Arca Solutions is a scam. They sell a non-working software, keep charging fees to "fix it", but it's still broken.

I 'm with this company for many years, never had serious issues before, but this year the worst, they ruined completely our business. Software doesn't work normally from March month: payments system issue, a lot of bugs, they could shut down your sites whihout any notices at any time. Also , when they upgraded site on March, they lost data additional added modules from other company and they never compensated my loss. I will look for future better support in other companies. Don't recommended!

Zero Stars - Terrible experience. Our company spent almost $20,000 on a project that never ends on issues, bugs, and crashes. Not recommended.

Horrible support AFTER they sold us on their support and functionality of their product. Sales Rep Daniel Storm was the sales rep and everything seemed exactly what we were looking for to create a new directory with their product E-Directory until the purchase was made. Support would take weeks to get the basics fixed such as the search function and then 3 months in their payment system was not functional. Our programmers spent 3 months on this product, but still not working so we cut bait and went to a better product that is working flawlessly.

We are asking for a refund and have received a complete run-around by emailing me saying "I have to forward to management" when the President of the Company was on the email chain. Then I received an email that stated "On top of that, I have to admit it has been a challenge to manage remote teams during the pandemic and we took a hit during Q4 2020 when we lost our most experienced support agents."

So we missed out on approx $10,000 in revenue because their product was not functioning AND they lost their most experienced support agents? So this is why this company wouldn't get back to our programmers for days and sometimes weeks?
