewed here having the impression I would do something entirely different and not related to going to businesses and attempting to convince them to switch their energy bill around. Strange job in my opinion, but that's just my opinion and it wasn't a good fit for what I'm seeking.

I thought this company was a great when I had my first interview and second interview. They showed me what they offered and how to make great money. However, when I started on the first day they brought me back and made me fill out new hire paperwork, which is understandable. As the CEO of the company was talking something it did not make sense.... He was saying that we would have to go to business to business where ever he told you to go and promote direct energy to these businesses. Well, I was paired up with a gentlemen and we had to go to DAYTON, Ohio. This company is located in Columbus, Ohio. When we headed down to Dayton with this gentlemen, I asked him if you get reimbursed for gas. His answer is no. Its just a tax write off. So as I am going to these business with him. The people that own the business got really mad at us for talking to them because we have been there several times. One guy actually told us to get out and leave now. I was scared for my life. They were not friendly people at all. Then after we finished the day we went back to the office where every one talked about their day. Then they broke down our day and when you did that they made you feel like garbage because we only seen 26 companies and we need to see about 80. Yes cause that makes sense...let's drive an hour away and see 80 people. After they broke down the day we went back to talking to everyone and then it became a circus show. Every one was shouting and screaming and clapping. What the heck....After that pointless meeting they brought the new hires in the back and it is sad because you can see they already brain washed them. I was smart to figure out this company right away!!

In addition to all of this they take advantage of all the new gradates that graduated from colleges. If I can tell anyone about this company I would say STAY AWAY! This is horrible place!

These people keep contacting me about a job I allegedly applied to, which is a total lie. They call constantly even after I have repeatedly informed them I didn't apply to their company and have zero interest in working for a door to door sales scam. Next time, I'm reporting to the BBB.

Just here to thank other posters for their reviews - this is place is a SCAM! Kaylyn called me and said that I had applied for a job with them and sent a text to my phone asking me to call back before 5pm. I think I may have interviewed with this place last year and if it's the one I'm thinking of - it's door-to-door sales. Declined my interview, you should too.

WM&C is a fantastic company and is ran by a great family oriented boss. Promotion through the company is also a very lucrative and obtainable path through hard work. Highly recommend, especially for those looking for a career without much experience with the business world.
