The arboretum is a beautiful place! It's great to go into the tranquil garden and spend time with people while looking at gorgeous flowers

Great little spot tucked away from campus! Came here for a business event and I was pleasantly surprised when we showed up with how beautiful it was and the views from the patio. I wished more of the plants were labeled and there wasn't the scavenger hunt to find out what was what, but over, it was fantastic.

Beautiful park with many plants, a fountain, cave, and paths. Great for stretching your legs and enjoying nature.

Very nice botanical gardens, start touring from the left, and there's more to see after passing the cave.

I've been here twice in late May and it's always a joy to walk around. It's a great place to take a walk and enjoy nature, I also think it would be good for young kids.

Simply breathtaking. I was here on June 18. Almost everything was in bloom. It's a gorgeous backdrop for pictures for weddings, there's a little interactive area for kids, a book exchange. It's just gorgeous.

The is such a beautiful place to visit. Free everything! You could spend hours here with your kids. It is a great spot to hang out and chill. So much to see. Great place to meditate also. Love it!!

Spent the entire morning walking through the gardens and woods surrounding the center of the Arboretum. Great place to bring the kids, too.

Would give 5 stars but the parents with psu students take up so much area and room just for photos. Hard to enjoy when you have to watch where you walk constantly. Also says no pets allowed but there's dogs everywhere and one almost bit an elderly woman....should probably enforce the rules better with the photography and no dogs allowed

This park is beautiful. Plants, trails, activities. So many species! One of the prettiest places we've ever visited.

What a lovely place to spend a quiet Sunday afternoon. The paths were beautiful and shady perfect for a summer day. There were benches scattered throughout the garden to sit and enjoy the view. They are in the proccess of adding a 3 acre pollinator and song bird garden.

This is my favorite spot at Penn State. Such a nice walk around no matter what the weather is! The grounds are always so well maintained and I'm never disappointed from my visits here.

Took my graduation photos there and they looked amazing. Nice place to visit on a regular day too, and during summer it's a nice spot for a picnic. Might have to bring sunscreen though because there's not a lot of shade around.

Not much parking available for students or non-student visitors. Definitely not advisable to visit during the snowy winter as there are so many tripping hazards and nothing is distinguishable. It appears to be more of a private school field trip area than a public education space. I won't be revisiting any time soon as an adult. Kids might enjoy this area better in the summer season.

Profoundly beautiful! The layout is accessible and relaxed. The sculptures are compelling, and the flowers - ! I could have gone around 3 times.

Fantastic place to visit, so much to see and read about. Don't go during the hot sommer in July if you want to enjoy it.

The Arboretum is first class in every respect. I enjoy going there and admire the university's agricultural expertise and heritage. What a superb way to display it!!!

The scenery is nice and it is a place which helps you to relax. There is also a play area for kids for those who are interested.

Perfect for plant lovers who enjoy leisurely walks. It's beautiful even in the middle of winter when it's covered in snow. There's a children's garden with musical instruments, a community book shelf, and several large animal statues to climb on. Each part of the garden had a different theme to it.
