Horrible support AFTER they sold us on their support and functionality of their product. Sales Rep Daniel Storm was the sales rep and everything seemed exactly what we were looking for to create a new directory with their product E-Directory until the purchase was made. Support would take weeks to get the basics fixed such as the search function and then 3 months in their payment system was not functional. Our programmers spent 3 months on this product, but still not working so we cut bait and went to a better product that is working flawlessly.
We are asking for a refund and have received a complete run-around by emailing me saying "I have to forward to management" when the President of the Company was on the email chain. Then I received an email that stated "On top of that, I have to admit it has been a challenge to manage remote teams during the pandemic and we took a hit during Q4 2020 when we lost our most experienced support agents."
So we missed out on approx $10,000 in revenue because their product was not functioning AND they lost their most experienced support agents? So this is why this company wouldn't get back to our programmers for days and sometimes weeks?
