I got really sick today after eating parker house sausage. I'm writing this review from the hospital. I cooked the sausage fully in the oven. When I was halfway done I found something odd looking in my sausage. I began vomiting and ended up rushing to the er.

One of your product has been mysteriously missing from the Jewel stores. They say "you will not deliver to them anymore" what up with that, for the last 3 weeks we have been without our Hog Head Cheese (souse). The neighborhood is outraged, we want this item back. Sincerely the neighborhood of 424 W. Division and Clark and Division.

We love shopping for our Parker House sausages here. My husband and I always get Friendly, Courteous and Fast Service. We've been shopping there since wayyyy back in the day and we still love the sausages. We buy them by the case. Our entire family love them.
Thanks Parker House for such an enjoyable visit every time.

About Parker House Sausage

Parker House Sausage Company: A Chicago Tradition

If you're looking for a taste of authentic Chicago cuisine, look no further than the Parker House Sausage Company. For over 100 years, this family-owned business has been serving up some of the best sausages, headcheese and hot links in the city.

What sets Parker House apart from other sausage makers is their commitment to using only the highest quality ingredients. They source their meat from local farms that raise animals humanely and without antibiotics or hormones. Their spices are carefully selected and blended in-house to create unique flavor profiles that can't be found anywhere else.

One of Parker House's most popular products is their smoked sausage. Made with a blend of pork and beef, these sausages are seasoned with garlic, paprika and other spices before being slow-smoked over hickory wood for several hours. The result is a juicy, flavorful sausage that's perfect for grilling or adding to your favorite recipes.

Another must-try item on the menu is Parker House's headcheese. This traditional German dish may sound unappetizing to some, but it's actually quite delicious when made properly. At Parker House, they start by simmering pork heads until the meat falls off the bone. The meat is then mixed with spices and gelatin before being molded into loaves and chilled until firm. The end result is a savory cold cut that pairs well with crackers or bread.

For those who like things spicy, Parker House offers hot links that pack a punch without overwhelming your taste buds. These sausages are made with pork shoulder and seasoned with cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes and other fiery spices before being smoked to perfection.

In addition to their retail store in Chicago's Bridgeport neighborhood, Parker House also sells their products online so you can enjoy them no matter where you live. They offer shipping throughout the United States as well as local delivery within certain zip codes.

Whether you're a lifelong fan of Chicago-style cuisine or just looking for something new to try, make sure you add Parker House Sausage Company to your list of must-visit spots in the Windy City!
